May suppliers na hindi napag-usapan ang crew meal. Nakastipulate na. Take it or leave it na ang dating. Most suppliers mabait sa simula, some mabait pa rin kahit sikat na, nagpapakabibo pa nga sa fora like GT ang iba to get clients. Pag mga nagsisimula pa lang or medyo matagal na pero d pa kilala plus yun iba na likas na mabait mabilis pa kausap.

2 na parties inaayos ko now and almost lahat ng suppliers sa debut na kinoconsider ko may crew meal na nakastipulate.  Inquiry mode pa lang  so in essence wala sa usapan. Stipulated na agad.
 
Sa kiddie party na inaayos ko wala ako problema (sa ngayon at sana wala talaga), maayos kausap si apple of yan-ple party kaya lagi sya kinukuha ko. Yung lights n sounds na dapat kukunin ko (not thru apple) alam na na kiddie party 2-6pm lang talagang crew meal raw 4-6 pax. Basic package lang yan ng L&S.

Dahil may pangit na experience na ako sa isang band na kinuha ko nun 4th bday ng anak ko (ginawang fiesta ang party namin, nagsidatingan mga friends na nakapambahay pa almost 12pax sila buti matino caterer namin passion cooks, alerto mga waiters) kaya maingat na ako sa pagbook ng ganyan.

Anyway, sis primrose if magustuhan mo serbisyo ng suppliers mo sis isa sa nakakatulong na pasasalamat e ang pagrefer sa kanila lalo na if mapansin talaga ng mga bisita mo baka sila na mismo magtatanong sino yun supplier mo sa ganito ganyan


Ngayon ang iniisip ko na mga major prizes at minor prizes. La ako maisip masyado major prizes na pang-boys, hexbug sana kaso d naman lahat oks sa ganun.

 Balik kpp ulit ako. Planning for my panganays 7th bday party. And finally nakapag desisyon na sya what he really wants. Iba iba kasi, pero consistent sya na ayaw nya ng big party. Hk disneyland nung una, naging shakeys party for his classmates only, tapos gusto boracay naman.. Kaya di ako makapag simula mag plano. Now SWIMMING PARTY na daw talaga. Pero no program, no magician, cake blowing with a small cake only ang bilin sa kin.
 
  Im looking for private resort pwede na siguro bandang bulacan. Ilang hours ba usually ang service ng caterer? Gusto ko kasi start ng lunch then matapos ng mga 4 or 5.

Hi mommies. My son's bday party is on december pa (excited lang hehe). I don't plan to hire a PP to organize the entire event kasi i find it expensive. I have a venue na. Yung catering naman my college friends, they referred their relatives, mga nag-cacater talaga. Hehe. Tapos food carts naman, may nahanap na rin ako. Yung mga prizes, loot bags, candy bar/buffet we plan to DIO (do it ourselves haha) ni husband. Now ang problem ko is the decorations for the venue. May alam ba kayo pano ko gagawin or anyone who can help me? Yung affodable sana. The theme is Super Mario. Oh and photobooth pa pala. Thank you!

hi moommies! just finished our daughter's 1st bday party last sat ( june 15). we didn't hire a planner din.
mas exhausting pero kinaya naman namin ni hubby w/ the help of our relatives. here arebsome of the details & pics of the party. hope it will help some of you.

Venue:  The Skydeck, 5th flr. Barrington Place Bldg., Congressional Ave., QC.
Peso power:  Php 18,000 for the whole place w/c can accommodate 200 pax

grabe, super nangarag kame sa venue. tentative venue was Phil. Medical Assoc. Auditorium.  it was there policy to accept bookings 1 month before your chosen event date. so wait kame until may 15 to book the place but it turned out na may scheduled election for new officers ang pma on june so hindi daw muna mag-aaccept ng booking!  super stressed kame sa paghahanap ng kapalit.  most of the good venues were already taken. hay..ayun buti nakita ng husband ko yang venue na yan. beyond our allotted budget pero kapit na sa patalim eh. pero maganda talaga to as in, maliwanag, malinis, bagung-bago, very  accessible & spacious.

ok na sana. ganda ng cake design. super moist din ang choco flavored cake. kaso lang hindi nasunod yung napag-usapan namin. dapat 3 layers, nung nadeliver naging 2 na lang. nakulangan tuly ako..hay.

ang galing nila. super exceeded my expectations. lalong gumanda ang venue. at very affordable ha. package inclusions were 2pcs-6ft balloon pillars, cake arch, 200pcs-ceiling balloon decor, 1set standees with backdrop for the stage & party is here signage.. super highly recommended!

diy din ako sa 5th birthday ng anak ko, sa july 7 na so malapit na, nervous but so excited, hehe. anyway, i'm planning sana to add paper flowers sa venue but i dont know if i could pull it off. tinry ko kagabi maggawa and sinundan ko lang yung instruction sa youtube. in fairness medyo madali yun nga lang kelangan pantay talaga cut mo sa paper para maganda outcome. ang lambot kasi ng paper dali mapunit.

share ko lang po yung paper flower na ginawa ko, gusto ko sana mas malaki dyan. ang cute kasi nito sa venue, sana magawa ko

2 months to go.. so far eto palang natatapos ko.

1) block the date na with caterer but dont accept downpayment pa e one week before nalang
daw after ihabol ko yun final count. I confirmed 50 adults and 25 kids muna. 200 per head
ang adults + 100 naman yun kids.

menu are:
bake macaroni
fish and mussels in sweet and spicy
beef caldereta
pork roll asado
mix veg with quail egg
rice
mango sago
ice tea (consume all)

kids meal - 100 per kid no SC na daw. in styro
spag in red sauce

2) Venue pencil book also clubhouse namin i held yun party. 2k rental
1k security bond.

3) Limphots photography @2900 me oot fee na ito na 400. booked na din. pics only in
CD/copy nalang sa laptop oks lang. importante makuha ko yun pics.

4) Lhen Peralta for hosting 9k all in ang package for hosting, oot fee and sound system na

5) Loot bags contents bought na from divimall buti nakabili nako few weeks before na sunod ang mall
hayy.. babalik pako for others.. i will add food nalang sa loot bags. i bough toys for kids 2 yrs and below,
some clips and head band for bigger kids and some school supplies. prizes also are all set na.

6) reserved na nestle ice cream worth 2k. i confirm na with Thet she will call me
sa August. I only get the ice box kasi yun venue is at the second floor.

7) DIY
   a. Invitation layout done- problem ko saan ko na sya ipapaprint in divi i will look nalang in 168 sa sat.
