Nagiisip din ako kung ano pwedeng ihanda for the guests while naghihintay sila sa reception. wala kasi kaming caterer, relatives ni h2b yung magpprepare ng food. parang gusto ko ng dessert buffet. mas makakamura ba kami kung i-DIY na lang din namin to or kukuha kami ng supplier?

sis kung naghihintay pa ang mga guest i suggest wag matamis kasi nakakawalan ng appetite. Kami sis dessert and cake is diy pero kasi business namin yun kaya kakayanin. Before the day or 2 days before ng kasal gagawin na namin  yun.

Other option yung mga ibang bakery gumagawa ng mga tuna turnover, empanada na bread. Pwede rin yun mag bulk order para isserve nalang.

^ caterer- may accredited ang Glass Garden. you choose from their Menu A which offers more affordable package compared to their Menu B caterers. for how many guests ba?
gown- how much ba budget mo sis? if you really dont want to splurge on your bridal gown, you may consider divi. you may also consider Ate Vangie, she quoted me 18k for my tulle ball skirt but i didnt get her coz of sched conflicts.

pagiisipan ko to sis. Kasi may business ng siomai ang bf ko saka buchi. magprepare ako ng hindi pa luto na 100 pcs. Tapos ibigay ko sa coordinator ko? bahala nalang sila mamoblema kung pano? hahaha. Mas gusto ko yan dimsum buffet

sis go! sila na bahala pero madalas gingawa nila eh naglalagay sila isang plate per table with assorted dumplings or kung ano ang ilalagay mo, may ibang guests kasi di gutom so optional nalang ang pagkuha sa mga nalilipasan na, or kung walang soup na kasama sa menu pwedeng soup nalang? then guests na bahala mgself serve sa table nila if like nila kumuha para narin mabusy sila kakasandok hehe

hi po! cramming na po ako. feb 8 na wedding ko sisters. grabe meron palang ganitong forum na nguusap usap lahat ng mga brides to be. nakakatuwa naman. if only nadiscover ko ito earlier, i would've planned my wedding very very well. pero no regrets naman kasi ok naman mga nabook ko. sisters help naman po. need ko wedding coordinator na "on the day" lang ang services. would you happen to know one po ba na kaya ang feb 8 super tight schedule ko? hope you can help me.

^share ko lang mga sis yung isang wedding na na-attendan ko. they opted not to serve cocktails instead they provided caramelized nuts lang per table. the guests enjoyed it naman. cheaper and less hassle to prepare.

magserserve yung waiter per table. TApos yung sobra ialalgay sa table parang buffet style to keep the guest busy. Tapos after 30 minutes nuts muna after 30 minutes bread tapos 30 minutes soup tapos dinner na.

Sis get K by Cunanan. We have the same church then i wanted glass garden pero yung nga booked na on my day.
For gown, i got a package of 55k. Inclusions nya bridal gown, 2 mothers, 3bridesmaids, 3 secondary sponsor, 3 flower girls, and 3 bearers. Its just in Proj 4so i guess malapit satin

sis, try my couturier, Zandra Lim. Not sure lang about your budget, but she can work within a certain amount. She does beautiful clean work

sis hanson15, oks na yang idea na yan basta iinstruct mo nalang mabuti iyong coordinator mo (if meron) na bantayan mabuti mga waiters at dapat sumunod sila ng maayos sa instructions kung what time papasok ang nuts, ang bread , ang soup.. may iba kasi kung wala maguutos di sila susunod kahit napagusapan na, di naman pwede na tayong bride tatayo para sabihan sila. kaasar lang parang nangyari sa wedding namin ganyan, anong petsa na, paserve palang ang food sinabi ng 1pm late ng 15 mins tuloy ang serving eh ang program diba sakto lang dun so kinailangan pang magimpromptu ng emcee namin ng ibang pwede gawin sa program buti nalang....sana maiwasan niyo mga ganitong cases kaya dapat talaga my magchecheck talaga sa mgseserve mins before kung nakaayos na ihahain nila at ilalabas nalang....

I got my entourage dresses sa Divi last weekend 

Ang laki ng difference vs pasadya eh, less stress pa kasi hindi ko na isipin if aabot ba o hindi.

Standard naman ang sizes nila - S, M, L, XL.  Ang prob ko lang is yung isang bridesmaid ko na medyo on the chubby side, baka hindi kumasya kahit XL   

Sinukat na ng 2 sis ko yung M, sakto sa kanila.  Weeeee!

Medyo different shade lang yung sa bridesmaids vs Secondary sponsors kasi hirap makahanap ng 1 set na exact same shade eh.  Isip ko pwede na din yun

hi mga sis... I'm just wondering para sa mga practical brides dito.... have you consider na mag rent na lang ng wedding gown kaysa magpagawa? I mean... Spending 50,000-200,000 just for one night lang, its kinda big amount dba? or kahit practical kayo, you still prefer na magpagawa.....

hi sis, i did pero 2nd rent ako...bale pinagawa siya sa entourage supplier ko as 1st rent tapos ako na...i don't mind basta iyong mga accessories like the veil and coins/arras and stuffs are new (as traditional) plus reliable naman ang supplier ko.well known siya sa amin at close ni mama so for sure trusted siya at ok naman kinalabasan. accessories will be kept now nakabox sila,aanhin ko ang gown after ilang years sa anak ko di na uso yun like with my mom, so ewan ang design nung uso sa kanila dati hahahaha parang cocktail dress na ewan ..im willing to sacrifice my gown for another must have sa wedding like sa caterer namin nalang napunta..besides nasa pagdadala lang:) basta i made sure na super ok ang rerent ko.. i got the package for 25k buong ento na + my gown, black suits for my groom, groomsmen, bearers with their ties, bridesmaid's gown, little girls, both parents...pillows tpos freebie niya corsage, boutonnieres,flowers of my maids.

Kung hindi kakaksya diyan worst case scenario magrent. At least i can have a beautiful gown sa pictures pa rin. Plus no hassle na itago. ayoko naman mapressure na ibenta hehe.

 i have my gown, hubby's suit, MOH, 1 BM, 3SP, BM, 3GM,3 beares, 3 flower girls, 2 parents ni hubby, mom ko kasi maarte kumuha sa iba ng gown niya, pillows, flowers ng SPs at GMs, corsage ng PS... manequin...lahat sila ng tie and black suit including the bearers...
