almost done BR ng thread 17 of bohol! havent been to cebu & bohol,excited! so far here are my questions po for october vacation:
-will be coming from cebu, arrive kami ng past 7pm na siguro sa tagbiliran, wala na kami magagawa nito talaga no, but to stay at hotel?
-kung mag 1st night kami sa BBF, free ba yung transfers namin? sunduin nila kami sa pier?
-or kung sa DBR2 may free pick up ba kami?
what's d best/cheap option for transfers from pier to hotel po?
-yung DBR2, salty din yung faucet water?

stayed at nature island resort n spa, had our lunch first day at peacock resort, second day at loboc river tour, sarap ng stay ko first time at bohol!

ano pang resort ang katabi or super malapit sa BBC? i tried booking with dumaluan2 pero fully booked na sila next week

Eto ITI namin for our Dec 8-11 2012 Bohol-Cebu Family Trip (9adults and 2kids):

DAY1
Dec8, 2:45pm Arrival at Tagbilaran
We are considering to stay at Treehouse..sis mama squeak!, may fridge din ba sa treehouse? may hot and cold shower din ba? Also, may available bang masasakyan to go to the beach (like jeep/tricycle/taxi)?
Swimming lang sa public beaches in Alona or Dumaluan (as per sis mama squeak!) Do you know how much magagastos dito mga sis? tight budget kasi yung family trip namin.. 9 adults and 2 kids.
Also, any recommended restau or kainan for merienda and dinner na affordable?

DAY2
Dec9
Go to Cebu.. please recommend tourguides (kasama na sana yung van katulad nung kay kuya tatsky) and must-see/must-do sa cebu.. ang nasa isip ko lang is to try CNT lechon! also, may promo pa ba sa oceanjet pag RT Tagbilaran-Cebu-Tagbilaran ang bibilhing ticket? meron ba silang ticketing office dito sa manila? Day tour lang sa cebu, will be back to tagbilaran sa hapon/gabi..

Dec10
Countryside tour c/o kuya tatsky.. wala daw limit sa time..
2500 rate niya.. we'll use the van daw.. tapos 220 per head sa entrance ng 12 tourist spots.. tapos 400 per head sa Loboc (250 kids 4-10y/o, 3 and below is free)
Buy pasalubong na din..

Dec11, 3:15pm flight to Manila
Plan namin is pahinga lang, prepare our things.. di na kami mag-sea tour kasi may kasama kaming 2 senior citizens at 2 kids.. ano pa kaya ang puwede naming gawin?

^  sa day 1 nyo if gusto nyo mag swimming sa public beaches, sa dumaluan na lang kayo, mas maganda beach don and accdg sa ibang posts here maraming bangka sa alona beach.  pag hindi ka ata naka-check in sa dumaluan, may entrance fee na 100 pesos.  pwede na rin kayo magsnack don, pero if limited budget sa dumaluan 1 kayo magcheck ng food. or check mo if mas sulit yung day tour ng bohol beach club na 350 per head tapos yung 200 consumablel sa ala carte nila... x9 pax, mejo madami ka na siguro ma-order na snacks doon tapos may use of the beach and facilities na rin kayo ng BBC.

day 2- wala ako kilala tour guide, nagtaxi kame don sa cebu and super magastos sya.  kung 9 kayo dapat van pa kayo.  if gusto nyo makatipid sa ferry, may advance booking rate ang Weesam, 250 lang ang one way pag more than one week binook.  ang oceanjet may promo pa rin sa libreng balik and you can call their manila ticketing office for the rates, parang 800 ata ang rt.  may websites sila pareho (weesam and oceanjet)  google mo lang.

hi mga sisses! ask ko lang po if may okay ba na mga makakainan along alona beach near alona tropical? and if meron ba mga nagmamasage along alona beach...TIA

sis skylar, tama ba intindi ko sa post mo, may entrance sa beach? meaning if nakacheck-in sa whites&greens then gusto mag swim sa beach front ng bbc or dumaluan (dahil mas malinis daw dun) kelangan pa magbabayad ng entrance? hindi ba sya kagaya ng bora na free for all ang beach? :S

^Hindi sis, kung papasok ka sa beach ng hindi ka nakacheck in  either sa bbc, W&G or dumaluan, you have to pay for their respective day tour fees.  Kung nakacheck in ka syempre you can walk sa beach ng dumaluan and bbc. Kaya nga for us sulit ang accommodation sa dumaluan kase same beach lang naman sila ng bbc.   Pwede ka magsneak in siguro tipong paalam ka lang na you will check out the beach pero di ka makakaswim sa tapat nila Kung di ka nakacheck in, hahaha!   Sa dumaluan 2 kase upon entering their gate may nakalagay na sign na entrance fee:P100.

^kami naman hindi sinisita magswim sa beach. and we do it all the time (i'm there at least once a year). i don't know if it's luck lang at natiming kami sa lenient na guards or what. gawain ko kasi lakarin and iexplore yung stretch ng beach ng bolod. minsan dun sa beach front lang or minsan kung mainit yung sand, dun sa shallow part ng water. from the far end after whites and greens (yung part na mabato na and almost no sand) until i reach yung far end ng bbc kung saan puro banka na.

pero when i reach bbc, i move towards the water. so sa shallow part na ko ng water naglalakad. or nagsswim swim. since dun alam ko you have to pay na to enter their beach front. pero we were able to sneak in a couple of times na before kasi we didn't know na may such thing as day tour pala. as in inikot namin yung loob. tumambay tambay pa kami sa beach front mismo. di siguro kami napansin ng guard. di rin naman namin alam na may bayad pala until one time when we tried walked in the guard stopped us.

sis, meron kasi offer na package yung nakausap ko na may van for rent, which one is better kunin ko yung package nya with the hotel, van, and act din cia as tour guide, or mas makakamura if kami na bahala sa hotel and rent na lang namin cia (van)? sa mga na rent nyo na van, how much per pax and kids? thanks!

There is no fridge at the Tree House nor hot shower. It's only the pension house that has a fridge and hot/cold shower. No taxis or jeepneys since they will be coming from Tagbilaran pagdating ng Panglao meron nang pasahero. Tricycles can be hired though.

For Dumaluan public beach, there is a minimal entrance fee. You can bring your own food but you will have to rent a hut/cottage to leave your stuff. Just be careful lang with your things since this is a public place there are no security personnel.

Yes meron makakainan sa Alona Beach... wala ako napansin na massage/spa around the area...

hello sisses, Instead na april ang bohol tour namin pina change namin ng may 12-15.

Here's our Itinerary:

MAY 12

DAY 1 : 10:15 am (arrival)
            Eat lunch  (san kaya ok na kumain )
            Beach bumming /panglao
            if kaya pumunta ng Magaso falls isingit naming
            back to hotel


DAY 2 : Countryside tour/choco hills/BBF

DAY 3 : Dolphin watching, Island hopping, Virgin Island ( safe kaya ito sa kids? ages 2,7&10 y.o)
           

DAY 4 : 9:45 am back to airport

Plan namin mag stay sa Dumaluan 1 or 2. Nag base lang ako sa mga na backread ko, feedback naman mga sis if possible na magawa namin to. Thanks in advance.
