Hi! Like everyone said, starting out your virtual career may seem hard at first, but once you have gained enough knowledge of the industry and the dos and donts madali na din. I have been a VA since 2012 and I can say that we can have a long-term professional career even while at home.

Bago ako maging stable sa work ko ngayon as a VA, dami muna ako naging online work mga sis. I was hired first by MOD, pero grabe. Magkakasakit ako! haha. 10 hours ang training from 11pm to 9am. Tapos sobrang strict. As in. Yung konting itutulog mo, dapat igising mo pa ng maaga kasi may mga assignments na kailangan matapos mo before next shift mo. Aside from higpit sa training, papahirapan ka din sa requirements. Ang dami ipapa-submit sayo like pics ng workstation, pics nga bahay mo, upgraded speed ng net, etc. 

After that nag-apply apply ako sa onlinejobs.ph madami kasi dun. Ang secret lang is submit ka lang ng submit sa mga job post na you think you are qualified. Then na hire ako as Lead Generation Specialist.. Tumagal naman ako dun, I was compensated $375 monthly tapos once a month ang sahod. Isang bagsak. Okay naman nung una, kaso nung tumagal padagdag ng padagdag ang quota na halos impossible mo na maabot. Kakainin na buong araw mo just to reach it.

So after nun, nag karon ako ng mga project based lang.. fixed price per project. Apply pa din ng apply.. Haha. Until na-hire ako ng client ko ngayon. Super wala nang problema.. I'm earning $500 a month as a VA na super gaan ng tasks. Wala manlang time-tracker. Monitoring of orders, schedules, email support and small admin tasks lang. Super bait pa ni client. 

Kaya mga sis na gusto magkastable na career as Home-based.. Go lang ng go! Apply ng apply. Makakahanap din kayo ng perfect for you. Super okay ang work from home lalo satin mga mommies!!  Never ko na naisipang bumalik sa work na office based since nag work from home ako.

Oo sis nakakaloka talaga. Para ka na ngang dumaan sa butas ng karayom upon application, panibagong butas when it comes to training.. Madami ka talaga pagdadaanan tapos ubos na ubos talaga energy mo. Wala din ako time sa anak ko nun kahit home-based sya. Kaya nagdecide talaga ko lumipat.

Though masisilaw ka talaga sa laki ng compensation plus health card.. Pero nalaman ko na makukuha mo din naman yun sa ibang client.

Nag sign up muna ako sis. Karamihan ng naging work ko is from onlinejobs.ph madami ka pwede applyan dun. kailangan lang complete mo profile mo.

Sa UPWORK ba, kapag hindi proposal mo ang tinanggap ni client, hindi na makaka receive ng email na hindi ka tanggap? Dati kasi meron ngayon, wala na. So di ko sure kung hindi ba talaga ako tanggap or hindi nag go through yung proposal ko?
