i spoke to mr. jessie delos reyes through his mobile number posted in the page. i also communicated with him via fb and just deposited the downpayment for the room and sent him the scanned copy of the deposit slip. mabilis naman siya magreply. i found the resort through this review: http://www.indieescape.com/2012/08/review-calatagan-peninsula-resort.html

i googled resorts in calatagan and anilao this month and luckily, found that. we had a daytrip in stilts last year pero pricey yung overnight stay dun. calatagan peninsula also has rooms for 4-5 pax (2,500 per night). not bad. we're not picky naman on the place basta clean and relaxing yung ambience. according to the blogger, the resort offers snorkeling and diving trips. malapit din sila sa lighthouse. we'll go there in march. i'll post my feedback here after.

^ hindi sis, pero ma sea weed. though may mga clear areas pero very few and mababaw. though meron naman silang pool.

^oo nga. my parents have been to Stilts. ma-seaweed nga daw so hindi swimmable ang beach. ayoko namang mag-travel to Batangas tapos hindi naman makakapag-beach.

parang mabato din sa laluz sis. mas maganda ang stretch ng sand sa coral beach. never been there though pero katabi lang yun ng virgin beach and maganda ang shoreline dun.

yung stilts kasi very relaxing ang feel. been there a couple of times and it still is my favorite resort in batangas. pero hindi naman kasi ako mahilig magswimming, tampisaw lang. if you're intrigued to see stilts i have photos that i can send you. just pm me.

^i've been to stilts too and like you happy na ako magtampisaw. I don't know how to swim eh. Yung ambience relaxing.

^, ^^, ^^^, actually depende talaga siya sa tao. although sinabi ng parents ko na ma-seaweed, they still love Stilts kasi ok lang sa kanila mag-chillax without swimming sa beach and maganda naman talaga yung resort. pero ako, sobrang hilig ko kasing mag-swimming sa beach. so kung pupunta na rin lang ako sa beach, eh requirement ko na swimmable siya at mag-eenjoy ako sa beach. pero yung parents ko, they loved Stilts kasi nga releaxing siya. so kanya-kanya lang yan. so sis iceylicious, depende na lang siguro kung ano ang mas mahalaga sa inyo: resort facilities and ambiance or good beach.

^brothers ko want to swim kaya frustrated sila pag madaming seaweeds or bato. Naghahanap ng pool pag ganun. Puwede na siguro sa Stilts if willing to swim na lang sa pool. Resorts in Nasugbu and Lian okay din.

We just came from La Virginia Resort at Mataas na Kahoy, Batangas. Overnight stay kami dun for 2,500 Cabana room. Maganda yung place and view. Okay din for photo ops kasi ang daming statues. Ang daming pool so pwede pumili kung saan mo mas type. Wala syang beach but if you just want to relax over the weekend, this is a right place for you.

^ Yes sis. Pag lagpas mo ng Star Tollway Lipa exit at walang traffic at hindi kayo naligaw 30 minutes na lang.
