May mga tao talaga na pag nalalasing eh nag-iiba ang behavior. At sa sinasabi ni JR na noong time na yun ang lakas lakas ni anne maybe because na rin sa anger nya. Hindi ako favor sa ginawa nya pero ito ay opinion ko lamang:)

I'm just wondering din kung nagpunta si Jake Cuenca. Naisip ko tuloy kung totoo nga may nag-bang ng door hindi kaya sya yun? haha

Kudos na rin kay JR, Phoem and JLC for being well mannered during the time na bangag si Anne:)

@reservoirdogs Anne immediately said sorry to the people involved and they already forgave her daw. Ngayon lang yung public apology kasi ngayon lang naman lumabas yung issue.

It's just unfortunate that a lot of people witnessed Anne's brazen act and she just can't buy the media to stop them from writing this incident.

I read from FP's blog that this is not an isolated case. Anne had acted like this many times and she's just fortunate yung nakaka encounter nya chose to stay silent

Anne was never considered a good girl to begin with.  Di ba nga meron shang kissing video pa dati with Richard Gutierrez?  She was never the cookie-cutter pa-sweet type such as the likes of Sarah Geronimo, but with her rise to fame the last few years, I guess she became a sorta media darling.  I'm neither a fan nor hater, pero ang pangit lang ng ginawa nya and I'm sure marami ang nag-iisip na ngayon what lies beneath her public persona.  And oo, tao lang sha tulad natin, pero hindi lahat ng nalalasing eh nananampal ng ibang tao at nagsisisigaw ng mga ganong bagay.

THIS. parang "Bow to Me, Peasants!!" lang ang peg. really, beneath the sweet, humble, kalog, charitable anne curtis that we see almost everyday, so mataas pala tingin niya sa sarili niya?  just because nakatulong ka, nakapag-donate, best actress, etc etc, you're above us? me ganun ang peg..*b1tchplsflipshairiamfabulous*

yes, nakaka-disappoint talaga and yes kung tao ka lang din anne, tao lang din mga fans mo, some would tolerate you, some wont. medyo asiwa siya sa showtime kanina, pero for me lang naman, i hope wag siya magtago sa likod ng mga ST friends niya (na hindi naman niya kasama nung nangyari yun), if you owned it up, panindigan mo talaga, all the way. dont act as if ikaw ang victim, ikaw yung nanampal and nang-alipusta in the first place.

and i dont get it, nag-juice cleanse ka then iinom ka? oo nga naman, party kasi, may inuman. sana after party na lang siya nag-juice cleanse or diet, nasisi pa tuloy sa juice cleanse

masakit talaga ito sa image ni anne, her being ballistic and rude that night. lipad ang nagawa mong kabutihan.

sayang yung ibang artista na pinaganda or pinagaganda or inaalagaan ang image ng respective network nila hindi lahat ng artists din nabibigyan ng ganun chance. sana naman kahit paano, ingatan lang din nila.

Maybe it's just me but I personally find what Anne SAID more offensive than the slapping. Of course slapping people is bad Lol, but as many of us will admit yes we've done stupid and crazy things when drunk too so if I read that she slapped someone because she was too drunk parang that's not super bad, just one of those nights when someone has been out of control.

But I was majorly turned off by the "I can buy you, etc" statements. Considering Anne has always had a nice girl image these statements are more damaging to her I think than the drunken slapping (*Manhattanite, not a good girl image Lol but nice as in pleasant, kind, never fights with co-stars etc.)

Maswerte siya disente ang mga sinampal and inaway niya. Imagine if she did that elsewhere or with a different group of people, baka mala Claudine bugbugan youtube video ang labas.

And to give credit to the group she slapped, they could have easily (and rightfully) gone to the media with this story which would have easily made front page news.

Anne is VERY lucky she got away with this incident with just some behind-the-scene apologies.

@RichV - Yes, sis, I know what you meant    She is nice in the way you said - nice to her fans, co-stars etc.  And yes, I agree with what you said, too, that her words were more damaging kasi like what sis kutingpie said, ano yun parang high and mighty lang ang tingin nya sa sarili nya?  btw, sis kutingpie, LOL at *b1tchplsflipshairiamfabulous*

i have to agree with RichV. the slap and the "i can buy you" comment was indeed offensive.kung tayo nga na offended, yung mga 3 victims pa kaya na mas madalas mag hang-out dun sa venue na yun. kahit ano pa ang nag trigger ng anger ni Anne, what she did was way out of line. period.

This came as a surprise to me but not a shock. I still remember Anne's 'indecencies' years back, but you gotta give it to her, she really matured a lot. Kaso lang this incident will take time to die down.

She said someone provoked her. What exactly was done to her to warrant a reaction such as that from her? Sinilipan ba sya? Pinagmumura from outside the washroom? Naisip ko lang kase na kung sya talaga ang aggrieved party, napaka-impossible na hinde masulat kase magkakandarapa ang PR ng ABS CBN to make her look like a poor victim talaga. Second, if she indeed was wronged and she had to defend herself by slapping three people, how can she justify her 'I can buy you, your friends, and this club' statement? Baka naman nakalimutan nya or hinde nya alam na mas mapera pa din si JLC sa kanya.

In fairness to JLC, he used to be my neighbor and his drinking problem (among others) isn't a secret in our village. Yet never naman syang nanakit nor nag-amok pa samin hehe. Nagulat din ako hinde sya pinatulan ni Phoemela B na isa pang basagulera nung model days nya. Anne was very lucky that night to have picked a fight with decent people.

wow, sino ngayon ang palengkera?  At anong ginagawa ni JLC sa club na di kasama GF niya?  Baka totoong nagkakalabuan na sila.  Nag-sorry lang siya kasi nabuking. Kung hindi kumalat,  I think she would have remained silent.

John Lloyd Cruz and Jake Cuenca's Prank Triggered Anne Curtis' Outburst at Privé


Just as everyone thought he/she knew everything behind the big story that hogged the headlines and sent people talking incessantly since the story broke last Sunday - you better have another think coming.

Actress and top endorser, Anne Curtis was at Privé Luxury Club at The Fort, Taguig. She was there to throw a bachelorette party for her non-showbiz friend. Anne reserved one of the two tables at the club's VVIP section which had its own bar and toilets. She really paid a premium to ensure their party's privacy.

Incidentally, At the other table were actors John Lloyd Cruz, Jake Cuenca, Phoemela Baranda and their friends, JR Isaac and Leah de Guzman, among others.

As the party progressed, Anne was getting irritated when some people, not from their table, kept approaching and getting drinks. In her mind, it was just not right, but she didn't say anything.

Then Anne got up to go to the ladies' toilet. Unknown to her, John Lloyd and Jake Cuenca followed her. The two boys, knowing that Anne was "kikay" enough, tried to pull a prank on her. They started banging the door of the toilet non-stop, getting louder and louder making Anne so agitated.

The two continued banging the door until they heard that Anne was about to get out. When the furious Anne stepped out of the toilet, the people she saw nearby were JR Isaac and Leah de Guzman. It was at this instance when the drunk Anne concluded that it was they who were banging her door earlier, and without a word she slapped them both.

Shocked by the scene, John Lloyd then suddenly emerged and approached Anne to tell her that it was he and Jake who did the banging. Anne, who was mad as hell, slapped John Lloyd and shouted at him with all her might, "You are an addict! "

All hell broke loose as the uncontrollable Showtime host screamed at anyone that moved. For unknown reason, she saw Phoemela and pointed at her saying " I can buy you, your friends, and this club!”

She saw the club owner, JM Rodriguez, turned to him and said, " You know, this is the worst place to have a party! "

Things happend so fast and before they knew it, they saw Anne being ushered away from the scene.

And the other half of the prankster? Jake Cuenca probably left soon never seeing the big scandal that he was part of.

Eight days after it happened, the story began circulating so fast prompting Anne to issue an apology via a series of tweets on her twitter account, part of which are :

“I choose to do this right away because I've always been an open book & I don't like to hide anything... For those who have read about the issue, yes, most of it is true. I admit to that & I have apologized to all parties included immediately,” she said.

“When I was told of my behavior AND the person who started all of this, due to this persons inappropriate behavior, apologized to me too… Just as I did. Which I accepted too. I choose not to go into detail because I'm not the type to ruin someone else's name,” she added.

In the second tweet, it is understood that the one who started the riot (supposedly JLC) also apologized to Anne.

In fairness to the The Showtime host, she researched the number of the people involved and sent apologetic text messages to all the victims of her drunken behavior.

The prank might have been annoying but would it justify the "I can buy you!" attitude?

I like Anne despite being known as bad girl. But this incident is too much. I mean i wont be surprised if she hot wild bec shes drunk and all. But violent and with an air of grandiosity? Wow. Anne and Angelica call each other Kambal so maybe Angelica would not say anything na lang that could ruin their friendship.

And I also dont like how Anne used the "tao lang nagkakamali" excuse. I thought she was too classy for that. I know all of us make mistakes but to slap 3 people and say "I can buy you!" was more of a reflection of how she feels about herself.
