Hi everyone!I have been denied a US visa for 3X already.It is just a renewal unfortunately there wasn't VRP yet when my visa expired.Ive had a US visa since I was 5 and I've been travelling to the US almost every year(longest stay was 1month).I have a few questions regarding my application form,my current occupation is company manager/businesswoman.Last time I applied I wrote how much my monthly salary is,the amount I listed included what I earn from my business as well.This time my travel agent said not to fill it up anymore since my monthly income varies from time to time.I like this idea but I'm not sure if it's a good one.By the way,Im in my 30s and single,reason for denials was always insufficient ties.Should I list down co.manager as my primary occupation and just put businesswoman in the specify other line? I hope someone can help me on this..thanks so much!

mga sis may alam ba kayo ng mga Hotels and malapit sa Embassy? yung medyo affordable sana pero safe naman yung place, overnight stay lang, para sigurado lang na hindi ma late sis ko sa appointment niya, nag search ako sa net and so far yung Lotus Garden Hotel nakita ko,yung standard package nila, don't know nga lang kung may mga additional charges or nag iba na ng rates ngayon,

wow this is quite surprising. do you have immediate relatives in the US? when you put company manger / businesswoman it would mean you own the company where you are the manager. if you mean you have other forms of income, then i think its better to put company manager and businesswoman. i forgot how the form looks like though...

@khat I stayed at the Hotel Soriente when i had my interview last march. It was near St. lukes extension clinic and walking distance from the embassy. They have nice rooms for only 1600 per night.

^Contact the call center na. You can either check with them the status of your payment or set the appointment over the phone. If you're here in MNL, it's just a local call.

pag denied ba, may ini stamp sa passport? and if ever may stamp na denied, hindi ba maapektuhan ang application sa ibang embassy?

ask ko lang what if ihahatid lang ng parents ko yun lola ko who's going to migrate na. my mother doesn't have visa yet. papa ko kase back and forth na sa US... may chance bang madeny mama ko? binilhan na kase ng ticket e =S

nung interview ko may grandmother na ang sinabi nyang reason ay ihahatid lang nya yung 3 grandchildren nya below 12 years old sa US. nasa US na daw yung parents ng grandchildren nya at mag mimigrate na yung 3 bata. nadeny sya kasi pwede naman daw yung airline staff yung mag assist sa apo nya. yung tita ng friend ko  din nadeny kasi yung reason nya ay iaccompany yung parent nya na matanda na at naka wheelchair pa. sabi din sa kanya yung airline staff pwedeng gawin yun.

is there anyway kaya na maipasa yun? sayang naman kase opportunity ng mama ko to go abroad. syempre di naman magTNT yun kase ayaw naman nun na magstay sa states. pray na lang kame na makapasa siya para naman makapagbakasyon siya kahit for a month lang.

pwede nyang lagay na reason yung vacation instead yung main reason nya is mag hatid. kasi kung paghahatid lang ilalagay nya dun na reason, malamang sabihan sya na maaassist ng airline staff yung ihahatid nya.

muka namang may ibang relatives kayo dun, kaya pwede nyang ilagay na to visit relatives, sight seeing, shopping etc.

saka di naman agad madedeny sya. dipende pa din yun sa mga sagot nya sa tanong  sa kanya. dipende rin yun sa assessment ng consul sa mom mo. kahit na feeling nyo tama yung sagot at ok yung income nyo, yung consul pa din ang magdedecide.

if your mom has traveled a lot, sufficient income to support her US trip and a stable job, your mom has a good chance of getting a visa. kung nandito mga anak at asawa nya, ties that bind nya yun aside from her work (if she is working).

@matahum- Thank u sis, i search for it, and it's not bad na sa price niya ha, very near pa sa Embassy which is the most important thing, nagpa reserve ka ba or pwede sila mag accept ng walk-in guest? lahat ba ng room rates nila is P1,699? and may additional charge pa ba aside dun sa existing rate? pasensiya na sis dami tanong

hi mga sis i just got home from my VRP interview.  share ko lang yung mga questions na tinanong sa akin...

1. how long was your "longest" stay in US?
2. reason for staying that long.

mga sis....SOP ba sa VRP yung pag finger print scanning phase na to tell you that "if you dont receive a call within 2 days you got your visa"  kasi nakakabahan ako...sana approve na...okay na sign ba yon? or may ma deny pa rin...

pwede rin niya sabihin 2nd honeymoon... basta yun tipong pagkakaperahan ng US yun pag-travel ng mom mo dun. if hatid lang kasi wala sila mapapala, right?

Hello! From what I know, kasama na sa fee ang pagtawag sa call center. I did the dirty work for my mom who had her visa renewed. We just did the scheduling online. Pero back to your problem--I'm assuming you're scheduling online and they're asking for the "receipt number"? Your receipt number is your passport number.

I got denied twice before (was a single mom kasi then) and they stamped in red ink just the date I got denied (parang ganon). It didn't say "DENIED" or what.

Hi Irische, my mom also went today for her VRP. Standard yung sinabi na "if you don't receive a call within 2 days". Hope they won't call and just give you a visa na. Good luck!

@irische, yes. standard to say they will call within 2 days if you need to submit additional docs. a had a friend who got a call nabigyan pa naman din but her new visa had the stamp -- cleared --- or something to that effect.
