And speaking of which, I also have another to add in relation to the mention of language and what not...
- I find it hard to connect with someone who can't keep up with my style of conversing - by that, I mean, if it bothers the person that the way I pretty much express myself is in English, then better not speak / text / e-mail / communicate with me at all. I don't intend to sound bossy or what here, but we're speaking of standards and preferences anyway, so it kinda does turn me off when I know that the person I am conversing with is unable to keep up with me. So pag medyo slow, sorry nalang, pero I don't have the patience, unless you're one with a condition or you're enrolled as one of the kids in my preschool class. Just  keeping it real!

About accents, sobrang ayoko ng kolehiyala accent na kung makapagsalita, akala mong may braces at kaka-adjust lang ng brackets (darn you Clueless movie!!!). Tsaka naniniwala ako na may binabagayan yung mga accent eh.

I had a colleague who had this thick British accent, bagay naman sa kanya since they handled a UK client/program before. Nahihiya pa siya pag nagsasalita kasi alam niyang makakantyawan siya.

Yung iba kasi kung makapagEnglish, kay lakas eh, talagang ipaparinig. Kung tama ba yung paggamit ng past tense, ayos lang sana.
