sis yung day tour rate nila is around 1,700 pero may additional charges pa yun kaya aabot na sa 2k+ siguro..that's the latest when I inquire last week

tumawag n ako kanina s imperial, 1,900(weekdays) 2,200(weekend) daw ang day tour nila, kasama buffet lunch, use of waterpark, pool and beach area. tinanong k kung ano ano pang inclusions. like yung spa facilities (sauna, jacuzzi) gym etc etc. hindi daw kasama. ang hindi k natanong kung may toiletries n ba syang included and kung yung towels free n din. tawag n lang ako pag nasa cebu n kami

kung hindi lang dahil s waterpark, kahit mahal s shang dun ako, para kasing based dun s kausap ko hindi ako naimpressed. hehe, or baka naman mataas lang talaga expectations ko

Mga sisses,, I wonder why walang nag re-recommend ng Plantation Bay dito sa GT...hindi ba ok? any feedback?

my plan is pagkagaling simala church diretso na ko camotes island..sa pagresearch ko may 5:30  PM na bhaye ang super cat from pier 1

sis ilovetigger I had the same dilemma about oslob. What we will do is babyahe na lang kami the day before sa oslob don na kami magovernight. kasi may kasama kaming bata mahirap gumising ng maaga. may beach naman daw sa resort na pagstayan namin while there and meron din tumalog falls (15 mins drive from the butanding watching area)

Here is our itinerary:
     DAY 1 arrival date about 1am.
    check in sa axis pension house get some sleep muna
    then check in sa crown regency.
    sunset cruise at 295/head via island banca cruises.
    night swimming sa hotel pool
    DAY 2
    sky adventure
    food trip
    taboan, magellan's cross and sto.nino
    pasalubong shopping
    DAY 3
    check out at crown regency and byahe sa oslob.
    Tumalog falls, Oslob
    DAY 4
    wake up at 5am for  6am butanding experience
    swim sa beach
    return to cebu city
    buy pasalubong
    DAY 5 early morning flight for manila.

This time hindi masyadong ngarag yung iti namin unlike Palawan, Bohol, Bicol, CDO trip namin. maraming chill time.

We didn't try the island hopping based na din sa feedback ng mga sis dito since I've been to nice beaches na naman. Pero pupuntahan talaga namin yung Butanding.

Arriving at 1am sa Cebu was a dilemma for us too pero naghanap ako ng pension house around Mactan that offers airport transfers.

Gusto sana namin mag-Marco Polo kasi Php2500 a night lang w/o bfast kaso wala ng available. Gusto din sana namin sa Premiere Citi Suites #3 sa tripadvisor kasi parang di sya pension house kaso tulugan lang namin sya day before ng flight to Manila.

Hindi ako nakabili ng voucher ng Crown regency sa ensogo pero sa asiatravel ako bumili and meron SGD20 gift voucher sila if you stay more than 2 nights sa mga hotels na inoffer nila.

any idea what's the cheapest beach resort in mactan? we're a group of 7 and we're planning na 1 room lang para mura. any other resort besides portofino na hindi per additional person ang bayad?

^wala masyadong pucho2x na resort sa mactan sis kasi ang target market nila don foreigner. saka hindi rin ganon kaganda ang beach don, imported lang kasi ang sand.

@sis rocky...sis sa sugar kasi public lang yun kaya hindi maganda ang room..i think okay naman yoonek sis pero ang liit ng shoreline pero pwede kayo magpunta sa sugar

@dimplesgon..maganda naman sa Plantation Bay sis especially nag renovate na sila pero hindi ko lang alam if how is their service and room accommodation kasi when i went there it was during employee's family outing kasi hehe

@mommy23...sis pwede ka sumakay ng jeep pero you got to walk to EMall, malapit lang yun kasi katabi naman ang south terminal at EMall...ride ka ng 01k na jeep or di kaya yung may sign board na Pier 1...kasi if doon kapa sasakay sa may CCMC Hospital malayo na ang lalakarin mo..or di kaya to be sure mag taxi ka nalang

Ok sa plantation bay, nag enjoy kami nung don kami nag stay, though matagal na, 2 yrs ago, isa yun sa sulit na pinagstayan namin. mababait ang staff. no tipping policy, and rooms are well-kept and malaki, mas ok na lalo siguro ngayon dahil nagrenovate na pala sila.. saka they were generous enough to upgrade our room for free din kaya natuwa kami lalo. foods sa restos nila masarap din yun nga lang namamahalan kami.  yung beach area nga lang nila maliit lang saka di ganon ka ganda.

baka bumalik kami next week ng cebu, this time iniisip namin sa city mismo mag stay para makaikot kami.. basta sa area ng crown regency towers saka malls.. mga magkano aabutin pag magtataxi kami from airport papuntang crown regency towers? saka mga ilang minutes? sa plantation bay kase dati libre na transfers, sa crown hindi daw..

matraffic ba don mga sis ng 3pm galing airport saka sa umaga around 9pm papuntang airport? pag commute na lang kaya, ilang sakay ba? tia

and regarding Shang pala, husband and I were supposed to take a day tour last Sunday pero when we arrived on Thursday dumaan ako sa booth/area nila at the airport and found out that the cheapest overnight stay was only at P7000++.

nalaman ko din ito nung nasa shang na kami nung nakausap ko yung nagbibigay ng towel sa min. kasi tinanung niya kami kung overnight ba kami. sabi ko day tour lang. sabi niya sayang ma'm sana overnight na. then tinanung ko rate sabi nga niya may 7k+ na room lang. napaisip talaga ko nun pero enjoy and sulit din naman ang day tour ng shang sa P2,500.

Hi mga sis!  Nandito kame ni hubby sa cebu ngayon, we are staying at waterfront cebu.  Ang gastos pala magtaxi-taxi dito.  Nadisappoint si hubby sa cebu kase super nag-enjoy kame sa bohol (galing kame bohol this afternoon, 3 days kame dun), akala nya ganun din ang cebu.  Naghahanap sya ng beach ulit.  1st stop namin after magcheck in sa hotel ay ang CNT lechon, so so lang ang food and lechon, nothing spectacular, gusto ko tuloy itry ang zubuchon bukas.  After cnt, taxi kame to lapulapu shrine, akala ko may beach pa din doon (10 years ago ata last kong punta don), yun pala wala na.  After magpicture sa statue ni lapulapu , wala na kame magawa, nagsouvenir shopping na lang ako.  Tapos naisip ko magjeep na lang to shangrila or movenpick.  Paglabas namin ng shrine, may tricycle na nagoffer na ihatid kame sa labas ng movenpick or shang for 50php.  Pag kita ko sa shang, parang ang layo pa papasok so sa movenpick kame bumaba.  Pumasok kame sa loob hangang sa beach and sa parang watch tower na may bar, parang gate crashers lang, hahaha! Inenjoy lang namin view ng shore line and sea, we stayed for about 30mins lang.  We didn't pay anything, yey!!! Tapos jeep kame pabalik ng sutukil.  Dun kame nag dinner, then taxi na pabalik ng hotel which cost 250php.  Tomorrow, food trip lang gagawin namin after sa sto.nino church, kulang time namin dito sa cebu to go to bantayan or camotes kaya next time na kame pupunta dun.  Pero babalik kame dito and sa bohol definitely.

just got back from cebu. ang init!! sumakit ulo ko sa init. i stayed at tune hotel. hindi pa nga sya tapos at yung cr, amoy bagong gawa (amoy cement/bagong pintura). pero in fairness sa kama, ang sarap matulog. maganda din location at friendly ang staff.

^^sis rocky i called terra manna and it will take 1.5 to 2 hours daw from oslob to badian. when i checked sa net, parang 46kms lang ang distance. rough road ba dun kaya matagal ang biyahe? I mean assuming na 1minute = 1km. Or maybe madaming stopovers? Mukang gusto ni bf kasi yung idea ng camping with all the amenities! hehe and yung 500/pax may kasama ng breakfast and flower arrangement session. hehe. I hope makakita ka na din ng cheap accom sa holy week. Sorry wala ako maitulong. hehe. never been to cebu kasi.

^^sis foxy, mukang okay din yung idea na yan ah. yung matulog na lang sa oslob the night before kesa magbiyahe ng eaerly morning. hmmm. check ko nga if feasible sa 3N/4D namin. btw when will you be in cebu sis?

Off topic pero a day after I came home from Cebu may mga lumabas na rashes sa face ko then ears the next day. Kanina lang ako nakapagpa check sa derma and the possible culprit was the 3kinds of seaweed I ate at Zubuchon   So sad. My derma expense was almost the same as our 2 roundtrip tickets to Cebu.

i mean not really cheap, cheap resort. yung pinaka-affordable lang sa lahat ng resorts sa Mactan. I've been to shangri-la na last year, pero i can't afford to go back since marami nga kami ngayon. one day lang din kasi kami sa cebu and my companions want to stay in a beach resort so talagang Mactan lang choice namen.
