Anyone here bought a voucher for a mini HD camera from metrodeal? It was stated that the shipping of the items supposedly will start on July 12. Has anyone received their order? I'm still waiting for the one I bought. I wonder kung sino yung merchant nila eh and Metrodeal support team don't offer any support at all. hays.

Hi to all Newbie here, I will share my experiences with ensogo, Once you paid the deal, you will have a hard time getting a refund. I bought several products, just to name a few like the popcorn machine at discounted price of php 1299 valued at php2999, I found out later when I visited rob place ermita, that they where selling it at 1,300(bargain) at the stalls near/infront of pepper lunch. Another thing the magic mesh php 229 valued at php 500, where the actual retail price in 168 mall is just 100, card case,kangaroo keeper etc..and a lot more..Right now I only buy food deals and some services but never the products like the above mentioned.

Mga sis, I recently bought wow fiesta from cashcash pinoy. I didn't check it kasi I bought it for my uncle and I wanted him to see na talagang brand new yung product kasi naka-plastic pa. He called me last week to inform me na we were duped kasi sa likod nung song list, may nakalagay na GONZALES FAMILY DECEMBER 2010.

I tried commenting sa page nila sa FB but as expected, binubura nila. Oh well, just be warned mga  sisters...

How do you redeem your Ensogo credits?

i've only tried redeeming for ensogo vouchers and so far so good, ok naman service nila. mostly food vouchers binibili ko, although may pailan ilan na massages etc.

tried with these merchants na and lahat ok naman.
- don henricos moa
- body tunes (sm annex & sm the block - both ok service)
- bake n churn sm annex

ako every time we go back to the phils for our annual holiday nag iipon talaga ako ng mga vouchers for food, massage, manicure and pedicure, entertainment.  I normally buy from ensogo, cashcash pinoy, dealstent, metrodeal, deal dozen and deal grocer.  Pag hotels naman I normally buy from deal grocer.  Wala pa naman akong bad experience, or siguro yung sa metrodeal lang na mani and pedi na binili ko dati, the service is good pero dahil sa dami ng bumili nung vouchers ang hirap magpasched ng appointment.

so far sa cleverbuy lang talaga ko ngkaproblema nung nagsara sila at di ko na naavail iyong service. anyways, good thing naman na sa 10 voucher na nabili ko iyong last 1 lang iyong di umabot. buti na lang di masyadong malaki kaya di masakit sa bulsa. plan ko sanang mag avail ng mga tour packages kaso dahil din sa nangyari sa clever travel natakot na ko. i know someone kasi na she spent almost 80k for clever travel pero di na niya naavail. i don't know kung narefund niya pa iyong money niya. so as of now stick muna ko sa mga food and services deal no travel and item deals for me. dahil din sa mga negative feedbacks sa pagdedeliver ng item or sa pag pick up din, or worst fake pa or di pareho nung sinasabi sa deal.

mas advisable din mga sis kung tatawag muna kayo sa merchant for appointment bago kayo bumili nung deal like minsan kasi, di na available iyong preferred date niyo, aabutan lang ng expiry iyong voucher, sayang. minsan naman halos pareho lang pala iyong prize sa merchant tsaka sa deal, discounted kuno yun pala ganun talaga prize nung deal sa mismong merchant. minsan mas mura pa. nangyayari yan sa mga hotel at services deals. like nung minsan nag spalsh island kami, i avail 10 vouchers, yun pala naka promo talaga sila that whole month na validity din ng voucher. so pagnakataon na may di makakasama sayang lang iyong voucher kasi non refundable na. eh pwede naman pala magpurchase dun mismo sa merchant. sa tagal kong nag aavail ng mga deals naging medyo mautak na ko sa pagbili. kaya ingat ingat din mga sis sa pagbili ng deals, kung meyo fishy call the merchant first. always remember walang masamang magtanong. lalo na kung hard earned money natin ang nakasalalay.

CASH CASH PINOY really sucks, I purchased the crystallized clock last May, voucher stated that delivery period from June 5-13, 2012, until now I didn't receive the item, I already paid for the shipping fee, they don't have contact number, i can only coordinate with them thru emails but they answer super ta gal

i've sent numerous emails sa metrodeal about the SELECTA ICE CREAM deal and i've been trying to call the number that they left pro hindi nagcoconnect. baka na-scam na tayo dito. and take note the merchant "Traveller's Crew ..." is actually a travel agency when you search the net. They simply said "SM" although maraming branches.. eh ang laki kaya ng SM! San mo kaya icclaim dun??

same here sis, what happen to your complain? did you have your voucher printed right after they send it to you? i just noticed they changed the validity period from MARCH 2013 TO APRIL 2012!!!

Talaga? You were able to confirm with bellarocca? Kasi whenever I call them, they can't confirm if hindi directly sa kanila naka-book. Hassle nga eh. Sabi ko, shouldn't your records show if may nagpa-reserve na ganitong name on that specific date?

Yeah, wala ngang negative feedback regarding JLM, but I can't find any positive feedback either.

Mga sis, may nakagamit na ba sa inyo ng voucher ng Bellarocca na offered ng cleverbuy? Medyo napa-praning na kasi ako. 

hay nako... kinakabahan na ko =/ i bought 3 vouchers from JLM Travel and Tours via ensogo. tumawag muna ako bago ko bilin, and i submitted my vouchers during the first week of november. tapos hanggang ngayon wala pa. sumasagot naman sila whenever i call. mabilis din response sa email. =/

Bought a usb from ensogo, delivery date is until Oct. 23. Anong petsa na wala pa din. I emailed and posted in their fb. Nov 12 they replied maeextend pa daw ng 1 week yung redemption kasi madami daw orders. Kung hindi pa ko nag follow up hindi naman sila mag iinform. And 1 week has passed na til now wala pa din. Kahit ba P300 plus lang yun including the shipping, still its hard earned money. Ensogo is really disappointing, big time.

The thing with group-buying sites & merchants kasi, is sometimes the site comes up with the promo without the merchant's consent.
case in point: metrodeal came up with a 99-peso promo with most of a spa's services (let's not name it). there were 6k worth of coupons bought. the spa wasn't aware of the promo so they were not prepared to accommodate the number of people that set appointments. result? jam-packed place, lack of attending techs, insufficient equipment & materials...customer dissatisfied
moral lesson: inquire from the merchant 1st to verify if the promo is legit, sometimes they offer promos cheaper than what is offered from the site...if they can't be contacted, don't buy the deal

^^agree with you sis. Kaya ako i always call the merchant first before i purchase lalo pag malakihang transaction good thing nga ngayon may installment basis na. I can cancel my transaction with them if ever na di ako satisfied sa merchant's service or pagnagka problema like what happened to cleverbuy. Ang mahirap pa minsan iba iyong nakasulat sa fine print tsaka sa service offered ng merchant. May dagdag-bawas na pala sa part nung group buying site.
