yes sis, if wala kang party planner, you can just assign your sister sa registration area. kaya lang baka di kaya ng 1 person, that will depend on how many guests you will have. kasi you have to give out name tags then with their names to the kids para maidentify ng host yung name ng each kid for the games.

yung program flow, bahala na yung host. just make sure that you get a copy of the program flow from him. if naman you are getting the host through a party shop, they should be the one to coordinate with the host for the program flow. if may mga special numbers ka ng celebrant and kids na gusto isingit, pwede yun idiscuss before the program starts since the hosts come at least one hour before the party starts. hope this helps

hindi na ako magpapagawa ng name tags. kasi napapansin ko sa mga pics, di naman sinusuot ng mga bata. pati party hats.

^ pero nice ang name tags, girl. sa entrance sya ididikit na agad sa mga bata. your host will not have a hard time calling them out when participating on games.

Yes sis, kids lang ang may name tags. Medyo madami din guests mo sis. Better if you can assign 2 persons

Just put stickers na may character na for boys (like spongebob, ben ten, lego man) or ribbon na dark blue then idikit mo sa ibang pink giveaways ninyo na intended for the boys para lang mag-tame yun pagka-girly pink.

kung mas pipiliin niyo ba to get a photographer or a videographer? Ang mahal na kasi pag pareho.

^in my opinion sis, videographer  madami naman na may digicam or dlsr sa friends or relatives na pwede kumuha ng pictures. saka mas maappreciate yata ni baby pag lumaki na sya and napanood yung video

^^ IMO sis, I'd rather invest in a good photographer.  Mas napapanood kasi ang photos kaysa videos.
