I did a little digging on the Camayan incident.  The blog does not state everything that happened, such as how the yaya rubbed sand on the child's legs while the tentacles of the jellyfish were still stuck there, thus making the injury worse.  Or how the parents asked for damages (monetary) from Camayan almost two weeks after the incident. 

Let's just say the blog did not present a complete narrative of what happened.

I am not from Camayan, let me make it clear.  I talked to their representative because I was scouting for a venue for a team-building activity.  I asked about this incident because it made me wary of booking the place.

^it's at upper cubi near airport and along the way if you're going to Ocean Adventure or Zoobic... never experienced to stay @ Crown Peak but some of my office mates used to stay there on a monthly basis. here's their website: http://crownpeakgardenshotel.beachsubic.com/

went to Subic last weekend & stay at Crownpeak Hotel old building na this was once a transient house ng mga Kano who was assigned at Subic my dad told us.  It's quite creepy.  My hubby received a voucher last Christmas kaya go sa Subic hehe. naka booked kami dun sa kanilang suite which can accomodate 5 persons, eh tatlong girls ang anak ko so ayaw nila sa big room kaya nagpa downgrade na lang kami sa ordinary room nila.  malakas naman ang aircon & water supply.  Nag treetop adventure nga rin pala kami.  that's all have a good & blessed day mga sis....

Hi ask ko lang if may nakapagstay naba sa Mountain Woods Resort? Okay ba yung place and malayo ba sya sa Zoobic and OA?

Any feedback sa THE CABIN? Plan kasi namin 3days stay sa subic. 1st or 3rd day namin either OA or zoobic safari.. 2nd day beach.. Pag day tour lang sa beach pwede ba kahit until 8am? Dungaree beach pwede na kaya?

We'll be going to Subic tomorrow. I booked our accommodation in Subic Holiday Villas, I hope okay naman ang place, no choice na kasi last minute booking na kasi nagawa ko since kahapon lang naconfirm paguwi ni hubby. Sa Camayan talaga yung plan sana namin kaso fully booked na sila. Magzoobic and OA kami since yun lang yung nakikita kong suitable activity na pwede sa 4 yr. old daughter ko.

mga sis ano bang mai suggest niyo sa amin..3 lang kasi kami,bale kaming mag asawa at 2 year old daughter namin.last week nag batangas kami,napakalayo ng nasugbu eh,sa dulo pa kasi yun napuntahan namin sa Hamilo.ngayon may lagnat at ubo anak ko.balak namin magpunta ng Zoobic Safari.maganda ba talaga doon?saka magkano ba budget pag mga 2N/3Days ka doon kasama na hotel?

^^sis crybaby05, i thought nagpost dito yung reply ko sa yo last week, wala pala! Ulitin ko na lang... The Cabin is a very small hotel malapit sa office namin, nung una akala namin ng mga office mates ko it's just a small coffee shop, hotel pala. Madami din naman cheap hotels inside subic tyagain mo lang maghanap kahit sa internet. Mostly resort's day tour time is between 7 am to 6pm. Lastly, Dungaree is the cheapest beach inside Subic magbaon na lang kayo ng foods coz i'm not sure if may nabibilhan dun.

^^sis fairywinkle79122, sana before kayo pumasyal dito sa Subic magaling na baby mo kasi mainit ngayon ang panahon baka lumala sakit nya. Anyways, madami kang makikitang cheap hotels like Buena Casa, Traveller's Hotel, Venezia Hotel & a lot more. Usually less than 2thousand per night lang. Entrance fee naman for Zoobic Safari or Ocean Adventure usually around 500 pero minsan may discount.

oo nga sis bettyboop1322 nalamigan siguro ito sa byahe.nakakatuwa kasi yung Tiger Safari ba yon?yung nakasakay ka sa jeep tapos lalapit yung mga Tiger.anong buwan ba sis magandang pumasyal dyan?ayoko sana sumabay sa holy week kasi sigurado yan madami lalong tao.saka baka mas mahal ang room rates ng mga hotel.

^yes sis mahal mga room rates pag peak season like Holy Week and weeks before that almost fully booked na, hirap na humanap, but after that ok naman na. Ok din sis na day 1 sa Zoobic Safari kayo then next day Ocean Adventure or swimming kayo sa beach.

I went with my youngest kid to his field trip. It was in Ocean Adventure. I loved the place coz there are a lot of activities and I enjoyed the shows. The experience is worth remembering. The shows are successful in telling stories on how we should be responsible about nature.

Any recommendation for a good Chinese restaurant in Subic?  Which is better, Feng Huang or Golden Dragon?

Both are A-OK! Masasarap foods nila, mas madami lang yata food choices sa Golden Dragon, mas malaki place nila medyo luma nga lang.. Idk, pero parang mas mura bill namin pag sa Feng Huang kami kumakain..
