I just purchased a deal from ccp. A batangas 2d/1n getaway for 8 persons. Ako kinukulit ko muna sila katatawag bago talaga ko bumili like kung may available pa ba na room. Ano ang inclusion sa package etc. Mahirap na, baka kung kelan nakabayad na ko tsaka ko mahahassle hirap pa naman magparefund sa kanila at di rin biro ang magtravel pa batangas tapos pagdating dun tska magkakaproblema. So far ok naman, pati pagpapareserve ko ok din. Nagtext pa nga sila ng confirmation message saken. Di ko talaga buburahin yun para pagnagkaproblem may ebidensiya ko.

ginamit ko yesterday yung coupon ko ng somethin' fishy buffet from metrodeal....nagpa-reserved ako last friday...good thing kinuha ko yung name ng kausap ko and noted the time of phone conversation...pagpasok pa lang me whiteboard dun na me name ng mga nagpa-reserved....wala yung pangalan ko, pero pinaupo na kami...

we were eating na, lumapit yung kausap ko daw sa phone...sabi wala daw sa list na pinapadala ng metrodeal ang name ko...eh apat yung voucher...sabi ko, kahit isa walang pumasok? anyway naman daw, pwede namang sa ibang araw ko gamitin yun voucher, so meaning, i have to pay in cash for a regular rate....nairita na ko, kasi in the first place nung dumating ako alam nilang wala ang name ko pero pinayagan nila kaming kumain....sabi ko na lang, eh pano yan wala akong pera, pwede naman daw card...eh sabi ko, wala rin akong card....

sabi ko, i think hindi ko problema yan, problema nyo at ng metrodeal, i paid for the voucher, nagpa-reserved ako dapat dun pa lang nakita niyo na kung me mali....eh try daw nila tumawag sa metrodeal kung me tao kasi nga sunday..... dios mio, naka-ilang balik sa table para sa problema na yun, eh kumakain ka...

pero in the end, ok na daw, nakausap na raw nila ang metrodeal...sus!

but then, i won't go back to somethin' fishy....hindi maganda ang ambiance...the worst, malangaw...para kang nasa carinderia....yung regular rate nila na 500 plus, pwede ka na sa yakimix, eh di yakimix na lang ako....feeling mayaman ka pa, lol.....

ngayon lang ako nagka problema sa deal sa dami ng nagagamit ko....

marami na akong bad experiences sa mga groupons kaya hindi na ako basta basta bumibili.  Dati sa Cashcashpinoy I bought Jamaican patties grabe mga 6x yata akong bumalik ayaw akong bigyan wala daw name ko sa list what I did was I took a picture of their list and send it to Cashcashpinoy ayun after mga 2 weeks pagpunta ko okay na.  I bought David's tea house voucher din tapos nagsara yung store I filed a complain at Ensogo ayun deadma.  Haaay..... Deal grocer sobra din ang daming binebentang regular price pero nakalagay discounted daw.

I filed a complain with Deal Grocer about our Taal Vista vouchers since hindi maganda yung room na nakuha ko.  I was given a room with construction workers behind my room working on the Sky Ranch's catterpillar.  I was glad that Deal Grocer refunded me for my vouchers 9k din yun ha.

There's this deal sa Groupon na Lacoste bag. almost 3k lang.. genuine kaya to? Tapos for delivery lang siya. Sana pwede man lang pick up.

Naku di ako natutuwa sa CCP Travel Deals. Hindi sila consistent sa sinasabi nila. Nag-email ako kanina e iba naman yung sinasabi nila. Tsaka wala yata silang ka-tambal na travel agency talaga. I googled yung Big Planet Tours walang lumabas. Last time I called, CCP office daw yun. Tapos sabi nila babalikan nila ako within the day, wala naman.

yung mga travel deals you need to call them and ask dati kukuha dapat ako ng Boracay deal sa Ensogo tapos I called the merchant 2d2n lang pala pero sa deal nila 3d2n. Ganun ang style nila you should ask kung ano ang oras ng flight papunta and flight pabalik.

hi feedback on my bad experience with Ensogo for Team Sir George by Mary Pauline - Hair Color with Treatment plus Senior stylist Haircut. After that incident, I send an email at Ensogo, they replied the next day, I stated that I wanted my money back. After several days, they coordinated with the merchant daw and hindi pumayag, they just ask me for a date for my appointment. Nagbigay naman ako then ilang days wala akong na-receive na email, so i inquire again, sabi ng ensogo wala pa daw reply ang merchant ..haay doon pa lang palpak na. Then the following day, na-confirm na ang schedule ko. Day ng appoint since afternoon pa naman ng 3pm, I called up early morning kasi may overtime ako, sabi ko I'll be late by 30mins, mabuti kinuha ko name nung kausap ko. Pagpunta doon, I came in wala pang 10mins early, ibang babae bumungad saken may dating, I dont know parang may-ari or manager ata, sabi ko ensogo and my name, again tiningnan sa list, may problem na naman, haaay. sabi ko may nakausap ako, sinabi ko pangalan. tinawag nung babae, sa isip ko, one wrong move aalis talaga ako. ayun pinapasok na ako sa loob. madami na silang client nung dumating ako. Pag-upo pinapili ako ng hair color, pero pansin ko hindi sila friendly, wala man lang greeting, upo agad tapos pili ng hair color, no introduction kung sinong gagawa. Sabi ko na lang ang light color. wala man lang test kung allergic ako sa products, diretso apply na. parang luma na ang place, sirang upuan, tapos iyong hair dryer nila nasa floor lang. sabi ko nga naku po pano kapag matuluan ng tubig iyan delikado. they just shrug it off. tumagal din kasi it was my first time for a hair color, after that iyong hair relax ata iyon, tapos blow dry, then cut na, ni wala man lang tanong kung gusto ko bang mag-pa iksi, wala deadma, mahaba ang buhok ko na makapal pero naturally straight..cut cut, grabeh tapos na bigla, nilagyan lang ako ng layer sa harap, ayun na. one thing i like this place is that they employed elderly, iyong nag color at nagwash sa akin, medyo nakausap ko pa [textspeak!] naglalaro siya ng candy crush..lol. anyways, almost 3 hrs, will i come back tho this place - NO. will i ever avail of promo for beauty promos..NO.

So far lahat ng deals na nabil i ko I can say na sulit.

1. Diana Stalder 3 sessions of deep back cleaning (ENSOGO)

I claimed mine sa Svelte Eastwood, may two sessions pa ako, super asikaso ka dun. Ang ganda ng clinic and nakagloves yung attendant so very sanitary. Nag-improve naman ang back ko.

2. Lasema Spa (use of saunas and pools and 1 massage) (ENSOGO)

Super sulit! Nag-enjoy ako dito. I got this from Ensgo. I want more of this voucher.

3. Manicure and pedicure plus foot spa at The Nail Lounge Manila (DEALGROCER)

Hands down, the best nail salon I've been too in ages. Super sayang kasi isa lang binili ko! Ang ganda ng salon place nila and super asikaso ako dito. I love the excellent service.

May binili ako bago, Sa Aria Nail Lounge naman spa manicure and spa pedicure, di ko pa na-claim (GROUPON). Di pa ako nagpapareserve, I hope OK naman, mas malapit ito sa akin eh. Siguro, ingat lang talaga sa pagpili ng merchants.

I posted dito about CCP Travel voucher namin dati. Luckily, nilipat ng CCP yung travel agency na naghandle sa trip namin. Turns out sa Sarap Magbyahe e super bilis nila magrespond. Grabe ang email exchange nila ng husband ko. Within 2 days nafinalize trip namin. Kakainis lang ang swerte ni hubby talaga nung ako tumatawag sa previous handler since Feb 2013 pa, di ako ineentertain at sumuko na ko. Inescalate ko pa sa CS Support ng CCP yung problem, inabot ng several months (nakapanganak na ko't lahat!) wala nangyari.

PERO nung si hubby nagreklamo, agad agad reply sila na iba na ang agent. Kaloka.

Isa pa lang ang na-try kong group-buying site which is Metrodeal. Last May, I purchased their travel deal sa Nasugbu, Batangas sa Canyon Cove from 6K to 3K nalang yung 3D2N nila for 2 adults and 2 kids.

Super sulit, I had no problems dun sa merchant siguro yung nalate lang ng konti sa pag check-in other than that super enjoy talaga.

+ ENSOGO - Pampered Nails & Body Spa - pleasant experience. From the place to the service.
- ENSOGO - Infiniti Headphones - low quality product. I don't think I've availed a discounted item.
- ENSOGO - Shoe Rack - low quality product. I don't think I've availed a discounted item. Price Padding
- ENSOGO - Fitted Bed Sheet/Pillow cases - color not as vibrant as advertised. Price Padding.
- ENSOGO - Surgiderm IPL, Whitening etc - Staffs are bitchy.
- ENSOGO - Raincoat - low quality product. I don't think I've availed a discounted item. Price Padding.
- DEAL AMIGOS - Liz Claiborne wallet - misleading photo. Item not worth my P1,299.
- METRODEAL - Arc Avilon - Padding on Reg price. Sabi regular price daw is P400 but when I called P300 lang pala.
+ METRODEAL - Ani Marie Rebond - Nice rebond for P600 only!
- METRODEAL - Envy Me Salon Rebond - worst rebond service ever, expensive too!

I've only bought 4 deals so far. Two from Metrodeal, one from Ensogo and one from DealGrocer.

I had a bad experience from Metrodeal. AniMarie Salon was the merchant. I tried scheduling for a week, but laging full daw at walang available na slot, but when I had a friend call to schedule the same schedules na gusto ko, they had available slots kasi regular paying at hindi voucher customer. Informed Metrodeal, asked for refund. At first they said they will coordinate the scheduling aw, but pati yung customer service nila nahirapan mag-sked, so finally after almost a month, ni-refund nila ang payment. Pero as account credit lang. Hindi daw pwede cash.

So para magamit yung pera, bumili ako ulit. This time ang merchant is World Citi. Pahirapan din magpa-reserve at sked dito. Parang yung una rin. In the end, same story. Refunded for a second time. Nandun pa rin yung pera sa account ko sa kanila. Pero wala na kong balak bumili pa ulit sa Metrodeal unless tangible item na ide-deliver or ipi-pickup. Yung mga merchants sa site nila mukhang mahirap kausap.

Ensogo, I bought an exercise equipment. Delivery was delayed for a couple of weeks due to the merchant, but nag-email naman sila to inform na made-delay a week before expected delivery dates. So okay lang. At least they were on top of the situation.

The most recent one I bought from DealGrocer. I bought 45-day unlimited pass for Barre3. Redeemed at the Eastwood branch and had absolutely no problems. Gave my printed voucher, they checked their folder with their own copy of the voucher, asked for an ID and  was good to go.

Marami akong friends na nagku-kuwento na parang naloko sila sa mga travel deals kasi hindi daw worth it or halatang yung pinaka-murang room or yung pinaka malayo sa mga common areas ang binibigay sa mga voucher holders.

I've backpacked most of Asia, and to be honest, most nung mga international travel deals nila, mas mura if I plan it myself. Yung mga hotels kasi na attached with the package laging hindi maganda ang mga reviews when I try to research about them. Plus, yung mga tours na kasama sa package laging may side trip (na minsan mas matagal pa sa actual tour) sa mga gem/jewelry factory or shops kung saan todo ang pangungulit for people to buy kasi yung agency may commission from sales.

Just to warn you guys. I've bought a Lacoste bag deal from Groupon worth P2400. Well before purchasing, I sent them an email to inquire on the authenticity of their items. They quickly confirm with attachments of their receipts, customs doc., even included a photo of Lacoste boutique in HongKong supposing it is where they are getting their items. So I purchased a deal knowing that I could easily confirm the authenticity of the bag once it's delivered since my brother is a store manager of Lacoste.
So upon comparing with the authentic lacoste bag, the bag delivered to me by Groupon is indeed an imitation. I've wrote Groupon now to request for a return and reimbursement. Will update here whatever happens.

May nakapagsuccessfully reimburse na ba sa Groupon? Nagpaparefund din ako sa deal na nakuha ko e. Kaso may singil palang extra pag nagbayad thru credit card. Conversion ek ek.

^Sa akin dati more of na-overcharge ako ng Groupon sa debit card. After a lot of emailing and calling, nabalik sa kin yung pera in the form of Groupon credits. I forgot na how long exactly it took. I think 2-3 weeks yata.

Pero pursigido talaga ko mag-follow up. For example, nag-email ako sa kanila on a Monday. Then the next day, tumawag ako. The next day, email uli. The next day, tawag uli.
