Sis sardonyx uso pa naman yung slides/avp ng baby pics. Usually sa eating time pinapakita. Then yung cartoons ok din iplay habang naghihintay magstart ng party para di mainip lalo na yung kids

Sis stormy usually face painting  and photo booth ang ginagawang pangfill up ng time while waiting for the other guests. Pwede  din siguro kiddie salon

Re: RSVP - okay lang ba na sabihin ko na ilagay nila kung ilang adult and kids yung aattend or that's too much? tanchahin na lang? Kung puwede, ano kayang magandang verbiage dun.

ezonme, its perfectly ok to put rsvp in your invites. yun nga lang pinoys are notorious kaya you need to make follow-ups pa talaga if you're strict about headcounts or have other guests on a waiting list.. kami we keep it simple lang...

^marose pag ganyan ba may magpafacilitate pa? Or parang arts n crafts corner na bahala na ang kids (at parents nila)?. Ok sana bracelet making pati design your own headband kaso dahil wala ako talento sa ganyan naghahanap ako ng booth na ganyan na wala na ako iintindihin.

Sis ezonme tama si sis stormy. Much better if ilalagay mo na kung ilang seats  ang reserved sa kanila. yung cousin ko ganyan ginawa  sa wedding nya. Effective naman kasi tumama sa bilang nya.

Sis stormy thanks.  Maganda idea yung arts and crafts. No need na siguro for a facilitator. L.agay na lang on each guest table. Pwede din siguro as simple as coloring books and puzzles. Then may  cute utility box or parang tin can sa gitna ng table so it  can serve as your centerpc na din. Sa divi mall may nakita din.ako na 3d toy puzzles sa may 2nd floir.near sa dnk balloons. ^^Since relatively malalaki na ang mga kids, puwedeng DIY na lang nila.  Puwede nga na corner lang siya tapos naroon ang materials and printed instructions.

during my daughter's party we had arts and crafts activities and a "fix rapunzel's hair station", in keeping with out Tangked theme. I had one of the party assistants facilitate (paid an extra P1000 for an extra assistant). It made it easier for us because there were paints, paintbrushes, caps, plaster of paris statuettes and water pots to distribute and clean up. If you have a host, he/she usually has an assistant and you can ask the assistant to supervise while awaiting for programme to start, di ba? or if wala, you can just leave materials on the table and direct kids to it and leave them after a few preliminary instructions. If you have a yaya or helper with you, that can be their job too. HTH

Hi mga sis.. Im back again haha.. Eto na this is it! party preparation nako..
start palang ako magbook ng suppliers. Sa clubhouse lang namin iheheld yun party mas malapit
mas hindi hassle magbitbit at magset up and i can have the entire day talaga sa venue.
Ibobook ko na din si Lhen Peralta as my host. and all other suppliers cavite base na.

Nga pala speaking of that beads kasi im planning talaga to put beads and strings and crafts sa children's
table for them to be occupied. I'll ask pa Lhen if she can facilitate. Saan makakabili na mura nyang

Nga pla pls suggest naman activity for boys.. will make  2 set of tables kasi all girls pink linen
then all boys naman aqua blue linen naman.. that's our motif color e.

^ For boys, we had painting activities in our previous parties: 1. paint the train (wooden train with paint and brush is by Melissa & Doug, a kit is around P400 in Toys R Us, cheaper if you buy from Amazon or M & D site) and 2. paint the dinosaur - may canvas and sketch of a specific kind of dinosaur (and there are enough kinds of dinosaurs to avoid two kids having the same type) prepared by our storyteller, we provided acrylic paint, paintbrush and aprons for the kids. 

I can also think of play dough and building blocks na Lego type - my kids received these as prizes in games so I am certain meron nito sa Divi.
