sis, i assign my sister to to the guest registration. Tapos yun guests naman na hahanap sa upuan nila.
Ako magseseating arrangement ako next week kasi nasa 90 adults ako. Tapos yun kids ko halos 37 dun
kinda pwede na umupo sa kiddie table kaya gagawin ko magproprovide ako ng water
yun naka plastic seal na bonus, dikit ng paper straw dun and me flag sa straw where their names will be
printed. at the same time upon registration my sister will inform the guests na kids 2 years and up
must seat dun kasi dun sila.. wala kasi ako masyado madami spare for seats sa kids
on adult tables.. ganun idn ginawa namin sa shakeys nun ahaha
maayos naman mga guests ko.. sumunod naman sila sa kung saan table sila dapat nakaupo.

Thanks for the idea sis. Sa maxs kasi ang party ng baby ko. Tas set meal kami, hindi buffet. Gusto ko sana kasama na sa adult table yung kids kai yung iba hindi naman nakakakain mag isa. Kaso lang, 10 persons lang dapat sa table kasi yun yung set meal. Kung isasama yung kids sa adult table, hindi sila kakasya and magugulo yung pag serve ng food sa adults. Pwede sana ipa-buffet sa maxs kaso lang additional 2500. Nanghihinayang si hubby kasi ilang tao na din ang makakakain dun.

Sisses meron ba sa inyo nag party na sa maxs? Please share din kung paano ang ginawa ninyo. Thanks!

Hi mga sis, need your help and not sure if I'm on the right thread hehhe. Anung mas advisable gawin sa kiddie party, with seating arrangement or free seating? I wanted to do free seating sana para less complicated since hindi naman to wedding kaso I'm concerned kasi hindi naman magkakakilala masyado group of guests ko, I mean siguro hindi makakapuno ng isang buong table ang isang group of friends so they need to really find seats na avail lang. If food carts, may mga maisusuggest ba kayong supplier na may mga pasta or pang snacks talaga kasi mostly adult din ang bisita. TIA.

^ Free seating na lang sis.  Anyway, your guests will likely be preoccupied with their kids and the program.  Don't worry about the grown-ups not knowing each other.  I'm certain they'll find common topics (kids, caring for kids, schools, etc.) to talk about, if they even have time to talk.

argh! olive is so unprofessional. she says one thing but will do another thing.
she is always late and she do not answer her phone. she has goe awol 2 days prior our event. and in those two days she has all of our materials. she also only discussed her rate on the night of the event.
kahit maganda ang pag style nya sa event, she is still a big head ache.

^i used curling ribbons sa 1st bday ng anak ko. hindi sya cloth type para syang made of plastic na istretch mo lang to curl it. ito ba yung hanap mo sis? maraming nyan sa palengke or for sure meron sa divi. since malayo divi samin i went to pasig palengke and marikina palengke andami pala dung mga party items & supplies

Mga sis ok lang ba kung Friday ganapin ang birthday party, may makakapunta kaya since may mga pasok tapos usually traffic pa. Narealized ko kasi na Friday [textspeak!] talaga ang available date namin and what time naman kaya pwede mag start yung party, kung hihintayin ko pa yung mga panghapon na kids and yung mga parents na manggagaling pa from work. Ano ba pinaka late na kiddie party na na attendan niyo? Thanks.

^ 6pm pinaka late na naattenan namin. Nung 3rd bday ng anak ko, 6pm din oras ng party nya kasi wala ng available slot.

Ok lang naman kahit anong araw ang party, depende yan sa preference and reason why. May mga friends nga ako, Wednesday or Tuesday nagpaparty. Sinasakto nila sa araw ng bday ng anak nila.

As for me, always weekend kasi gusto ko lahat makapunta lalo na yung mga may work.

Anyone knows supplier ng helium tank? Marami pa kc kming balloons, helium nlng kailangan. Yung pwede magpump ng mga 100pcs. Around marikina or qc area

Yay! A month and 2 days to go na lang christening and first birthday na ni bunso. Now pa lang ako nag-start ng planning. Una kong secure ang venue and food since mas madali sa akin ang church. My fear was baka wala na ako makita na resto venue since the date is a peak one and I am working on a budget.

Out with inquiries, thorough search on-line. I've already had my options. Ang ending I've push through with my original plan na sa Tramway na lang ang reception then mostly adult guests and immediate family aside from Godparents ang invited. Initially had 25 pax but most likely we'll be up to 30 to 35 I guess.

For now, si Tramway pa lang ang na-secure ko, will be back by next week or before Christmas to ask for upgrades. Next will be the church. Hopefully will also have budget for nicer cake but our option for now is Red Ribbon or Goldilocks. Photo and Video won't be a problem for us. The rest would be DIY. Hopefully maisabay ko ito sa mga duties ko this month.

Done with my baby boy's christening and 1st birthday! Everything went as planned. Simple celebration with immediate family and godparents.

Here's our suppliers:

Church: San Roque de Manila (Blumentritt) - May mga jurisdiction pala ang churches when it comes to baptism. I don't know if this is recent policy kasi before with my 3 other children, hindi naman ako hinanapan ng endorsement from parish near us. That time we live in Caloocan and the church which my 2 other children baptized was in Manila. Wala naman hiningi na endrosement. In my 3rd child, Caloocan naman ang church but not the one nearest our home address, pero no need for endrosement. Dito lang sa 4th child ko. Originally yes, San Roque was our choice but we want to change the church sana pero yun nga, hindi na daw sakop ng jurisdiction ng church yung brgy namin so need nila ng endorsement from parish near us. Kaya we ended up sa San Roque. Anyway, na-kwento ko lang.

Yung personnel sa parish na ito, naku antagal kumilos. Feeling nila walang ibang gagawin yung mga magpapa-process ng paper. Nakaka-inis lang. Hindi na din ako nag-avail ng special slot since Sunday ang sched namin. And wala silang special pag Sunday.

On the day of baptism, ok yung mga nag-aasist sa church and event the priest.

Venue and Food: Tramway Banawe - ok ang service. Masarap ang food which the guests enjoyed. We got their small function room good for 30 pax. And their basic sound system. Though I haven't prepared program, gusto ko lang may music and makakantahan si baby ng happy birthday with matching music. And pinag-speech ko na din ang godparents na willing mag-speech.

Cake: Pink Bread - I want Hearts and Bells originally but my worry is that, 10am ang open ng mall which is their pick-up location. 10 am din ang sched namin sa church so walang puede mag-pick up. So I find alternative. Here comes, Pink Bread. Malapit lang sa house and shop nila and  accessible if I pick it up early. Nasunod ang peg ko and the baker's suggestions which I approved but, I was a little frustrated dahil hindi nagawa yung additional cupcakes ko which I advised on the sched she said na puede pa ihabol. Hindi naman ako nag-rush. I even asked if kaya nila gawin given the schedule I booked which was in between Christmas and New Year. Hindi nya ata nabasa yung sa PM ko. Hindi ko na din inulit since she noted it. Yun pala, yung color change ang na-note nya. Anyway, masarap ang cake nya so, ok na din. Maybe next time, I'll go sa fixed count and never na magpapahabol ng order.

Souvenirs for godparents: T-Shirt Avenue, Dragon 8 Mall Divisoria - This is personalized Mugs, we provide layout since, I wanted the name of the godparent on it. Medyo maliit nga lang ang layout sa mug pero most of the godparents, nagandahan sa layout kahit maliit kasi cute daw and malinis tingnan.

Hi mga sis. I'm planning to have a pool party for my daughter's 1st birthday on March 25, 2018.  The theme is SURFER GIRLpra ndi n magastos sa outfit. hehe tipid din kasi DIY lang lahat.[textspeak!] decoration is kami kami lang magpipinsan on both sides. [textspeak!] host is pinsan ni hubby.  Papaluto nlang din kami ng mga foods for 120 pax including kids. wala ng mga magicians and balloon twisting or bubble show para tipid kasi for sure, excited na mga bata sa swimming. So tamang mga pa games nalang sa mga kids and adults. Hindi ko nga lang alam mga sis kung ilang kilo kaya ang papaluto ko for 120 pax. ilang kilong beef, fish at chicken (sagot naman na ng parents ko [textspeak!] lechon), at kung anong posibleng luto.
