sa Day 1
You said past 10 na kayo makakadating, so give it atleast 30minutes to 45 minutes to de-plane, for immigration, and for getting your luggages.Why not exchange nalang, unahin niyo citygate/ngong ping/tungchung since MAS malapit yun sa airport? may iwanan ng luggage/baggage dun e. Kasi if you go to TST area from airport, thats about 45 minutes to one hour, tapos babalik ka nanaman ng TungChung, another hour, parang sayang ang time. That is, if pwede kayo mag late check in (hotel yes, inform them, hostel not sure so you have to ask), tapos after na kayo mag TST, avenue of stars etc. If i remember right, dapat ibang araw yun Victoria's peak. Naalala ko matagal kami sa pila, tapos, haha, 5 minutes bumaba na kami pagdating don. Sayang ang time and effort!

Day 2
Disneyland day. if i am not mistaken, 7:30 ang fireworks. So give it another hour para matapos. If you want to go else where, i suggest somewhere near lang. Kasi, pagod narin kayo for sure if entire day kayo sa disney na e. But if you still  want to go else where, go to  Mongkok (ladies market), TST (malls such as silvercord, harbour,sogo,etc) or causeway bay(sogo,times)

Day 3
Oceanpark day- Sis if possible, do not do Disney tapos Ocean park the next day. Kakapagod kasi yun former, tapos lakaran nanaman sa latter. If kaya lang naman

^Sis prepay niyo siguro kahit 1st day  lang. Usually pwede ganun. Kami kasi lagi kami late ngchecheck in sa hotel, pero since paid na yun entire stay, regardless na yun. call them nalang sis and pay narin kahit 1st night para di nila icancel.. Sayang din pala train fare medyo mahal from TST to tungchung ah, 14hkd. imagine  kung ilan kayo back and forth pa. hehe

also, regarding dun sa P10k limit na pwede ilabas out of the country, is that per head? we'll have 3 kids in tow kasi e.

If you won't shop no need to bring two currencies, from my experience kasi mas lugi sa conversion eh, pero if eat lang okay na hkd, some shops accept hkd naman...

kahapon sis, nagpapalit kami, nasa 1 USD - 76 HKD yung palitan... pero sa hotel na tinuluyan namin mas mababa.

Anyways, just got back from our trip, sayang hindi kami nakapag-ocean park, nagkasakit kasi baby ko. So we stayed lang sa hotel kahapon, pero nung naging okay na si baby, we left her kay MIL at naggala kami for 4 hours ni hubby. We tried eating sa street foods, ang saraaaap!

Nag-enjoy naman kami sa Disney Land, ang saya nung parade. Hubby fell in love sa HK at nangangarap dun tumira.

Anyways, last night naggala si hubby sa Mong Kok, meron dung night market, ang dami daw magagandang stuff at ang mumura. Mukhang masarap mag shopping doon.

may mga fashionable clothes din ba sa mongkok?

we plan to rent wheel chair at disneyland and ocean park for my mom and kid na rin, take turns na lang sila use para di mapagod sa walking.    my question is: what if we watch shows or take a ride, di kaya mawala yun wheelchair pagbalik namin?  meron ba wheelchair parking dun?  How about sa Ocean park, when we ride the cable car or ocean express, pwede ba ipasok yun wheelchair sa loob?

That I'm not sure sis, si hubby lang kasi nakapunta. Sabi nya buti hindi ko raw nakita yun, kundi mamumulubi daw kami. Check out mo na rin sis, convenient naman transpo nila, kung wala lang sakit baby ko, pumunta rin ako dun for sure. Mga around 8pm pumunta dun si hubby, yung ibang stores nag close na raw. So if ever kung pupunta ka, agahan mo na rin.

Going back to HKG on Friday for the nth time at suddenly my son insists on joining the dad on his flight. Hayy...kahinayang lang cos all he wants is to ride the AEL and Disney resort line train, then uwi MNL again the next day. Boo. Not particularly fond of flying during Friday the 13th.

Hopefully none of you here were affected by last night's HKG airport delays due to the disabled Emirates A380 blocking one runway for some hours. Blasted a couple of tires and took a long time for passengers to disembark.

^^Hubby was    He was flying to HKG and pax all boarded when they were informed of the runway closure. Flight was delayed by at least two hours.

^was he flying the flight na dapat 1900H-ish yung ETD? When hubby called me (he was flying 312) about the delay. Good thing they didn't board the pax till around 2130. Instead of arriving in HKG that time, they arrived 0037 na.

I was checking the HKG boards nga, everyone had ETAs (even delayed timings) except for 5J, PR & ANA na noted Lang na DELAYED.

My 8yo pa naman was insisting to fly that night kasi bored here at home, I guess. Quiet holy week. Buti na lang may excuse kami na closed ang tktg ofc. Or else Ang hirap to travel with a kid with flight delays.

yes.  take turns na lang sila ng mom ko... My mom can still walk kaya lang kung whole afternoon baka mapagod din kaya better if we have wheelchair.  5 years old na son ko, baka awkward na tignan sa stroller.  ok lang naman siguro noh?

I also have a question regarding octopus card... refundable naman yun 50hkd na deposit diba? bale there will be 7hkd charge so 43hkd refundable plus all the unused amount? tama ba?

We were affected. Our flight was delayed 2 hours and 20 minutes. Okay lang din. We spent it on last minute shopping at HKIA.

dapat sa taisan guesthouse kami since naubusan na kami sa golden crown nung nag change date kami. eh inoofer samin twin room kasi wala ng room then lalagyan na lang ng extra matress dahil for 3 person ang request ko, hinde ko tinanggap eh baka di na kami makagalaw sa room at saka naalala ko yung mga bad reviews dati. hinde naman si yolly ang contact person ko chinese guy. forget the name.

sa yuifai guesthouse kami mag stay so far sa mga searches ko magaganda ang feedback.
may offer sila na murang disney/ the peak tickets.

^caretaker lang naman sya don di ba? bakit parang may-ari sya kung umasta? sana kinausap nyo yong owner. baka hindi nya alam pinaggagawa ng staff nya. kakagigil naman yan si yolly. dapat di na yan talaga nirerecommend dito sa GT.
