Both are nice... But for me Lighthouse has a more relaxing ambiance, though The Villas' room is more spacious specially the one with the kitchen. If traveling with kids i'll choose The Villas  because of their swimming pool.. If kami lang ni hubby Lighthouse.

question mga sis....naka book na kami sa Kamana... ano bang dapat kong gawin...

arrive there siguro mga 10:00 am(sunday)...what first kaya OA or ZS...

balak ko kasi...Sunday one place then after sa hotel kami mag swim and beach...the next day another place..

OA and ZS lang balak namin puntahan...we have our 4 yr old with us kasi...un priority namin..plus swim and beach...

Sis, how's your stay at Kamana? Nagbook ka ba directly or thru agoda? Would you know san cheaper magbook? I plan to bring the kids on 2nd week of March. Thank you.

We stayed in The Lighthouse 2 weeks ago and got the suite room. BDO card holders get 20% off so it was a bit cheaper. The hotel room was huge and we had a jacuzzi in our bathroom. There was cocktails in the afternoon and turndown service plus hot chocolate or tea in the evening. The breakfast was yummy and a lot compared to other subic hotels.

down side is that we checked out on a monday (hotel only had a few guests) and we were late leaving the room by 15 minutes and as we were walking out the door, they called us up to remind us of the check in time.

^ they were basically kicking us out of the room. called us to remind that check out time is 12noon and it was already 12:15pm

The Lighthouse is very nice. Homely and the staff is very very helpful. last time we were in subic though(last week) medyo madaming tao because of challenge philippines so we went to The Terrace Hotel. it is cheaper compared to The Lighthouse's 10k a night (7k lang ang The Terrace). Lovely ang view sa roofdeck ng terrace. Sea in the front and mountains around. The Lighthouse though has a garden and wider grounds. in terms of location mas convenient ang terrace since u just have to walk around to get some food. Seafood grill there is horrible. Gerry's grill is okay for suppers and during the day you can drive to Ramchi or over at the malls to choose some others. 
might stay at camayan this end of march para makapagbeach na kami ng kids because honestly hindi kami nagbea beach or safari last 2 times we were in subic. puro business meetings kasi si hubby and so we mostly ended up having singit leisirely walks, dinners and swim lang sa pool ang kids (thankfully okay naman ang pool sa lighthouse and terrace hotel.)

mga sis, naka backread na ako, pero my concern, anong resort ang may carpark sa loob ng vicinity nila mismo?

mapapagalitan ako ng husband ko, kung mai bobook ko eh street parking.

Camayan may sariling car park area.. and malayo sa kabihasnan kaya solo lang ng mga resort clients ang parking area. Lighthouse, Moonbay hotels and yung mga hotels on that area street parking lang usually..

sis, galing ako sa Mansion Garden kanina may mini stop kasi sa tabi bumili ako ng snack lapit lang sa office ko.. hindi sya street parking may sarili syang parking space mukha namang safe though it's not a enclosed area na nakafence, open lang sya...

Sa mansion garden na ako nag pa confirm ng booking, 6,300 yung double deluxe room nila, 4 kami, hubby and 2 kids.

mga sis , malinis pa rin ba  sa  OCEAN'S VIEW , 2 yrs ago pa kasi pumunta dun . We're planning to have a day tour , swim lang kasi habol namin for our 5 yr old daughter?   or kung me iba pa kayo mare-recommned na malinis languyan accessible by public transport.  thanks!

Mga sis, ask ko lang if malapit lang ang Camayan sa Ocean's View? So far kasi OV palang ang alam namin puntahan and muntik pa kami maligaw. Thia time, we want to try Camayan sana since allowed din ang dogs dun pag day tour lang.

Also, alin ba mas ok between the two? Ang ayaw ko lang sa Ocean's View ay mga cottages nila masyado ng luma sana palitan considering mahal din naman ang rent.

BTW, sa mga dog lovers, sa Ocean's View nakapag overnight kami dun with our dogs. Yun nga lang sa tent lang kami natulog since di pwede ang dogs sa rooms nila. Ok naman since dun kami nagtayo ng tents sa cottage area.

kung linis ng tubig i don't recommend beaches outside SBMA... kung commute kayo pwede naman Camayan, sakay kayo ng Victory or Saulog via SCTEX then baba kayo sa Harbor Point malapit lang dun terminal ng free shuttle ng Camayan/ Ocean Adventure.. or pwede din sa ALL HANDS BEACH pagbaba ng bus sakay ka ng taxi papunta dun..
