Minsan they don't ask for documents anymore. I know of someone walang hiningi sa kanya na kahit isang document denied na siya agad. What they have at hand is the DS160 form you will submit. Naka indicate doon who will pay for your trip, how much is your salary etc. Sa palagay ko lang naman if your purpose of travel is to go on a honeymoon then you can indicate your fiance's name as the one who will pay for the trip since he is more financially capable I think it would work for your advantage.

IMO yung iba kasing tao like a little bit above minimum lang salary nila they will indicate they will pay for the trip eh pano naman yun they have little money lang. Pano na sila broke na sila pag balik ng pinas? so iisipin ng embassy they will work there bago sila bumalik ng pinas thus na dedeny sila.

sdee, medyo magulo question mo sis. if your salary is above minimum naman and hubby will pay for your honeymoon trip, you need to indicate it there. hindi ka niya pwedeng isponsor pa na parang dependant, if that's what you are asking kasi mag-bf-gf pa lang kayo. indicate mo na honeymoon trip yun. yung business ni h2b mo doesn't mean na sa iyo na rin kasi he acquired that before kayo ikasal.

ok thanks sis, magrant kaya ako if sarili lang kasi hindi ganon kalaki savings ko and un old passport ko asa 4 travels lang cya. hindi ba sabi nla if may taiwan visa mas mabilis na maapprove ng us visa?

^sis, how many years ka na nagwo-work? savings is not proportional to the chances of getting a visa. marami millionaires na hindi naa-approve. however, if you're employed and quite stable sa job, yun ang nakikita kong malaki ang chances.

^^sis, i agree with sis greyzie. i posted before yung friend ni hubby na milyonaryo talaga. may business isya sa Pinas, China at Thailand. pero na-reject. may 3kids siya pero iba-iba pala nanay at lahat ng yun divorced na siya. so feeling naman yun ang nakitang reason ng us embassy kaya denied siya. kasi business naman pwede mo ipa-manage sa iba, while properties ganun din eh. family ties is stronger than financial capability, i guess.

wala pa akong 1year with my job kasi kakalipat ko lang mga 8months plang ako pero pwede ba siya iadjust sa certificate of employment?

i got approved too! 8:30 din ang schedule namin today.
but my step mom was disapproved sad lang kase ako lang naman ang sabit sa pagpunta nya sa US sa brother nya. pero sya ang denied at ako ang approved.

it's been a year since my last visit in this thread. my application then was denied, and now i'm planning to apply again for a tourist visa.

i mentioned before that i have no relatives in the US. would there be a problem if sabihin kong meron ako relatives in my 2nd try? actually, one of our distant relatives will give me an invitation for the Igorot Festival in New Jersey sometime in July next year. sabi nya wala pa raw na-deny pag meron ganung invitation... so she will send supporting docs. well, i know naman it will depend pa rin sa mood ng consul... but i will try again... magastos nga lang!

Hi. Balak ko mag apply ng us tourist visa, pero wala pako immediate plans to travel. May permanent resident status kami ng family ko sa Canada. I have 3 kids, 2 kasama ko ngayun sa pilipinas for a long vacay, while my hubby and eldest nasa canada. Im employed here in the phils pa rin. May kilala ba kayo na same ang profile? Oh and nagtravel na ko, hk, australia, singapore, canada.

^pag may permanent status sa Canada madali nang mag-apply, pero better if sa Canada ka na mag-apply when you're back there.
