Sa previouse thread namention ko gusto ko sana whimsical dating ng decor/venue, ok na sana kaso good for 60 pax lang yun place d na maluwag yan

Kaya siguro typical kiddie party na lang wag na akong mag-aarte para wala masyadong stress


Nakapag-order na ako ng mylar balloons. Problema ko na lang paano ko ipa-inflate ng helium. Gusto kasi ng flying lanterns ng anak ko. Saan kaya meron ganitong service near makati CBD?

Unang plano ipagpatahi ulit sya ng dress kasi nga princess2x pero maiiba na venue (lumulobo na guestlist) casual na, kaya isip ko party clothes na lang na off the rack.

May 2 months pa ako pwedeng magulo isip simpleng party lang naman nagiging magulo kasi tumataas bilang ng bisita. Imbita kasi ng imbita anak ko tapos kada nakikita yung tao nireremind pa nya talaga.

mga sis nagpa photobooth kung 3 pm start ng time sa invites ko and 2 hrs lang ang photobooth ko anong magandang time sya mag start.. iniisip ko kasi [textspeak!] mga bata di makipag participate

Will the guests feel offended if I ask them to not bring their yayas? Lalo na kung aattend naman sila pareho ni partner tapos isa o dalawa lang naman yung anak? Parang I want to say kasi na I want the party as a venue for them to bond with their kids.

may ibang caterers who have a different rate (cheaper) for yayas and suppliers. Pwede din na isama mo sa kid's buffet kung madami naman ito.

Thanks Sis sachism, iniisip ko kung mag pack nalang ba or isama sa kids, kasi minsan over naman, 3 kids, 3 yaya din, parang grabe naman...

Sabi ng friend ko na mommy, wag daw magworry sa yaya. Kase si yaya ang kakainin lang din nya, yung food ng bata pag di naubos. hehehhe Or usually naman sinasabihan na sila ng parents if kasama ba sila sa headcount or hindi. Anyways ang mga yaya naman tutok sa alaga nila. Ganito rin naexperience ko recently in one of the 1st kiddie parties I've attended. :-)

nagandahan kasi ako sa photos kaya i said i'll recommend her.
gagawa din ako ng supplier ratings sa party ng niece ko which i organized kasi tambay ako ngayon kaya ako ang naging birthday coordinator for the whole party. next week siguro. icocompile ko muna.

Yung mga suppliers ba (e.g. photog, host etc) kasama pa sa head count? saka sino-sinong suppliers ba usually ang kasama? sensya na wala akong idea e, first bday ko to na gagawin.

ask mo sila sis emgee1180. yung kay kriskoa (photog), optional naman. kung mag pprovide ka, ok, kung hindi, ok lang rin. although yung iba, mandatory talaga na need mag provide ng meal, like un sa host/magician.

hi sis emgee1180, usually, sa suppliers/crew u dont need to include them sa headcount mo sa caterer.. mapapamahal ka naman pag ganun PPs usually just ask client to provide light snack for the crews. Though they ate before they start, for sure mapapagod at magugutom sila after working. pa consuelo lang kumbaga

hello mga sis!
may alam ba kayo na venue in sta rosa?  wala namang malaking restaurant here, although meron ditong shakeys, max, contis, crisostomo... saka yang mga yan eh hindi naman pwedi ata magdala ng magician/ photobooth, etc dahil masikip na.

panic nako.  baka may ma-recommend kayo.  pwedi ring private pool nalang with the house kasama kagaya ng mga nasa pansol, then papa cater ako (McDo and another one for adults' meal).

I know someone who owns a place for rent in pansol. newly renovated pa ang pool.. so hotsprings with parang fountain pa from the upper floor for a few minutes. PM me nalang if you're interested. however, fully booked na ang weekends nila ngayon May.
