Need help 1st time to organizer a party, don't know where to start

^ako laging (1) budget ang una ko iniisip, unless if course feeling or true na unli funds. Usually, i allot 1k pesos per pax. So kung 75 ang bisita 75k ang budget ko. Minsan lumalagpas, never pang bumaba.


(2) Guests list, para malaman ilan approximately ang bisita

(3) Theme, ito e kung pati ang venue e susunod sa theme kung d naman e nagja-jump na ako sa 4. Sa iba kasi impt ang theme kasi minsan pati ang parents nakiki-costume kaya sa iba impt ito kung ano gusto nila iproject sa bisita or sa pix. May nakita na akong party na kaya gusto nun theme para sexy outfit sya pero oks lang kanya-kanyang trip kaya wala naman mambabasag nyan

(3) Suppliers na gusto ko, una na ang venue lalo na june ang bday ng anak nakiki-agaw sa weddings at syempre priority ng mga venues ang weddings.

Caterer, p/v, cake, balloon decor, host, side entertainment, food carts.

Pati cake at souvenir pwede na rin isama rito.

*iniisip ko na rin mga gusto ko mayroon sa party na d naman talaga kailangan, check ang budget kung kaya pa. If hindi na pwede sa budget iniisip ko if magdagdag pa ako or wag na lang. Dati kasi e go lang ng go wala ng isip2x, nun 4th bday na dun ko lang narealize na dapat may budget na na nakaset.

hi, pasali sa thread! ako din party planner ng daughter ko sa 7th bday nya so far eto nga mga naaccomplished ko:

Theme:  Barbie (rocstar princess theme)
Venue: Dad's Megamall (meryenda lang) + sorbetero foodcart + Balloon decor (included na sa amenities + tarp
Host/Magician: Miguel Misa (dp paid na)
Photog: Warren Camitan (retention fee paid na din)
Souvenirs:  Di ko pa alam kung mag traditional lootbag ako o mag try ako umorder ng wooden stool.. pero feeling ko kasi mas gusto ng bata yung traditional lootbag, kung pareho naman mahal na
Price for games:  Either toy's are us (may 3 for 100 sila pag sale) or DIVI
Candy Buffet: DIY lang, may jar's ako from 1st bday ng anak ko last Feb.  Nag pa order na ko ng pink and lavander candies sa fiance ng SIL
Photobooth: di pa ko sure, may uso kasi ngayun yung photo balloon (pag ok yung price yun na lang kuhain ko)
Additional booth: nag inquire ako sa booths republic gusto ko yung camp art ba yun o art camp or yung i sticker, pwede ko na to i replace sa facepeinting pero depende pa rin kung ano mas mura
Cake: nakapag inquire na ko sa sugarific kanina, tsaka dun sa baker na suki ko.
Video: pinag iisipan ko pa (either goovepaint or photo streamer or diy na lang din)

panalangin ko lang ehh sumakto lang sa budget ang party ni Ate.

Cake: from a friend's cousin. So excited!

nalula ako sa expenses at budget ninyo wala pa pala sa kalahati yung balak kong i-allot wahhhh!!

My main concern is the venue and food kapag may sobra or I can extend our budget i want to hire a photographer i like looking at the photos kasi parang di ako kontento sa digicam na kuha unless ako mismo ang photographer    and customized cake. madali na lang kasi yung souvenirs especially now na maraming toys sale. The host for the party dapat kasama na sa venue para i don't need to look na.

galing ako ng divi nung saturday, nag canvass ako ng decors para alam ko how will I do my DIYs... mas makakatipid pa din ako kesa mag styro backdrop so happy. looking for centerpiece inspiration na... then Toy Kingdom sale sa nov 2-4 for prizes 4 months to go

^SIS PICTURE NAMAN. Baka same tayo ng theme . di ko kasi alam if minnie mouse or winnie the pooh ako. pero parang mas cute i-design ang minnie mouse at IDIY.

jp - i vote fore mickey/ minnie mouse them though medyo common. ginawa ko yan for my nephew 10 years ago haha! ang daming DIYs, mahirap pa naman mag gupit ng circular hehe! pero enjoy

^oo common pero lagyan ko ng twist na candyland. I inquired sa roppets re: mickey/minnie mouse mascot 2500 each. dance number and picture taking lang. pero gusto ko andun si mickey/minnie mouse if eto na ang theme ko.

pinagpipilian ko din si strawberry shortcake theme. kaya lang gusto ko yung kilala na ng mga bata. heheh para mas masaya.
