^^sobrang ok rates nila sis diba?  Sa pics pa lang kasi ako convinced na ok sila.  Yung myv style videos kasi nila parang di ko masyadobg type.  Gusto ko sana medyo ala child lounge.   Sayang nga lang kasi dami nang negative feedback ng chul lounge.

^hindi na kasi pwede shuttercount sa date ko, obscura x was referred by ms. Ivy of gloomballoons din, so when i checked their site, okay yung rates, kahit out of town, less than 10k pa rin, pwedeng pwede na Hindi ko din masyadong type yung vid nila, masyadong mahaba yung msg msg, will advise na lang them siguro kung anong preference ko..

i want to make my own standee. I guess we can just giant characters printed and cut then glue them on a styro? is this correct? any suggestion where to have these images printed?

^i think it's cheaper if you can print it on tarp. most of the DIY standees i read from other forums used this material.

After 2 weeks of waiting patiently (with prayers) for PSE auditorium, AE told me the company who previously reserved the venue backed out. Their loss, our gain 
Made the DP agad today for the venue.  Also made DP for the decor, Golden Show, caterer, balloonist (c/o Pink & Peach Party) and photo booth. Yehey!  Moving with our preps.

PM me the host naman... wala pa kaming theme and venue... eyeing on pink and peach party din. no final details pa. may negative feedback dito sa GT kay Golden Show (di daw nagpakita sa event, check mo na rin and triple check ang hirap ng busy mommy haha!

   Eto nanaman ako sa party planning.. Booked wizzo for my sons 1st bday on december. Hahaha... Oa mom lang ang peg. Super early planning.

Mas better yan sis, sa sugarifictreats, may addition of cupcakes pag early booking,  I got mine. Cheaper prices din nila ng fondants. Mga artista din clients nila ata e. hm nakita ko lang sa pics nila. Hahaha!

Just a note to those who got GROOVE PAINT for their face painting & balloons...

Our party was last Saturday, Sep1 ang the party starts at 11AM. Our call time (based on email exchanges and the paper their crew had) was 10AM. This time did not come from me, I suggested 10:30AM but they (Kath/Prince) noted that 10AM was more appropriate.

Come party time:
10AM - no Groove Paint
11AM - no Groove Paint
12NN - still no Groove Paint

They arrived at 12:43PM when Symond was about to start his second part of the show... Honestly, I was so busy assisting the guests and the food so I had no time to get infuriated with their tardiness. Worst, I texted their proprietors around 11:28AM to ask where they were, the only reply was (verbatim): "Kanina pa po sila nakaalis Ma'am"

THAT'S IT, that is all you have to say???

Also, the package (P4,000) included face painting (by two artists) w/ glitter art and sequins for 2hours (extension of an hour is additional P1,000) and 100pcs balloons to be conducted by a balloonist. In the email, I asked how many crew will be there so I can provide crew meals, she (Kath) said 3. Lo and behold on the day, there were only 2. Yung isang artist, siya na din daw sa balloons. So my thinking is, how will you be able to paint and do balloons at the same time - technically, only 1 was painting!!! And I noticed that there were no sequins!

I AM REALLY DISAPPOINTED with GROOVE PAINT.  Please mommies, if you got them, make sure (as in kulitin niyo sila) about the call time, all the details in your contract and email exchanges...

My point is, the face painting and balloonist should be early because this is the activity during the waiting time (period) when the host is still waiting for the guests before starting the program. Sayang... sayang talaga...

Yes, their works were nice, madami din naman ang nakapagpa-paint. As for the balloons, hindi ko alam kung ilan ang naggawa. But that is beside the point. THEY WERE VERY LATE.  Hindi na nila ako siningil ng extension since they were late. I was still courteous to them on the day. And they were very apologetic. But I will NEVER get their services again and I will NEVER RECOMMEND them to my family and friends.

ako din ang planner ng parties ng mga kids ko. Ang mahal din kasi kumuha pa ng party planner. It really gives me satisfaction to plan and create the party kaya lang nakakangarag. Minsan kasi si last minute ako. For my kid's 7th birthday party at the end of the month, i have done na the ff:
1. Reserved and paid na DP for the venue (included na ang menu)-Check
2. Paid DP for the cake- Check
3. Shoot na greetings and collate pictures and videos for my kid's VTR- check
(editing is c/o hubby)
4. Print invites and design the tarpaulin (Lalaloopsy plus candyland ang theme ng party)
5.Finalized candy bar (designs,candies,etc)- DIY with the help of a bading friend

Things to do pa:
1. Look for the mini pail sa Divisoria which will serve as the container of the birthday
loot for kids plus the contents of the loot bag (will go to Divi this Saturday).
The lollicakes will serve as the giveaways sa adults
2. Finalized the table centerpiece. --baka candy topiary which i saw sa net. With the help also of my bading friend.
3. Look for a face painter
4. still thinking if i want to get a photo booth

Yung husband ko din ang photographer since ok naman syang photographer at maganda ang camera nya kaya free na for this service.

Then nakasama  na din sa venue yung ibang activities plus the party host.
Hopefully, mga around 50K or less lang ang magastos ko kasi puro DIY naman.he!he!
