Mga sis, do any of you use CoCaLo's Perfect Bum CD?

I bought my first 2 CDs sa SM. Bamboo Dappy ata brand non. I bought there even though I've seen this first online. Hesitant lang ako bumili kasi mas gusto ko syang makita ng personal and I have no idea how this works. 2 sets binili ko. After that, binili ko yung 3rd namin via online sa Asya's Cradle pati na rin yung diaper bag. May booth sila non sa Kindermusik Family Festival. Mas nagustuhan ko sya kasi madaling matuyo yung pocket diaper nya compared sa first 2 sets ko. Bought extra 5 pure bamboo inserts naman sa Baby Chic Boutique. So far, eto naman ang pinakagusto kong insert kasi super absorbent.

Recently, I purchased 3 sets of CDs ulit sa Asya's Cradle (Alva 4.0 yung brand) with MF bamboo insert. Now, proven mas gusto ko talaga cover nila but the inserts, mas type ko yung pure bamboo.

Hindi whole day ang CD ni baby, minsan panties lang kasi di na sya hiyang sa disposable diapers simula nung nag-tag-init. Pero dahil malamig na ang panahon, madalas na ang wiwi ni baby so mukhang kukulangin ang 6 CDs nya if we'll not be able to wash those on a daily basis.

Hi , Ask ko lang [textspeak!] po ba ibigsabihin pag "minky" ngatitingen po kasi ako sa FB ng mga nappy i saw this page na sobrang mura nya mag-benta 250ea nakalagay ALVA "minky", , [textspeak!] po ba yung minky? curious lang kasi i'll start buying nappy's na kasi im 5mos preg palang ako , so as early as now mgiipon na ko heheh

Minky refers to the super soft fabric of the outer shell. Here's some guides to get you started. Syempre tsaka mo na malalaman kung saan hiyang si baby, every child is different

Depends on the size of your baby, sis. Pwede naman kaagad and i know some moms who only used disposables sa hospital then CD na, pero depende talaga sa sizing ni baby. Manganganak ako in 6 weeks and i'm packing both

You can start CD-ing your baby as early as you like. There are CDs for newborns if baby is on the small side. In my baby's case since big baby sya, we used OSFM CDs agad.

Personally, online lagi: amazon, babies r us, local Facebook pages din to support entrepreneur moms, blah blah blah  Sa south din ako, carmona/cavite area.

Oh my i am so confused. I want to use CDs but i still need to learn. 2 days na yata ako nagbabasa ng blogs about CDs. Muntik na ako magpabili ng grovia ba yun for newborn until i learned about covers. Medyo pricey pa naman yung nakita kong pack of 6 sa internet. Magbabackread muna ako

any feedback about Pempem and bebibum? from indonesia daw yung CD. gusto din ni hubby ito so ito ang bibilhin namin.

sa mga mommies ano po ba ang pinaka okay na brand. as much as possible ayaw ko sana ng china kasi almost ng gawa nila if hindi palpak, harmful, oops sorry pero that's my observation.

Excited nako to use Alva 4.0 on my baby. Sana pwede siyang nighttime diaper para di na kami magdisposable

kapg newborn ok din ba yun micro fiber na insert? o may mas maganda pa.. mga ilan dapat ang number of insert
kada change?

Question po. May nakikita kasi akong alva series,ang dami pala nun. May mga series na hindi PUL ang outer. May nagbigay po dito ng helpful link regarding types different types of cds. Sabi po dun, usually kapag minky ang outer, may hidden PUL inside to make it waterproof. Sa mga nakagamit po ng alva, are all the cds, regardless of their series, waterproof? Pasensya na po kung this seems a silly question, e kasi may iba po akong nakikita na cd demo sa youtube tapos sinasabi kelangan pa ng cover kasi hindi waterproof. Mahilo hilo na po ako kakasearch ng answer sa query ko. I'll be starting to build my stash na kasi maski 24 weeks along pa lang ako. TIA!

^pocket diapers are water proof, minky or not.

eto yung common system
- pocket + insert/s
- cover + liner + insert/s
- cover + insert/s
- cover + prefolds

best thing about pocket is that they feel soft on baby's skin and they feel dry most of the time, unless the insert is soaking wet. cover + liner + insert needs some good stuffing para wag mawala sa pwesto. kaya yung ibang mga cover + insert, meron silang snap to keep in place.
