Did your OB-GYN give you any vaccines while you were pregnant?

My doctor from St. Luke's gave me a Hepa-B vaccine while I'm pregnant... Did your doctor give you any vaccines while pregnant? Does it have an effect on the baby? Please help me! I'm a bit nervous because the other mommies I know were not given the same vaccine. Thanks so much!

sis ang alam ko pag wala ka atang vaccine or hindi updated yung vaccine mo against hepa, bibigyan ka talaga. na-open na kasi sakin yan ng OB ko. if hindi daw ako bigyan, pagkalabas na pagkalabas ni baby iva-vaccine sya agad. May nabasa narin akong nabigyan ng hepa vaccine dito sa ibang thread.

there are some vaccines na hindi pwede sa buntis. if your practitioner knew you were pregnant i'm pretty sure di ka naman nya i-vaccinate ng may effect pala sa baby. that would be against their oath

^^no problem sis. actually hindi taga St. Lukes OB ko, sa Manila Adventist Medical Center. Nakita ko lang kasi question mo, and i know yung feeling na nagda-doubt dahil sa vaccine and since na-open narin naman sakin ni OB ko yan. Ako nga nagpa-anti rabies vaccine kasi nakagat ako ng pet dog ko, super paranoid ako nun. Sabi ni OB ko much better daw na nagpavaccine ako kesa hindi, tsaka i remember din kasi yung kapatid ng fiance ko she also had anti rabies vaccine and her baby is normal and healthy naman

Si OB binigyan ako ng tetanus toxoid, 2 times na. Meron pa ata akong isa na shot na natitira. Tapos corticosteroids for threatened preterm labor.

Sis ako din hepa b and anti tetanus when i was pregnant..german measles or rubella ba yun din sana, good thing reactive yung vaccine na binigay sa akin when i was a kid, so no need for it..negative kasi yung test results sa akin for hepa b, so shots were administered when i was preggo..OB ko from makati med nagadvise, while yung OB ko sa province walang advice na ganun, iba iba talaga sis..

i was given hepa B, tetanus toxoid on my previous pregnancies...last check up ko pneumococcal...then sa next checkup ko flu daw ang next

for my previous pregnancies..tetanus toxoid lang. complete na kasi ako sa hepa B and boosters. di na kami nagpaflu vaccine since di rin big fan ang OB ko ng mga vaccines unless absolute necessary.

Sa akin dun sa previous ko wala rin vaccine sakin, ngayon 4mos ko na uli preggy wala pa rin, i dont know why, di naman ako ask. pero sister ko sa 3 pregnancies nia lahat may vaccine siya.. why kaya? pero sa mga anak namin yung sakin naman walang problema sa kanya may kulang sa red blood cell yata un pero ok naman [textspeak!] bata.. ewan ko lang bakit ganon.. baka naman depende sa lifestyle during pregnancy hehe.. hubby and MIL ko kasi medyo strict sakin noon kasi medyo bata pa ako noon..  na share ko lang..

Ako naman mga sisses binibigyan ako ng vaCcine ng OB ko everytime na my schedule ako sa kanya for check-up kaso 5mts. na [textspeak!] tiyan ko nung nag pa-check up ako sa OB at nabigyan ng vitamins kasi nilihim ko sa family ko na pReggy ako coz im still toO young ..im just 20year old hehe..buT nOw super bumabawi ako kay bAby ko,lalo na sa mga pagkain=)))

Ako last Saturday binigyan ng 1st shot ng anti-hepa. Medyo pricey nga lang. Php 1,500.00 binayaran ko.

27 weeks na ako,, i got my 1st shot of Imovax t.d (tenatus,diphtheria) during my 24th weeks, then 2nd shot ko na this sep 29 i think need ng 3 shots..

ang recommended vaccines are: influenza at tdap ( tetanus, diphtheria and pertussis )

i will ask my ob bakit hindi tdap and binigay nya sa akin although nabasa ko naman na ok naman ang td which she gaved me
