sissies question ulit, not sure whether or not ilalagay ko ba empolyed sa ds160 form. hubby has his own business. hindi na ko nag apply ever since i resigned when we got engaged tumutulong nalang ako dun sa business niya. more on office work duties ko. then binibigyan nalang niya ko income every month para may own money ako. worry ko kasi if ilagay ko employed mamaya hingan ako ng ITR or other docs eh wala naman ako ganon? or should i just indicate housewife ako? i have my own savings naman galing dun sa previous work ko and yung monetary gifts nung wedding namin. and si hubby complete naman his docs/papers to prove na he can afford our trip in the US if ever. what do you think sissies? TIA!

sis pwede mo naman ilagay na housewife and tumutulong ka sa family business. my siblings are unemployed as well and nilagay lang nila na may home based business sila tapos nakalagay din sa DS-160 nila na ang mom ko ang sasagot sa lahat ng gastos. wala naman hiningi na papers pero tinanong sister ko sa pre-screening kung magkano kinikita nya per month. sabay naman siguro kayo ng husband mo so siya malamang ang tatanungin ng consul about income, etc. sa interview kasi namin ako lang ang tinanong about my job and income

Mga sis, HELP naman po... 

Tungkol po ito sa DS160 form ko... THANK YOU IN ADVANCE!

My questions are:
1. Name Provided: saan po nilalagay yung middle name? kasama ba sa last name or sa given name?
2. Full Name in Native Alphabet: Yung buong pangalan po ba ito kasama yung middle name?
3. National Identification Number: ito ba yung SSS number mo dito sa pilipinas?
4. Where will i find the passport book number?
5. Is the address where wil i stay in the US is same as the US contact information? or can i answer diff. persons?
6. What is HAVE YOU EVER BEEN TEN-PRINTED? is this where the immigration officer in the US scan my fingerprints?
7. What is the VISA number? is this the control number? or the red number lower right?

PLEASE ANSWER MY QUESTIONS! THANK YOU VERY MUCH!

mag-apply yun anak ng boss ko hay sana lang madenied ubod ng Yabang. Bad ko hehe bad din kase sya eh lahat na lang utos.

nadeny for the 3rd time yung friend ko. same reason ang binigay. wala na daw kasi syang family sa pilipinas. kahit pa siguro nag travel sya kahit saan di talaga sya mabibigyan. nakakaawa kasi mag isa sya dito. she only wants to see her family whenever they cannot visit her. babalik naman yun dito kasi approved na yung petition sa kanya, yun nga lang matagal pa sya makaka punta sa US. saka financially stable na sya. madaming countries na din syang napuntahan yun nga lang sa asia lang. naiyak na lang daw sya pag labas nya ng embassy.

^Sis bakit matagal pa sya makakapunta ng US kung approved na yung petition nya? Nakakaiyak nga yan. Plano din kasi namin mag apply ng tourist visa pero si Mother ko kasi greencard holder na dun. Kinukulit nya ako magsubmit na daw sya ng docs para mapetition kami pero alam namin matagal yung process. Kaya sabi ko mag apply muna kami tourist kasi baka maka apekto pag may pending petition. Sure naman na babalik kami dito kasi okey ang work namin and ayoko masira ang record ko.

a b1/b2 visa is a non immigrant visa, you have to prove that you have no intentions of migrating, if you have an approved petition, obviously it shows na you have an intention of migrating to the states.

Though meron mga naka petition, not yet approved though, ay nabibigyan ng visit visa. Tapos lahat pa ata ng immediate family niya nandito. Pag siguro married yan at may anak na, mas may chance na ma approve ng visit visa. Kaso back to zero naman yung petition niya.

The boyfriend of my friend, permanent resident na ata ng Canada. Hindi daw nakakuha ng visit visa to the US. He's single and his entire immediate family is in the states.

Hi mga sis, pls help me po, i have several questions about obtaining a US Visa:

1. May chance kaya ma approve kahit na housewife lang ako. We have 1 kid, 2 yrs old na sya. Hubby is working naman.
2. Pag housewife, ano mga requirements na kelangan ko submit? I have my own savings naman kasi nakakaipon ako. May monthly allowance din ako from my mom who is a
Japanese citizen. Can i submit my bank statements and credit cards statements? Kasama din ba yung mga joint account or dapat sarili lang?
3. Someone advised me na kung may kilala daw na travel agency, magpagawa daw ng dummy ticket para pwede din daw ipakita as proof na babalik ka talaga ng manila kai syempre sa ticket nandun din yung flight details pabalik. Mahirap naman if magbook na agad pano kung di ma approve sayang naman.
4. May maliit din na resto business si hubby, so better po ba na ipakita din yung business registration. Ka partner niya yung 2 friends niya. Okay din ba ito or dapat sarili lang ni hubby ang business?
5. Kailangan din niya mag submit ng ITR, COE and bank docs right?
6. Meron kami mga relatives dun, mga tita ni hubby, do we have to ask them to write a letter of invitation. . Makakatulong ba ito? Isip ko kasi para proof na invite nila kami and sa kanila kami mag stay. Pag friends kaya namin pwede din sila gumawa ng letter?
7. The reason for question no 6 is that di ba kasi japan visa pag tourist visa ang applyan mo isa sa mga requirement yung may letter of invitation
8. Should we apply nang sabay sabay like kami tatlo ni hubby and baby or dapat ba kami
Muna ni hubby? Once approved chaka mag apply for baby?
9. Should we include yung land title? Yung house kasi namin nakapangalan samin ng sister ko. Kasi syempre every year nagbabayad ng amilyar di ba so makikita nila na tax payer din ako.
10. What is the process? Pay muna sa BPI then magpa appointment sa us embassy website? Sa BPI din manggagaling yung form right?

1. Every has a chance! Apply as a family & financial docs ni hubby ang magiging supporting docs ninyo.
2. Include in the supporting docs.
3.  No need.
4.  Add in your supporting docs.
5. These are supporting docs.
6. I applied & got approved without one both in US & Japan (tourist).
7.  I think the letter of invitation sa Japan is for long-term stay either business or visiting relatives.
8. I think it's better if you apply na as a family.
9. You can prepare it din just to be sure.
10. You need to pay first before you can access the appointment page. May need na i-print na deposit slip and you have to bring it to the bank. Yun DS-160 form online mo na rin siya ia-access at fifill-upan.

pwede mo rin po i-attached yun old passport mo sa bago...

mga sis question lang po, Air21 po ba ang courier partner ng US Embassy? may ipapadala po kasi mga documents ang sis ko sakin dito sa U.S, and so far Air21 ang may pinaka mabilis na shipping daw, just want to make sure lang sana na safe mga documents and makadating dito in time, TIA
