i tried the classic, maganda ang packaging at yung stick dahil may nakalagay na magnum tsaka maganda rin yung material na ginamit, pero pareho lang ang lasa sa ordinary ice cream..

sayang ang pera dito, mas nasarapan pa ako sa selecta white choco ice cream

Almond  na lang di ko pa na try kahit santambak ang stocks sa 7-11 sa tabi ng La Salle, palibhasa wala nang klase, hehe. Bigla akong namahalan at pinang McDo ko na lang yung 60 pesos ko.

totally agree with you sis, it's not worth the price, it's "ice cream"

I tried Almond yesterday, bleh... di ko type haha So I won't even try yung isa pa na puro chocolate. Di talaga for me ang Magnum ice cream. Mas nasiyahan pa ko sa Twin Pops haha

i tried truffle and classic.. ok na din for 50ph worth na ice cream.. mas mura compare kung kakain kami sa fastfood or coffee shop ng office mate ko..

here's my verdict naman on all available flavors ng Magnum:

Classic - nothing special.  like my cousin said, mas masarap pa pinipig crunch

Almond - my favorite.  sakto lang yong tamis and i love the mixture of the chocolate and almond coating, plus the creaminess ng vanilla.  yummy.  almost every week, I have a stock of 1 box at home (3 pcs, I am not sure if it is available there in Pinas).

Choco Truffle - too sweet for my taste. 

Choco-Cappucino - imagine the almonds in the Almond flavor as coffee candies in the coating (as in pure coffee), yon na yon.  Then there's a little bit coffee flavor sa vanilla sa may bandang dulo.  If you are a coffee addict (esp. pag espresso lover ka, you will love it.)  I think this one is not yet released in Pinas.

^ yes, almond is available here.. same as classic and choco truffle. The choco-cappuccino is not available though, pero from your description mukhang yan ang type ko ha. coffee + choco!! haha!

^kakarelease lang this year yong choco cappucino dito sa KL so I guess it won't be long before it will be released there.  palitan mo lang yong almond sa coating ng coffee candy (expresso) yon na, hehe.  Then yong vanilla niya sa bandang dulo has swirls of coffee flavor kaya tamang tama to sa mga coffee addicts

i tried all 3, i like almond the best. tried truffle din, altho i'm a chocoholic, i find it nothing special naman. masarap naman ang magnum for me, you could see na mas may quality yung ice cream and esp yung belgian chocolate coating compared to other ice creams, but i do think that it's a bit overpriced, tho...

i tried choco truffle twice, di ko talaga nagustuhan. and tama iba natin sisses overpriced selecta magnum, mas masarap pa korean ice cream..
