FRUIT DIET

anyone here who has tried this?
gusto ko kasing matry to lalo na malapit na magsummer.. i'll just eat lots of fruits for the day to contain and maintain my energy needed. [textspeak!] kaya magagagandang fruits?
maybe 3 days straight wouldnt hurt me..

anyone sisses?

sis i remember na try ito ng pinakamatabang kasama namin noon ,,she only eats fruits such as watermelon,melon,pineapple,apple and ponkan or orange,,in 3 days,   kaso nanghina siya and after 3 days ,mega crave sa food and mas lalo tumaba,,,

Yes, ginagawa ko rin itong fruit diet. Mostly sa pang 3rd and 4th day dun talaga magcracrave ng mga foodies and temptations are always around. Will power talaga ang katapat ng food temptations tee hee  :D . Ang ginagawa ko rin na snack ay toasted nuts, tinotoast ko sa oven toaster. It's healthier than sa nabibili sa groceries na may sodium or yung conventional na nuts sa vendors. A handful of nuts helps me, basta no rice, no pork, no meats. Rice kasi talaga yung nakakapag-pataba sa akin lalo na petite at hindi ako biniyayaan ng height kaya mabilis mapansin pag nag gain ng weight LOL. Okay ang apple, banana, nuts. Pwede rin mag steam ng brocolli and asparagus.

Naalala ko rin ginawa ko rin na 2 weeks straight na puro saging, nabawasan ako ng 10 lbs. Pero hindi siya advisable dahil hindi siya healthy hehe!

i'm on a banana diet.  ;D i eat only bananas for breakfast and lunch. dinner, i eat meat and veggies. hindi ko kaya na puro fruits lang though before i've tried na apple naman.

anirazc anasor: i think you should also pick the fruits you'll eat. some kasi are high in sugar din... :)

^ and veggies too :P You need carbs pa rin e.. probably switch to whole wheat bread and snack on wholegrain cereals (just watch the sugar) :)

kinakaya, sis. if i have a choice, cake na lang sana.  ;D need to lose weight for summer.

Same here, i need to loose more pounds, hirap maging girl. Bakit naman kasi hindi ako nabiyayaan ng mabilis na metabolism at tabain kasi ako  ::) . Effective talaga ang fruits tuwing gabi rin, i don't eat heavy meals pag night dahil hindi na ako magbuburn ng calories.

Tuwing weekends ang reward day ko na pwedeng makatikim ng cake or ice cream  ;D .

Effective sa akin ang fruit diet, in 2 or 3 weeks nabawasan na ako ng 10lbs. Dati 110lbs ako pero right now naging 100 Lbs. na ako. Fruit diet rin kaya ginawa ni Kate Middleton?  :P

cheat days ko saturday and sunday. the rest of the week, bananas, veggies, meat and konting bread kinakain ko. i lost 5 lbs na in a week with no exercise. hopefully, i'll lose 5 lbs more before summer ends.
