I suggest Virtual Staff Finder since most of their clients are based in AU or UK,, hinde problem ang shifting etc etc. Myoutdesk, most of their clients is Real Estate Agents and US based. Ok naman parehas pero I am leaning towards VSF since wala silang cut sa monthly pay mo unlike sa MOD.

Marami din disadvantages of being WAHM like there are cases which you don't have HMO, you need to take care of your own SSS, Philhealth, Pag-ibig, hard to ask for additional salary kapag matagal na sa company, fighting boredom. You need to learn NEW skills because most of your whole life, you will be a VA. If you want to go up, you need to learn more, on your own. You need to be a fast learner. IT savvy.

I also worked as a VA and I got the same advice years ago that I will share with you - VA is a very broad service with a lot of competition. It's better to specialize in one or two specific skill sets. In my case, I focused on customer service management and social media marketing manager since it returns bigger profit and if you have an agency, you can also staff for your clients.

Btw, I am also looking for social media consultants ($3-6/hr) depending on experience.

Generally, you will manage the social media accounts for your client with the goal of increasing their brand awareness and network. Well, ang end goal pa din dito ng client is to increase their sales but that's just an after effect of a good campaign. So aside from being able to write compelling posts, you also need to know how to create a marketing plan, set up contests and giveaways, create newsletter campaigns plus graphics and you have to be updated with the current trends. Galing din ako ng BPO and self taught lang lahat ng social media skills ko so I think you should give it a try.

Since i have a baby naisip ko magapply na lang for work at home jobs. But as i look at the job specifications posted in upwork for admin works, marami akong hndi alam sa mga duties na kailangan dun like seo, data mining, etc..

San po kaya ako pwede makaavail ng kahit basic training for common duties being done by virtual assistants?

Or sa mga matagal na virtual assistant dito who can provide one on one training bka po pwede nyo ako ipm. Salamat
