I super love katsudon! the best i tried is in yabu and terriyaki boy... tokyo tokyo's katsudon is okay, kapag medyo tipid na ko tokyo tokyo nalang hehe but i wanna try cooking it on my own pero parang ang hirap...

The best one I had was at Saboten at Hong Kong airport. It was crunchy, not oily and the meat was tender and juicy.

I want to taste Yabu's katsudon.

We tried it kaya lang medyo kulang ng lasa yung meat pero malutong yung breading nya.

i love katsudon pero a really good one rare from where i am at i'd cook it myself nalang when i crave it. the usual staple on restaurant menus would either be curry katsu, chicken, shrimps or eel. rare you'd find pork na breaded and cooked just right na di sunog or oily. haven't really found a place yet that serves it.

^ Don't expect too much from Yabu. For me, it is good, but does not live up to its hype.

^ Mas nagustuhan ko ang tiger prawn katsu than the pork loin katsu. Yung sauce masarap saka yung dressing for the cabbage salad. Sulit na rin pero mas masarap talaga ang Saboten katsu.

Been a long time since I ate Katsudon because I prefer chicken, beef, and fish over pork but I like the Katsudon in Bubble Tea.

oo nga pala... masarap ang Katsudon ng Samurai (yung stall na sa tapat lang ng SM Grocery, also kilala na may masarap na Takoyaki) ...and Katsudon ng Okuya sa SM MOA Foodcourt

I love katsudon! una kong natikman to sa Teriyaki Boy. kaso minsan di masarap timpla nila. sa Yabu masarap naman kaso mas gusto ni bf yung sa teriyaki boy. we tried din pala katsudon sa Fukuya pwede na rin
