^ thanks! we are bringing usd since it's cheap here now. relatively stable ang usd/thb movement kaya ok lang to bring usd. we will bring small amount of thb from here for the taxi to the hotel and miscellaneous expenses.

question, may dapat ba bayaran sa bkk airport pabalik ng manila?

^you mean terminal fee? No more na it's already incorporated in your ticket unlike here in Manila.

Kung ilang days lang naman yung Thailand trip nyo, stick na lang muna sa one country, para mas enjoy!

parang gusto ko rin mag-ayutthaya pero wala na kami time. kaya ba if whole morning yun then sa afternoon, grand palace and temples nearby? or should we just skip grand palace instead? ayutthaya na lang?

^kaya naman sis ng half day yung Ayutthaya lalo na siguro kung 3 hours lang yung tour nyo, kasi kami nun 4 hours. Para makabalik agad kayo ng BKK, kaya pang isingit ang temple tour, pero para sakin choose 1 lang, di ako nakapasok ng Grand Palace, kaya di ko masasabi kung ilang hours macoconsume nyo, pero sa w*a*t po, pwede na dun kahit 2 hours

beware lang daw kasi dami daw scam dun, yung tipong mura daw yung entrance pero after mo manood madami ng charges!

I miss Thailand, sana makabalik talaga ko dito next year

how do i commute from Siam to grand palace?  is there any BTS i can take?

^sis zazhimi, baba ka ng Saphan Taksin Station, then lakad ng konti sa boat terminal, dun ka sasakay ng boat (15bht) papuntang Tha Chang, then may market kayong madadaanan, then ayun Grand Palace na.

Sis Esor, we will be arriving Nov.4 @ past 12 midnight and return will be nov.9 12:40am... we plan to do the cambodia on Wed. with 1 night stay... inputs those who have travelled by bus or train ano mas ok?

Hi Sisses! I've been preparing na our itinerary for our Bangkok trip on October, 4 full days siya.

My friend's brother-in-law has a spare room for us in their apartment. But it is in Samut Prakan. Pero sabi naman nung friend ko 30 minutes away lang siya from Bangkok kung walang traffic. Pumayag na ako, basta may kakilala na taxi driver na pwede namin ma-kontrata for four days para di na hassle kakahanap ng cab diba. Okay lang din sakin to wake up early in the morning para hindi pa traffic.

Here's our itinerary:

Day 1 (Sunday)
AM- Arrival
PM- Chatuchak (until 6pm), China Town and Silom

Day 2
9:00-3:00 pm - Old City (Grand Palace and [textspeak!] Pra Kaew, [textspeak!] Po, [textspeak!] Arun)
3PM- Khao San Road
6PM- Siam Square, Sukhumvit

Day 3
7AM-2PM- Ayutthaya
7PM- Chao Praya Princess Cruise

Day 4
AM- Floating Market
PM- Mall hopping: Platinum Mall,MBK Mall, Siam Paragon


Ayan! Mukhang paguran yung itinerary namin pero sanay naman ako mag-travel at sabi ko nga sa friend ko, minsan lang naman yan. May element na ng shopping at temple visits. Ano pa ba ang must-see na dapat namin isama diyan?

And for Ayutthaya, mas okay ba ang mini-van than train? Di naman ba traffic kung mag mini-van kami?

Lastly, sa ganyang itinerary, how much kaya ang budget na kailangan kong i-prepare?

I'll be going to bkk on October, excited! I wanted to visit the tiger temple sana pero masyadong mahal! I haven't booked the hotel yet, kung di lang mahal masyado sa Baiyoke Sky sana ang gaganda ng feedback eh chaka thumbs up daw talaga yung buffet Right now I'm looking at Baiyoke Suite or Four Seasons Hotel, sabi ng isang sis dito andami daw pinoy nung nasa Four Seasons sila. Nakakatuwa lang kung may pinoy din

^sis sparkelle di na need ng reservation dun sa mini van, pagdation nyo dun sa Victory Monument station nakapila na mga mini van dun, hanapin nyo lang yung may sign na Ayutthaya.

ako din yan ang price range na hinahanap ko around pratunam area, kaya lang yung mga hotels na tipo ko chaka yung may okay na reviews ang mamahal!   Nabaling ang tingin ko sa Metz Hotel, okay mga reviews, within my budget pa. I just checked last night for their rates, SGD42 (or THB1057) cheapest sa agoda or sa sawadee. Pero october pa ang travel date ko

@izzybaby, please give your review on Baiyoke Suite. I was initially looking at this hotel kaso negative yung mga recent reviews. Thanks
