hi sisses! i have already started planning na rin for our daughter's school party this august. excited na rin ako! hahaha. nwei, want to share lang this great supplier i found while i was searching for a personalized loot box. their company name is vlayze colors. i just emailed them my specs one day tapos kinabukasan nun may reply na agad sila with the design printed on the actual loot box. naloka ako. hehe. here's the final output of our loot box -> http://family.webshots.com/photo/2296148530103327898zqcGWj . im just waiting for the lootboxes to be shipped ^_^

Hi girls kakatapos Lang ng first birthday ng niece ko and super love ko siya so I was the one who organized the party.
Venue- COBO pavilion, Marikina (garden+pool)
4.5 - the venue was spacious, nice and clean but super damot ng owner. No discounts were given to us. They were asking for corkage pa for caterer, food carts and photobooth. Buti nalang my cousin talked to them so tinanggal na Lang yung corkage.

Food- Manars Catering located at Valle Verde 5
3 - the owner was accommodating, food was yummy, service was super not nice.  They gave us two waiters Lang and they finished the set-up at 4:45 to 5pm e the program starts at 5pm. Choco fountain was from them di nila in open yung fountain! Food was super tipid as in 35pcs each parang ganun. We had to buy extra food pa! Pasta carbonara was super try. They have no water pa! Purr iced tea sinerve! I will not book them again.

Photobooth - Ritrato Manila
4.5 - friendly technicians, cheap at 3,500 for two hours, unlimited prints, pero medyo mabagal yung machine nila.parang delayed or something. Pero layout was super nice.

Venue setup- Creative Minds Events
4.5 - they were very accommodating, super Ganda ng backdrop, DIY shell chair for the celebrant balloonderitas, pillars and cake arch and entrance styro. Centerpiece was nice din pero they didn't grant my request na with mylars yung balloon centerpiece. Sound system and lights were from them. Ok naman. Nice din. Host and magician ok din. I didn't expect nga na ok yung host and magician kasi feeling ko sa tabi tabi Lang pero when they performed, grabe everyone was laughing. The guests enjoyed them.

Food carts - Partyrific and Sweet Services
5.0 - owners are very nice and polite. I got FIC from sweet services and potato corner and krsipy krepe from partyrific. Super cheap kasi I got the ice cream at 3500, PP 5,000 and krispy krepe at 4,500. No delivery charge

Photographer and videographer - Creative Shutters
5.0 - the staff were nice and patient. Super cheap din at 7,000 with one photographer and one videographer, edited DVD, cd of raw pics and storybook/coffee table photo album. Super sulit! Although I haven't seen the photo book and DVD and pictures yet. Feeling ko super nice naman ang kalalabasan.

Loot bags - drawstring bag at 14.00 each, candies, stationary set, water gun, face towel, eraser from divisoria

sisses, may alam kayo nagbebenta ng parang paint can container na clear yung sides pero tin yung cover and base- maliit lang? iniisip ko kasi lagyan ng favors ko.

joining sisses!  Felt guilty kasi because 3 months to go na lang before 1st bday ni bunso.  Haven't started anything yet.  Nasuya ako sa events.  I've been organizing 3 events a year for 3 consecutive years.  Ayan tuloy, booked na venues na gusto sana namin for her birthday   Right now, I'm searching the net for other possible venues.  I would prefer na hindi clubhouse para sa guests na commute lang.  Will do some back-reading to catch up.  It's been a while.

Hi mga sis, i really am pressed for time sa party planning for the 7th bday ng little boy ko (July 28), i already emailed Jacque of partyboosters para magpa quote for the balloon decor and theme, transformers ang theme na gusto ng anak ko, sa house na lang nmin gagawin, malaki naman ang area sa 4th floor ng house nmin (kaya lang d pa niya ako na email ulet)     i got in touch a party host/magician named ricky, or (money money magician) 4500 lang ang PF niya and he does balloon twisting na rin... any feedback on him? me naka encounter na ba sa kanya?   first time ko kasing kumuha ng ganito... usually sa fastfoods lang ako nag cecelebrate ng birthday .... kaya no experience pa ako dito... cakes nakakita na ako ng transformers design sa red ribbon, pero looking pa din ako sa mas makakamura ako, hehe.. sa catering Jaberina's Food Catering sana kukunin ko kya lang d pa ako nakapag finalize with her, mas mura din cia compared sa iba... haaayy... costume naman ang hinahanap ko ngaun....  hindi pa naman ako basta basta makahanap 8-5 work sched ko, and weekends lang ako makakaikot

Finalized with Jaberina's Food Catering yesterday morning, separate buffet for kids and for adults

sa Photobooth (2 hrs) w/facepainting package ok na din, with Simply Evolution Photobooth P6,700 at may freebies pa (+ 30 minutes  and + 30 minutes stop time)

will meet with "Ricky the magician" tomorow night (after office) nakarinig na ako magandang feedback sa kanya (hope okay din siya sa party ko) around Paranaque and Las Pinas area siya kilala, and mura lang at P4500 (magic/hosting and baloon twisting) may ka partner siya mag bublbe show P3500 naman daw, ok na rin, unlimited kasi, lahat kahit adults pwedeng pumasok for photo op...

for my balloon supplier,  cut into 2 na lang ang pinagpipilian ko (budget mode eh), but still awaiting the quotation ng the 2nd one kng may adjustment pa,  Sa Cakes, wala pang definite supplier although i emailed  suppliers na naimpress ako sa workmanship nila

and prices and giveaways... Divi na lang...  kahit sale sa toy kingdom, mas makakamura pa din ako sa Divi...

  paid down payment na sa verleo catering for my sons 1st birthday on december. kung oorder na ko ng give aways?hmm... masyado pang maaga, madudumihan lang and walang space na paglalagyan. mga september or october na siguro.

After 2 weeks of waiting patiently (with prayers) for PSE auditorium, AE told me the company who previously reserved the venue backed out. Their loss, our gain 
Made the DP agad today for the venue.  Also made DP for the decor, Golden Show, caterer, balloonist (c/o Pink & Peach Party) and photo booth. Yehey!  Moving with our preps.

Host - last tue., I set a meeting with the host/magician I plan to hire.  This morning, when i was about to meet her, said she might not be able to.  She gave a sound reason but she said she'll try.  We continued sending sms throughout the day for updates.  Finally at 4pm, she said she cant make it.  I said she could just email the contract and I'll deposit the DP to her bank account.  She even asked for my email.  Quite disappointed because when I got home, I received a text from her saying she already accepted a booking from her tie-up party shop.  To my mind, she wasted both our time and energy coordinating/texting.  I  informed her of the date and time of the party (without the venue yet) prior to our scheduled meeting.  I dont want to stay mad and add wrinkles to my face  . In my opinion, the said host is not professional in handling her clients.
Probably a blessing in disguise.  Once again, I'll be a lurker of host/magician threads.

 ^ hi sis, Meron na ko naka line up pero di pa final yun for sure.. Sobrang pag ka fickle minded ko.  Nasa kabilang ipad yung menu ko, ang sure ko is may baby back ribs, salmon in creamy sauce, spaghetti , yang chow... Nakalimutan ko yung chicken menu ko.

  Kakaexcite naman yang 7th bday especially pag girl. Pwede kasing parang debut, kami baka mag travel na lang sa 7th bday. Ayaw na magparty nung bigboy ko kahit ngayong 6th bday nya, ayaw na nya ng party. Active fun with his friends na lang daw and pizza, and cake to blow and ang kabilin bilinan: NOT A CHARACTER CAKE MOM, JUST A CHOCHOLATE CAKE.  Hahaha hindi ko malaman kung matutuwa ako kasi less gastos, o malulungkot kasi di na talaga sya baby. Buti may new baby kami.

  Para di ot: okay ba dessert buffet ng sanfo treat? Kahit yung basic package nila?

^pakopya ako menu sis pag final na napili mo haha para sure subok na in case sa RMH kami. Ayaw na rin ng anak ko ng party kaya tentative pa. She likes mag-hk kaso pwede raw ba kasama 5 friends e ang babata pa nila so meaning kasama parents. 15pax na yun haha. 5 friends ok ako pero 5 sets ng parents d ko kaya. Naishare ko nga ito sa 2 GT friends ko kahapon (thurs night nya kasi sinabi) nashock kasi ako na maiisip nya yun ganyan.

Sometimes kasi i treat her friends mag-nuvali etc pero d naman ganyan level

Pag booked na ang RMH e sign yun sis na manahimik na ako. Wala na party kaso ako yung malulungkot 7th bday pa naman.

Grabe talaga mag-plan for kiddie party nowadays.  Seems like I'm planning for my wedding all over again.  Pero so far medyo right on track pa naman ako in preparing for my baby's birthday on November.   Naka-book na venue, host/magician, venue decorator, foodcarts and side entertainment.  Now I'm currently scouting for PV supplier na hindi masyadong expensive yet ok ang quality and output.  I'm playing on a 7k-10k budget.   Any suggestions?

Whew!  am done with my son's 7th birthday celebration last July 28, ngayon preparing na din ako sa 1st birthday party ng bunso ko this October...  Pixie Forest, Festival Mall, Max's Sucat, Jollibee Santana Grove and Shakey's Shopwise Santana Grove and mga possible venues... ayoko na ulet sa bahay dahil sobrang nakakapagod, although up to sawa ang time sa bahay unlike yung 2 or 3 hrs party time lang sa mga party venues...

sis, you're looking for P/V for you're event this November, try mo cre8tiveminds, may package sila na pasok sa 10k na budget mo, when i was scouting for possible P/V nung 7th birthday ng anak ko, isa sila sa mga pinag-inquiran ko, kaya lang d ko carry ang 10K na P/V package nila, di na pasok sa budget ko, same with Obscura X Phils, try mo rin, may FB page sila.

I got JV All Events sa bday ng son ko, and satisfied naman ako sa photos nila, i'll be receiving the video next week , P5500 yung package nila, pero am planning to get their photobook na rin, additional P2k daw, may FB page din sila
