Hi mga mommies, finally back, well rested na rin kami ni baby after her October 27 party (na muntik ng di matuloy, buti na lang na-discharge kami sa hospital ng morning that day). My daughter is doing very well now, thanks God!
Dahil since Thursday pa kami nasa hospital may mga plano akong di natuloy, yung pagbili ng additional game prizes di ko na nagawa, buti na lang may dala ang jollibee at nagkapag order ng bubbles from souvenir chef kaya yun na lang, pinakontian ko na lang ang games ko, tutal konti din lang ang mga kiddie guests ko, some kids came in custume kaya nakakatuwa...
yung outfit ni Julia at ng son ko, pinick-up na lang ng sister ko ng umaga ding yun sa ATC, taga Imus pa kasi ang Tiddletots, di ko na nakuha yung isang damit ng Julia ko, no time to pick it up sa Trinoma, itinawag ko na lang na di ko na makukuha, buti RTW yun kaya okay lang daw kung hindi namin makuha,
Almost all my supplier satisfied ako, they met my expectations, except for BnF hindi ako nasiyahan sa act kanila, may mga guests na naaliw pero mas marami ang nakornihan to think na Extravaganza package na ang kinuha ko sa kanila (hindi kasi si Boogie/Alex ang napa-aasign sa akin), ang kalat ng bubble show, butas yung inflatable na dinala nila, at wala silang mat na dala haisst, kaya ang kalat at basang basa yung area, inilipat tuloy namin yung balloon for balloon burst, baka kasi madulas ang mga bata. ang Jollibee crew ang nag host ng first part ng party at nagpa games, okay naman yung na-assign sa akin lively mag host at iba pa din talaga ang charisma ni Jollibee sa mga bata, add on ko pa yung mascot na si Twirly na game na game at i let stay longer to mingle with my guests at bukod sa usual dance number nila (w/Jollibee theme song as background music) sumayaw pa ang dalawang mascot ng "Gangnam Style" kaya lalong naaliw ang mga guests ko

JABERINA'S FOOD CATERING @ P250 per head (80 pax) + Choco Fountain (good for 100 pax), my 3rd time with them, hindi na nga kami nakapag dp sa kanila, but since matagal na nila kaming client, after the party na kami nagbayad lahat (includes rental ng pang-chop ng lechon) P24k plus tip
Kiddie food - Jollibee Spaghetti and Yum with Cheese (4k minimum for create your own meal) + party amenities addnl mascot (+ extra time of the mascot for photo-op and to mingle with guests) and transpo fee (P8,005 + tip)
Cake - 2-tierred Disney Fairies Fondant Cake (2-flavors request ko) + 30 2D cupcakes -
SWEET CREATIONS by BAKED REPUBLIC (my 2nd time w/ her, she never failed me, hit ang mga cupcakes niya talaga, di pa namin nakakain ang cake, but based from my experience kahit madyo matagal na ang cake sa ref, di ito na dry, moist pa din P4800 + 500 transpo fee

BALLOONATIX - P6,500.00 (my 2nd time with them, di na nga kami nakapag usap after my reservation nag email lang ako one time para paalis yung 2 pillar w/ mylars, pinapalitan ko ng flower floor clusters then wala nang usap ulet, kasi nahospital na nga ang baby ko and yet natuwa pa din ako sa ginawa nilang decors, they made the place so lively ang very girly, dami pa nilang add-on na balloon floor clusters bawat floor (1st- 3rd floor)

PIXELBROS DIGITAL PHOTOGRAPHY - agap nila, an hour before the party andun na sila, one of the photographers is my officemate, kaya i cannot tell now much ang bayad ko sa kanila, kasi part of their gift nga sa baby ko, hehe they are newbies in the business, although medyo matagal na rin sila into photography. Early this year, they decided to make it official kaya isinilang ang Pixelbros Digital Photography, they were my back-up photograhers during my son's 7th bday celebration last July and marami rami na rin silang na-cover like other kiddie parties, debuts and weddings. RED Digital Studios P4900, i got them via Groupon originally P14k value (3hrs photobooth and photographer) originally intended for my son's 7th bday last July since may conflict sa sched ng party time, ginamit ko na lang sa bday ng daughter ko, very accommodating naman sila and very easy to deal with, although luma na yung gamit nila for photobooth, medyo old style pa, unlike yung nakuha ko noong bday ng son ko
Host/Party Entertainment - Jollibee host and Mascots + Bnf Extravaganza package (originally puppet show and bubble show ang kukunin ko sa bnf, last minute hindi na daw available ang puppet show kaya Extravaganza na lang nakuha ko), maagap naman silang dumating sa venue at mababait kausap, kaya lang naging messy lang talaga ang bubble show nila, yung simple magic ang illusion act nila medyo naging mabenta naman kahit papano sa ibang guests, pero sa akin, di ako satisfied, mas magaling yung nakuha kong host/magician noong 7th bday ng son ko.

Souvenir Chef - 80 paper soaps and i added 20 bubbles for the kids (as additional game prizes) she gave it to me @35 each (picked-up by my husband noong Friday sa McDo sa Ateneo) Ms. Chi was very patient with me, thru text na lang communications namin noong thursday hanggang Friday morning dami ko rin revisions sa design ng thank you tags para sa souvenir pero okay lang sa kanya, may FB page/multiply page, sa isang SP mom ko nakuha ang ideang mag-inquire sa kanya
DIY Candy buffet - dahil ngarag na nga sa time, noong Saturday morning lang ako nakabili ng lalagyan ng candies at yung ibang candies pinabili ko pa sa sis ko, grabe, hindi tuloy naging maganda nag presentation ko, pero the kids and the kids at heart enjoyed it pa rin naman...
Nestle Ice Cream - buti naacomodate ako ni Ms. Thet, 2 days before the party na ako nakatawag sa kanya, (3 days kasi lead time) since sa 4th floor nga ang venue ko hindi cart ang pinadala ko, yung icebox lang, naging hit ang icecream, ito ang naubos kaagad..dapat pala more than 100 pcs na lang inorder ko, hehe
prizes for the balloon burst - 20 balloons kasi yun, yung 10 balloons na may "Happy Birthday Julia", nakuha nila ay lootbags na may 10 Samba Chocolates yung other 10 na may "Thank you for Coming" may laman na 2 samba chocolates and 6 na choco wiggles na marshmallows

yung isang outfit ng daughter ko di na naisuot ay 2-toned pink layer dress naman na i bought sa SM before her actual birthday... pero naisuot naman niya ito during her pre-event shoot Yung other daughters ko gumawa ng tutu skirt and bumili ng fairy wings sa Divi, kaming mag-asawa hindi na kakabili ng outfit kaya kung ano na lang available sa closet yun na lang

Ayun so far, nakaraos kami ng maluwalhati, happy ang mga guests ko, although may mga hindi rin nakarating, pero understandable naman mga reasons kung bakit di na nakarating, ang mas importante sa akin eh maging masigla ang baby ko, buti nga hindi siya nag tantrums during her celebration, although mabibilang mo yung mga ngiti niya, pero type niya talaga si Jollibee, kasi pumayag siyang sumama kay Jollibee at nagpa picture pa silang dalawa
