Lumix camera

hi, any lumix user here?

need ko po sana feedback on the lumix camera,  what unit is a good buy? is it true na di na leica lense ang mga bagong labas na units?

ako din, despite tons of research, im still confused kung lumix or canon ulit? particularly lumix lx5 or canon s100. i know mas bago yung s100 pero nalilito lang ako.

try using both muna. ganyan din ako a few weeks ago.  i tried my friends lx5 pero hindi ako happy sa pic quality particularly yung colors ng pics.  faded yung dating nya.  i prefer vivid colors at sharp details.  pero the lx5 is really a very beautiful camera.  physically speaking.  specially yung white.

saw someone yesterday using a lumix camera, mukha syang compact pero changeable ang lense. ganda! kaso nahiya ako mag usisa kase di ko naman kakilala. nag observed lang ako. lol

sana may mag share na dito ng experience nila sa lumix.

hindi ako happy sa pic quality particularly yung colors ng pics.  faded yung dating nya.

hi sis! sa lcd ba sya faded or pati sa computer? minsan kasi malabo or darker sa lcd, but when i transferred sa computer, ok naman sya.

the thing is, it really depends kung ano yung preference mo.  i've seen pics taken with lx5 sa net na ang gaganda, same with s95 kaya nga ang tagal kong pinag-isipan eh.  but when i tried both cams, nakita ko na mas type ko talaga yung pic quality ng canon kesa lx5.

Torn rin ako. Ngayon ko lang nakita yun shots ng LX5. Ganda! Parang mas okay siya sa LE shots. Trip ko kasi yun mga ganun shots..

naka leica lens yung lumix lx5. wow! any idea how much?

We have LX5, im super satisfied with the pix quality naman though si hubby yung mostly gumagamit. I super like the video quality as well. We compared it to our Sanyo HD (daw), pero mas maganda yung kuha nung Lumix. It's compact too. We also compared the pix to my sister's cannon pix, parang mas clear and vibrant yung kuha nang lumix. Baka lang din sa settings. We bought ours sa Kimstore, forgot the price though. Last year pa yun eh.

thanks sis @daisy_duck for the feedback. baka eto na nga ang next camera ko kase yung luma kong fz lumix nasira yung motherboard and since phase out na wala nang replacement pero super satisfied din ako dun sa luma ko kaya balak ko lumix ulit.

Hello MissJoan! I bought a Lumix LX5 for 16,500 pesos last February kay Jeptall and I can say that it is a very good buy. I haven't experimented that much with manual mode but I am already satisfied with auto mode. There is an auto "happy"mode and maganda ang colors sis. Nag pop talaga siya. ^ Don't worry sis. Alam ko sa kimstore nagbaba na din sila ng price sa LX5. 15k na lang siya last na check ko sa sulit. Are you still on the fence sis between s100 and LX5? I actually got to try the S100 sa isang store at mas maliit sya sa LX5 pero mas komportable ako sa controls ng LX5. Regarding the color, I only have S95 pics ng friend ko (http://www.flickr.com/photos/13114073@N07/7041630319/in/photostream) for comparison at okay din naman sya. Ang hindi ko lang sure if it also has the wide angle feature.

lumix user din ako for 2.5yrs na din, LX3 pa yung akin, but I'm still happy with it
