Nag-usap na kami ng mister niya together with the relatives. Maliit na halaga lang 'yung sa 'kin kaya feeling ko mapo-produce niya. Andaming kwento nadinig ko pero I'll let it stay there. Nakakainis naman! I can't file complaint dito sa Pasay dahil sa Ortigas nangyari 'yung transaction. In short, pag nakapag-piyansa siya goodluck na lang kung saan ko siya hahabulin.

Humihingi siya till Friday before 12nn eh parang mahirap maghintay ng matagal.

Still possible to have the justice just coordinate to right person in investigation department.

Here is the correct way to file a complaint.
Kung sa pasig nangyari,
1) punta sa CID pasig
2) file a complaint
3) include a note that culprit is currently in CID pasay's custody via entrapment.
4) then follow the procedure.

They merge those cases even filed in different jurisdictions.

Ang sabi nung kakilala namin sa loob sa CID hindi pa daw makakalabas kasi marami pa ang tumawag para mag-file ng complaint.

Hindi siya ang nakakaawa... 'Yung mga victims niya, mother niya & anak niya.

Hindi malayong mangyari that it will reach that much. My daughter's mcdo party last year  php 50k+ din nagastos ko. Mcdo Lang yun.

A host now minimum php 7.5k. The well known ones starts at php 12k
Catering peg it at minimum php 300/head. If you have 100 guests that's php 30k immediately
Food carts start at php 2.5k for non branded ones
Balloon decors etc peg it at php 15k min
Rental venue at php 7k min

I think GT alone, di bababa sa 5 ang na scam niya. Maybe Hindi natakbo the whole amount but definitely some items are below  par than what was expected

Got victimized as well. Cake delivered totally different from what i ordered, i ordered branded shawarma, what she delivered was unbranded. The video and story book she still owes me almost a year after my daughter's bday. At sobrang pangit ng backdrop na ginawa nya!!! I'm studying in the US right now kaya puro email lang ako sa kanya. Share ko mga mala-MMK na email nya sa akin...

On march 31, 2012:

Pasensiya na po talaga madam.  Kaunting panahon pa po.  I promise na babawi po ako ng todo-todo, mabigyan lang po ako ng pagkakataong maka-alis sa sitwasyong meron ako ngayon.

May magpahiram lang po talaga sa akin ng kailangan ko para makatayo ulit ako, kahit pa 25% ang interest basta 6 months to pay at walang kolateral (kasi wala naman po akong property), papatulan ko po.

Here's another email last march 13... Naawa ako but now i think everything was a lie:

My deepest apology for not being able to reply to all your emails.  For the past weeks, we have been in a emotional roller coaster ride.  My sister was diagnosed of having brain CA and at declared to leave us anytime soon while my mom had a mild stroke and needs to be managed closely.

Much as i don't want the business to be affected, it's really hard not to.

Just the same, i have no plans of not giving you back what's due for you.  I know it's been so long and overdue.  Would just wish to ask for more extension because this week has been the most toxic week we ever had as we've been in and out of the hospital.  My sister have already passed away at 12mn po kanina.  I just need to help with the burial and all. 

Ma-extend lang po sana ng another week.  Please.  I beg of you po.

2 items na lang kulang nya -- storybook at video --- but they mean a lot to me coz memories yun ng 1st bday ng baby ko... Mag 2nd bday na sya april 30. Until now wala pa din video and story book for her 1st bday!!!! At ang lakas pa ng loob, uutangan pa ata ako (see her march 31 email in my previous post.)

Naku sis, I checked my SMS time/date stamp at Mar. 15 naman nung sinabi niya sa 'kin na namatayan siya ng sister because of cancer. So ang nangyari, I gave her a week's time to grieve 'coz like you-- kinonsider ko din 'yung situation. Hay

Thanks! Im takibg my masters in the US right now kaya i feel so helpless. I hope d pa huli pagbalik ko ng June. OFW din kc husband ko kaya wala din makaasikaso. At least vindicated na din ako with what is happening right now...

I'll play a devil's advocate ha...Baka totoo nga about the mom and the sister. Nightmarish things do happen. But it doesn't give her the right to misuse the money. Also Hindi na Lang sana siya kumuha ng kumuha ng clients and further nabaon sarili niya. She could have just limited the damage done to a few people. It would have been easier to pay off later on.

Do not transact outside the precint/CID because those will not be documented.

With all the excuses she made to me and others, i now doubt if it's true. Her 2nd email had no reference to the supposed tragedy. I agreed to an extnded period coz of the supposed death of her sister. But again, come the new deadline, she concocted another excuse, which i think is in relation to her client who had her arrested. Still, my daughter's bday party was almost a year ago (apr 30 2011). I think she had more than enough time to make good her obligations...
