tetanus toxoid 4 years ago, i forgot ilang shots, i think 2 shots, ang last booster ata. then after 10 years na again.... tama ba?

I asked hepa a if pwede ba sa buntis, after ko na lang daw manganak.

I'm planning to get tetanus toxoid, 2 shots daw sabi ng OB ko. no effect naman daw kay baby.

I got shots from my Ob on the latter stage of my pregnancy with my second baby...they were flu and anti tetanus vaccines...no other vaccines administered...It made me wonder nga lang that I did not receive any shots with my first pregnancy...How I hate needles...scary   :-P

Hi mga sis!

Nung sa Ob pa kasi ako nagpapacheck up hindi naman sya nagrecommend ng shots para sa akin. Pero kasi sa Lying-in lang ako mangangak kaya yung midwife ang nagchecheck up sa akin ngayon. 3weeks ago she gave me a shot tetanus toxide yata yun. sabi nya dapatdaw 5 shots ang naibibigay sa mga pregnant women. protection daw ng mommies yun sa pagbubuntis. But since late na ako nabigyan next week ulit shot ko. Then sabi ni midwife yung 3 remaining shots daw after pregnancy na lang. Para daw sa Next pregnancy ko hindi ko na kailangan ng shots. Tama ba yun???

- Mumps
- Rubella
- Flu
- Tetanus
- Diptheria
- Whooping cough

I asked my ob before if she's going to give me shots of tetanus toxoid, she said no need bec they are sure that their instruments are safe and autoclaved..

on my 5th month tetanus toxoid, after a month flu vaccine. on my next visit last shot of tetanus toxoid.

just had my second shot for Tetanus toxoid yesterday during our hi-hello session. we're in week 23 now. last shot will be after delivery na daw.

Before i learned that we are pregnant, i had my second shot of HPV. we were almost a month na at that time. told my OB about it, and she said ok lang naman, but will need to postpone my last shot after delivery na (last shot is supposed to be this feb).

so far, yun pa lang ang vaccines namin.

I had my flu vaccine on my second trimester then Tetanus Toxiod naman on my 3rd trimester. 2 shots then one month lang ang interval. I asked bakit kailangan pa since sterilized naman lahat ng gamit sa hospital, sabi ni OB ganito: Sa ospital sure na malinis pero sa bahay hindi kaya to prevent infection sa pusod ni baby better ng may shots daw.
