May I please nag?

Those of you with opportunities  to pry funds or gifts from hubby --  mag isip kayo to get productive assets.  Cash na say you will buy clothes or spend or the spa, etc.  Or even ask for cash to start a business, big or small.   Then put that away/save,  partly.  Use your funds nga productively, make it grow... Bank placements, a business, a condo to rent out, etc.

Or, start like the kab1tch (darlings, basta hindi  ka annulled kahit si wife f*cking around tit for tat, even if you appear in all our society sheets -- bata you aint't married, kabz ka pa rin) -- who started with buying jewelry like candy..and is now into houses -- ma abilidad!

The thing is, start feathering your nests while your hubbies are willing victims. Lolz

i like this thread.. :) nakakatuwa ang mga sinishare dito..

my husband is not that flower and chocolates guy din.. he prefers to give me 1st time memories together, like going out of town, going to amusement parks, concerts.. i  remember when we were in college, he gave me a ticket going to uaap--which is my first time also to watch the game..  until now he keeps on surprising me with tickets for shows, and parks..

the most expensive i think was my dream car--which he wanted din.. it's his gift for conceiving our first baby kasi all through out the pregnancy he was not here..and i had a complicated pregnancy noon, kaya feeling nya kaylangan namin ng baby ko yun when he leaves for u.s. again.. now, his latest gifts were the apple products, he always wants to get in touch with our kids kasi.. lalo na another baby came.. he wants to see the 2 kids every now and then..

The most expensive gift I received from my husband was a cellphone during my 27th birthday last year.

I was the one who asked him na yun nalang gift ko sa kanya kasi gusto ko talaga ng touch screen na cellphone. hehe

Super happy ako that time. Magkasama din kami nung binili niya yung cellphone. =)

Received a gift from hubby when I came back from Thailand sa super excited niya nasa airport pa lang kami binigay na niya agad super ngarag pa sa bigat ng dala ko, but when I saw his face when he gave the surprise to me, nakakawala ng pagod at super appreciated kahit anong gift from hubby.

i think me and the husband are pretty corny because we don't like giving and receiving material gifts.  i did appreciate flowers when we were still dating, but a bunch i received last month for my birthday didn't sit too well with me.  almost $50 for flowers that wilted several days later?  not really.  like somebody else said, we enjoy gifts that we can make memories out from- like travelling or going to sporting events or concerts.  so to go back to the topic, i guess the best gift he ever gave me was bringing me to see my hero from my teenage years- bon jovi (haha..).  that was almost a full circle for me.

Pasali naman ako.....

My husband gave me flowers as hos first ever (i dont think its a gift) romantic move lols.... Di pa kmi magboyfriend that time, when we were bf/gf, first day of relationship, he gave me gold ring with 8 small diamonds, then first christmas, he gave me 2 sets of jewelry ulet, 1 black stone (ruby ba un? Ewan ko kung ano basta sinusuot ko lang) on a silver ring with matching earings na may nakapalibot na diamonds sa gilid nung black stone, then the other set was a blue stone naman with diamonds sa palagid with matching earings and pendant, on my birthday, he gave a gold necklace with 11 diamonds, then valentines was a gold bracelet then chirstmas again, a rare pink diamond ring naman.... Hindi ko sinusuot lahat... Lols... Kase naman baka gilitan ako ng leeg pag may nagtangkang humablot ng kwintas, takaw nakaw talaga sya..so ayun nasa taguan lang palagi, except for the black ring and earring yun lang lagi ko ginagamit.... In return, ang expensive lang na nabigay ko sa kanya was a TW Steel watch... [textspeak!] na nasundan lols...  If you will ask why lagi jewelries, maarte kasi hubby ko, gusto nya something na pang investment din, all of those jewelries were insured na din pag biigay nya...

Me ever since gf/bf he would always ask me to pick gifts myself, I don't like surprises and Hindi din siya yun guy na ma-effort sa sweet nothing's lol, but after we got married Hindi ko na type mga bags, shoe etc which I can buy myself, mostly I think of investment worthy gifts like cash to open a new count, watch or jewelry to hand down to our kids. :)

Natatandaan ko pa, we're living in Parañaque before and we went to SM Clark Pampanga to meet our Client. Then napadaan kami sa isang store na puno ng Teddy Bear. Tinuro ko yung pagkalaki laking Teddy Bear as in life size teddy, then after a week, nasa akin na siya at yakap yakap ko na :)

i am a simple person. shempre, natutuwa ako kay hubby kasi binibigyan nya ako ng gifts, gadgets (cellphones, ipad, cameras), perfumes, watches, etc. i appreciate naman everything that he gives me.  however, hindi yun ang tinuturing kong pinakaprecious na bigay nya. ang hindi ko malilimutan na binili nya for me ay isang chocolate chip cinnamon ng dunkin donut.

nung mag-bf pa lang kasi kami, mas nakakaangat talaga ako sa buhay. one time na magkikita kami sa dunkin, i was planning on breaking up with him kasi nagsasawa na ako madalas gumastos. pagdating ko sa table, umupo ako. then inabot nya sa akin yung cinnamon and sabi nya "binilhan kita ng favorite mo. pasensya ka na. that's all i can afford right now."

small things from him never fail to put a big smile on my face.  :)

My hubby is not the kind who surprises me with cards of flowers. in fact buong married life namin, 2x lang nya ako bingyan ng flows, once hung nag alit ako kasi di nya ako binilhan ng flowers sa valentines, so napilitan siya... at twice hung nap ikon ako at nag walk out sa bahay, sin undo nya ako ako with the kids and the kids said magdala siya ng flowers... hehe. But I've accepted that there are just different ways of expressing one's love.
Pag special occasions he would ask me what I want, if I can't make up my mind, he shops with me of pag wala ko maisip he gives me cash.

He is fond of giving me designer bags and jewelleries. He likes to parade me in public with what he bought for me. But lately, I am just content with spending time with him over coffee, or the random moments that we share merienda because we became busy.

Hubby's asking me what I want for my birthday.
I usually go for "ask and you shall receive" pero parang tinatamad ako mag-isip ngayon kasi wala akong sanang gumastos. :(
