Anyone here working in a skin care center, Derma clinic, spa or related to it. Share us your experience sis! What is your job and how much is the salary? What are your benefits? Do you have free facial or other skin care?Pros and cons.

I work before in Belo and had a chance ma interview sa facial care center... good benefits, may allowance, free uniform which can make you look pretty talaga   may free facial din daw but hindi ko na try,may discout ang member ng family mo if mag papa facial sila. ok naman yung salary for me. its not a minimum wage. pero mas malaki parin yung sa call center.

if you work w/ those company mas gaganda ka kasi naman they will tell you if you don't look good. then para kana rin model kasi the patients/customers will look on you.. so if your the vain type of girl mahilig sa mga beauty stuff then go 
yun nga lang hindi weekend ang rest day.

I also worked for belo back in 2010 well back then if mag agree ka na mag pagawa sa kanila or use the doctors under your contract na 2-3yrs na di ka mag reresign then its free but if you leave before mag end contract mo at nag pa beauty ka nang free then you have to pay for the treatment. as for the uniforms free nga sha but not new they'll let you fit some of the used uniforms nung staff nila which was something na di ko na gustohan kase naman hygiene pa din diba not sure now if ganoon pa din. yung shoes free may tatak na belo pati stockings, earings dapat kase same lahat&belo white shirt. the salary nun was 12k frontliner ako mababa for me then after 1yr ka pa before ma regular kaya umalis din ako.
as for the staff naman and doctors nako wala ako masabi super nice nila&ang gaganda!you know na alaga talaga sila dun.

^ girl i agree with what you said. ang maganda if you work sa belo. you'll be more pretty.

@cherubin sis i was fresh grad when i was with belo mga 2yrs after ako nag graduate ako nag apply hehe they will train yun naman sa mga procedures.

I had worked before in a derma clinic pero maliit and private lang. I worked as a derma nurse. I think it is better to apply in a big company like Belo and Calayan coz there are a lot of benefits and higher salary. One of the reasons kaya ako umalis before sa clinic eh dahil minimum wage lang and no other benefits kundi free derma treatment (DP, facial, RF, etc) and discounts for family members...ayun hehe ^_^

Question lang mga sis ... may idea ba kayo if tumatanggap sila ng preggy applicants? like mga 1-2mos pregnant? Natanong ko lang kasi naghahanap ako ng work ngayon. I am a soon to be single parent and very tight ang budget. Just want to find extra cash sana. TIA!

Hi sis, nagbabasa-basa ako hanggang sa makita ko itong topic. Itatanong ko lang sana kung saan ba pwede mag-apply para sa facial care center. I also worked at belo before as facialist and ngayon gusto ko sana mag-try sa facial care center kaso di ko alam kung saan. Sis, totoo din bang mahirap makapasok sa facial care? Thanks.

sis, mag send ka lang sa center nila. then they will forward your resume sa HRD. I think may edge ka sis kasi may experienced ka na as a facialist...yun ang mga hinahanap nila and yung mga ok yung skin and hindi mataba.you know naman siguro kung bakit...since nasa beauty industry ka rin dati sa Belo... ^_^

Hindi naman mahirap sis bulahin mo lang sa interview ayos na. hehe

tifay -- when you worked at Belo, how much was your take home if you add the commission pa that you will get if and when you reach your quota?    I heard from friends that some clinics offer basic salary but there is commission so the take home is between 17k to 25k.
