I see that several of you guys have stayed in Four Seasons International House (?). I'm considering the place for my next trip to Bangkok (which I don't know yet when. ) Clarify ko lang, kasi the one stated in the website and the one stated when I try making a reservation e magkaiba:

- Is wifi available in all rooms?
- Is breakfast provided all throughout your stay?

Yan lang naman. Me and my friends booked a different guesthouse last time we went there so I'm exploring options. Besides, malapit daw ito sa Pratunam? Thank you.

iyaika: Yes breakfast was provided during our whole stay in Four Seasons International. It is located within Pratunam. Parang nasa center siya ng mga wholesale clothing stores. Lobby ng hotel is connected na sa stores. Pag labas mo ng hotel clothing stores agad and its about 5 minutes away from Platinum And yes may wifi sa lahat ng rooms. Mas malakas nga lang ang signal sa corridor hehe. Yun nga lang medyo malayo siya sa BTS.

hello fellow gt! which one would you choose, grand palace or ayutthaya? since we will be coming from Siem Reap for a 1 day temple tour. we only have to choose one, para naman hinde kami maumay. thank you.

^ Ayutthaya has a lot of temples. Solb na solb ka na. The temple guides are mababait pa. Nung nagpunta kami doon, kami na ang sumuko kasi gusto niya mapuntahan namin lahat e medyo napagod na kami. Hehe.

But Grand Palace, I think, is a must when you go to Thailand. Aww, ang hirap ng desisyon na ito. Pag pumunta ka naman ng Grand Palace, there are several other temples where you can go to din, dun sa patawid. I forgot what's the name of the place. Anyone care to share?

@ khaesj - Thanks, sis! Sobrang malayo ba ito sa BTS? The previous guesthouse I stayed in is about a 10-min walk from the station but I still wouldn't consider it far.

iyaika Hindi naman. Hmmm nun nilakad namen around 10-15 mins yun walk (nedyo mabagal pa kame maglakad nun). Hahaa ang init lang kasi. Pero carry naman, dala ka na lang payong

@sis iyaika-kung galing kayo ng siem reap, i guess i suggest that you do other things in bangkok na hinde temple thing...nakakaumay yun...either you do food shopping or mall shopping...

sa mga nakapunta na ng thailand ano ba kadalasan ang mga questions sa immigration?

when hubby and i went to bangkok last january, the immigration officers did not ask any question.

sis, i will be in Bangkok on April 24-27. its a business trip pero yun first day medyo maluwag sked ko. i'll be arriving in the morning and in the afternoon free na ako. any suggestion, where i could have my lunch and dinner on that day. I'll be meeting my bosses on the 25th pa. so sana makagala ako ng 1st day. I'll be staying at Novotel Platinum. Malapit na ba dito ang Platinum Mall?
wala pa rin akong baht.. so i might exchange usd to baht. san ba ang ok na forex dun?

^ I remember it right magkalapit lang sila, sis. I don't know where the best rates are in Thailand pero usually sa bangko lang din kami sa malls nagpapapalit.

Magkalapit lang ang novotel and platinum mall sis.  you can have lunch at siam paragon food court. There are plenty of choices and sarap ng food!

re immigration, wala naman mga tanong here and also in thailand...im not sure lang kung cebu pac ka...usually kasi dun sa mga budget airport ang mga maraming mga tanong ang immigration, unless na lang kung yung passport mo eh puno na ng mga tatak..no questions na rin daw according to a friend of mine, who frequents budget airlines...

@sis shalikah, sorry for the late reply. I read that there is Ayutthaya Elephant Camp. Will you have a driver that will take you around Ayutthaya or are you going to rent a bike? If you'll have a driver, ask him to take you to this place.

will be in bangkok sa apr 25-28, problema ko mainit daw dun ngayon, kasama ko pa naman kids ko, malamang sa hotel na lang kami nyan hehe, will be staying nga pala sa baiyoke suite.

hope maenjoy ng mga kids ko ang bkk, or baka ako lang at si hubby mageenjoy dahil sa shopping hahaha
