Because controversial ang book, na curious ako and I looked for a thread about it here on GT. Pagkabasa ko ng mga comments ng mga sisses natin dito, I looked for a copy na, hoping ako na hindi nakatago para I wouldn't have to ask an SA for it, haha. Sabi kasi dito medyo nakakahiya pag bumili nung book.

Pagpunta ko ng NBS Taft, ANG DAMI naka tower display sa harap! All 3 books! I immediately grabbed a copy of the first book and paid for it. Pagkabili ko, nakita ko inaalis na yung display! Kalokah! May nag complain kaya na parents??? Malapit kasi yung NBS branch sa schools, might give female students ideas? hehe

I think naging controversial lang ito kasi gagawing movie right? If hindi it will just be one of eroticas stories. If a person is not use to reading erotica, this will shock them. It's mild if you do.

Honestly, I don't see all the hype is all about...

Got curious so i bought a copy the other day. Hirap ako matapos kasi ang kulit ng toddler ko. I only read when he's asleep. Hindi naman ako naeskandalo sa mga sexy scenes kasi times 2 or 3 lang siya compare sa mga sexy scenes ng mga historical novels na nabasa ko.

Im done with the 3 books. I think I finished all three in 5 days. Christian Grey is too intriguing. In some levels nakakakilig siya. But in ended up skipping the racy scenes kasi paulit ulit Lang siya. Among 3 I liked the 2nd one the best.

I watched an interview of the author. On some levels I was surprised na siya yung author. Parang ang layo sa demeanor niya

I just finished the trilogy today. That's after three days. Haha

Honestly, the book is not that good. I mean... parang nagbabasa ka lang ng mild p*rn na may story. As I said before, the story could fit in one book, but we need the other two for all the sex they're having.

The book is just a 2/5 for me, but hell, Christian Grey is a 10/10 guy!

Reading it now. Parang nasa chapter 5 palang ako nakaka-suspense Na-intrigue kasi ako sa mga comments.

done reading all the books.. dunno why people find it so intriguing.. IMO, it was something tamer than i expected.. siguro na-exaggerate lang sa nababasa ko before..    but the frequency of sex, yun yung off part sakin.. parang everything they do will always end up on sexx.. WTF!   


kung may na-skip man akong parts, yun yung bdsm part about floggers and all.. meron kasi mga materials dun na i don't have any idea kung ano so hindi ko maimagine.. 


of all the books.. mas naenjoy ko yun Darker.. ang Freed may part na boring.. 


but i love their banter all throughout.. kaya lang feeling ko mababaw yun explanation and ending on christian being freed.. sabagay, it started as fanfic naman so wala na siguro thorough research and consultation about bdsm..

for me best is yung second book. maraming nangyari eh.

pero i love the ending of the first book.

haizz sad hindi ko na mababasa si christian grey.

at dahil dun i decided to wake my brain cells and wake up the inner writer in me. ang tagal na ring natutulog nun eh. since college pa.

i will try my best to write my own christian grey.... or maybe someone like him. para naman may mabasa ako na nakakakilig. hahaha

Mango_shake, I enjoyed too the 2nd book. Para kasing CG seems so "normal" there (or maybe i saw it that way since I skipped the sex parts?). But yeah he's so swoon-worthy!

Sis mango_shake, while I was reading the book, lumabas yang flogger na yan at yung isa pa, pang-horse din. Napa-google pa ko to complete my imagination kasi hindi ko rin alam yung mga bagay na yun hahaha

Nakakaloka din yung nag-break sila ng 1 week pero akala mo years sila di nagkita tapos sex ulit. Hay ya yay haha

honestly na depress ako after the third book, parang kasi I want more!  I want to know what happened with the kids.. I want to know more about Christian, you guys see the effect? hahahhaha

but with the 3 books, my favorite was the second talaga. I'm actually reading it again.

Sexy parts lang binasa ko kasi medyo dry yung prose nya eh, and di ko masyadong type yung plot, too unrealistic, haha. I wasn't going to buy the 2nd book but since many of you say it's good bibili na rin ako.

the first book kasi is all about sex.... the third book naman is just right, at one point mejo boring na, but I felt like I need to read it kasi I want to know kung ano ba nangyari talaga kay Christian.  and yeah, sa 3rd book, I skipped most of their sexcapades, parang nakakaumay na hahhahaha...  with the 2nd book kasi mejo kinilig ako kay Christian hehe
