After googling, I saw an archery range in Mandaluyong, Benel yung name nung place.

Sa Benel pala, 7k for 10 sessions (2 hours each session). May magtuturo. Wala pa ko free time para i-allot sa archery but I will definitely try it.

I took this as PE in college, since Im not fond of sports that involve balls and running (like volleyball etc.) It was fun! Hirap lang idraw ang bow, and the bow itself is heavy. Now I'm thinking of enrolling my son in a beginner class. Do you know of any for kids?

Gusto ko nito since naka-try ako nung high school kasi ilang beses ako naka-bull's eye kaso medyo mahal sya. Siguro when I have the time, I will try this ulit and see if may "spark" ulit with the bow.

^Gusto ko nga i-try kaso ang dami kong ginagawa (Spanish class + bar review + target shooting), hindi ko alam saan ko siya isisiksik hahaha Pero may na-recruit na ko na sasama... ang tatay ko hahaha

May bow kasi dito ang tatay ko. Akala mo marunong tumira, nagpabili pa talaga sa US tapos dini-display niya eh nalimutan ko na may bow siya tapos nung sinabi ko na gusto ko mag-archery, ang sabi sige siya din daw tapos pinakita niya yung bow niya hahaha

I had wanted to try thisbefore too. My cousin is a varsity player of archery sa school nila nung high school siya and it looked so fun whenever she headed for practice. Kaso nung tumagal, I noticed she had developped bigger muscular arms, her skin had gotten dark(she is a Spanish mestiza, probably used to be around a mac shade nc20, ngayon hula ko nc30 na), and it did not really provide much exercise except sa arms and shoulders. So I convinced myself that the sport is more suited for men rather than ladies lalo na pag kikay.

Nevertheless, it still looks fun. Maybe I will try pag may nabalitaan akong covered yung range. Ang init pa naman ngayon.

^Covered yung range sa Benel hehe Meron din sila sa labas pero mas gusto yung covered din.

Nung nag-target shooting kami at nakwento ko sa friend ko, sabi niya buti di daw ako nangitim, sabi ko babae pa rin ako so dinamihan ko ng lagay ng sunblock ang arms ko haha

is Japanese style archery also being taught in the aforementioned places? they seem to have a technique that makes it easier to get an accurate shot

i called Gandiva to make a reservation, grabe parang ang rude nila makipag usap sa cutsomers! the first guy who answered the phone siguro either may ari or one of the bosses, when he said "hello" not in a nice, accommodating, friendly way (which should be done especially you're answering a business call, reservations), don palang nagulat na ako, then i was telling him i purchased a voucher and i want to make a reservation, he was just saying "uh" then nagulat ako biglang nag iba yung boses and nagtatagalog na yung guy na kausap ko, so they transferred it pala or may extension line, dont know, so again i told the second guy that i wanted to make a reservation, after taking note of the details he didn't even say thank you, nothing, binaba lang yung phone!!! hay naku i will never, ever go to that place again!
