^^ang Mali is pinakita ang mukha/picture nung bata sa website. Even stating the school (kahit Hindi na na na duon nag-aaral). Yun ang mali! Sinabi naman nung site owner, damay damay na. So yun yung purpose niya of posting the family picture. Idamay na ang puwedeng madamay without even regard kung menor de edad na 'to. Like I said Hindi porke't emie posted those picture in her own public website, eh it is right for Dante to post it in his own website & publicly & directly linking the kid to emie's estafa cases.

ayoko makisali sa gulo ngayon pero di ko ma-take yung usapan namin ni mr.dante nung isang araw when i was asking him sa twitter to delete or blur the child's face. OMG! I just read this.  Emie was supposed to give me my daughter's party video before I left for the States on March 25th.  Unfortunately, on March 24th...she came crying to me saying she doesn't have the ten thousand pesos to release my daughter's video from Balintawak.  She tried to ask me for a loan but I'm not stupid enough to give her any more money.  Granted, we had an awesome party from her.  However...the party was on November 27, 2011...months ago and we still don't have our video!  She said she would send the video to our house in California. Maybe it's hopeless na?  Does anyone know who the video supplier is?  I still want my kid's video for sentimental value.

I know exactly where her house is in San Mateo.  I've been there twice and will be going there again once I land in Manila first week of June.  I'm going to talk to her mother in law and her husband about my daughter's video.  This is kind of ridiculous!

PS I think the kid should be left alone, too. J*** is such a great kid with a promising future ahead of her.  She's a very sweet girly girl.  She shouldn't have to go down along with her mother and father.  She has no idea what's going on.

i still think the best chance you have is to coordinate with the victims kasi madami din suppliers.
malamang hindi nirelease ang video ng party kasi hindi bayad, so hinahabol din nila si emie

madami naman nagsampa ng case daw eh. hindi ko sure kung pwede poero try mo din kung pwede makuha list of names or kahit contact info about the complainants. baka sakali mahanap mo video mo.if not, eh no choice ka na nga kundi hagilapin sa munoz, or balintawak si videographer.

used to be my supplier also for party hosts that i used to handle as the party planner. yeah, we are both party planners.

Napaka delay ng post mo sis.
Gusto ko lang linawin sayo na masgusto namin na hindi kami magkita sa harap ng piskalya para magawa na namin yung pagbawi namin ng pera sa ibang paraan. Tulad ng pagpapatv, mag post ng mga banners sa public places, social sites, bigay ng mga flyers. Tingnan natin kung sino hahabol sa huli. tee hee!.

Update po, pumunta c emie sa piskalya para magfile ng motion to reopen the case for the reason of travel distance from sanmateo rizal to attend but she is willing to appear. Yan po nangyari at granted. Kita ninyo po, hindi na nga po namin pinapupunta, nagkusa pa.

Expected po namin yung tactics niya. Kasi ganyan usual nangyayari sa estafa case para sa mga hindi first time sa estafa case.
Pabor din po kami sa ginawa niya kasi additional grounds yan para ilabas yung hinihintay naming warrant pag hindi siya sumipot.

To emie, sana wag mo na lang siputin kasi binibigay na namin yung pera na 3???,000, sure din namin na hindi mo kami babayaran kasi dami mong complainants kuno na binabayaran. Heto po papaalam ko na sayo emie, kami yung cleint mo ngaun. Tingnan natin kung ano gagawin ng team mo. Totoo po yung sabi ng sis dito na ibang tao yung humaharap sa ngaun.

So hintay po kami ulit sa next hearing. June po kaya mananahimik na naman kami.

This is really shocking. Spent almost half the day reading the whole thread. My case is nothing compared to the others here and I am very sorry to learn about such panloloko... Like annestacey, Emie still owes me the video coverage of my daughters' party last 2010. All the while I thought we were an isolated case as I remember reading nothing but good reviews about her company. We have contacted her a couple of times and she would reply with a promised date but we never received the video.

This might seem impossible but just in case I am hoping to find Emie's video supplier here and get our video. If a video supplier is reading this, please check the details of our party and please PM me if you were the ones who covered our event:

I also reported Dynamic Impact's FB page and I'll try to find a contact in ABSCBN. I really hope all victims get their money back and that Emie pay for all her wrongdoings and won't victimize others further.

for those who want to get the videos of their parties, you can also try asking other pps kung sino mga supplier nila and contact info. sana may mga tumulong. sila sila din naman kasi magkakakilala since iisang negosyo lang sila

if p/v naman. you can try google's reverse search. if kahit paano may pics na nakarating sa inyo, reverse niyo sa google .. baka sakali makita niyo nakapost sa site ng supplier niyo yung party niyo

on the taste of food - wala akong itutulak-kabigin sa kanila... both is super sarap...

on rate - kailangan pa bang i-memorize yan? he-he... siyempre Queensland na di talaga namin maarok kung paano nila ginagawa iyan...

on amenities - both, nakukulungan ako kung for a kiddie event.. kasi both can't provide a balloon centerpiece, both aren't willing to provide free flowing drinks and both are hesitant to play with colors sa mga sheets na gamit nila... and is it true na may bayad ang water and ice packs sa kanila?

on food attendants - mas gusto ko ang uniform ng verleo... i hate white polo and black pants na uniform... he-he... OC ako sa ganito... lalo na pag yung obvious na kanya-kanya sila ng uniform and not provided by their company talaga...

on manpower count - mas ok sa Queensland... madami talaga... PERO

on manpower action - mas mabilis kumilos ang Verleo...

alam naman nya kung bakit super mura sa queensland - walang middleman
