question po, sa plan ko walang nakalagay na soy sauce so meaning ba bawal yun? how about yung mga nasa philippines, sinabi ba ng consultant nyo na bawal ang soysauce?

namomroblema pa ako about sa cheese, hindi ako makakita ng low fat or fat free na nakalagay sa list eh T_T

Yup bawal ang soy sauce, patis, magic sarap, basta anything not written in your eating plan.
Try mozarella cheese, hindi yun fat free or less fat. Basta yung block type at hindi yung grated. Bake mo lang yan with green bell pepper, mushroom, tomato, onion, garlic and some salt. Sarap na yan. :)

Meron din akong week na bumagal ang loss, but I made some changes which started up the weight drop ulit:
1.  Switch around meals.  Instead of Meal 1-2-3, eat Meal 2-3-1 or 3-1-2.
2.  Eat variety of proteins.  Nung start kasi puros chicken lang kinakain ko.  So when I mixed in cheese or fish or tofu, parang nag start uli ang weight loss.
3.  Last intake of meal/cracker/fruit at least 2.5 hours before bedtime.  Dati kasi I still eat fruit and crackers even just before sleeping.
4.  More water, water, water.

@Francesigh...
Yup, bawal nga ang soy sauce, patis, ketchup, etc.
Re- cheese...  Mozzarella needs to be processed and in block, not necessarily low-fat (bawal yung fresh mozarella balls, and bawal yung shredded mozzarella).  Ricotta cheese needs to be fresh.  Cottage cheese yun ata low fat or non-fat dapat.  Feta doesnt have to be low fat, but you can only have once a week.  Sarap ng mozzarella over sauteed vegetables (mushroom, green bell pepper, tomato, onion with some italian herb seasoning), tapos kainin with crackers --- parang pizza!!!

salamat, sis hopeya and francesigh for the kind words. madami pa ang dapat i-lose!

i am going to have my 4th week blood test this weekend. sis francesigh, how much din sa clinic na pinakuhaan mo? i heard, malalaman ni Dr. Cohen and deviation via blood test. grabeng magpaguilty! hahaha. grabe yung mushrooms ko, grrrr.

ako parang slower ang weight loss pag kumakain ng beef. so i eat a lot of cheese, egg, chicken and tuna variants. bumibili pa din ako ng beef, but usually twice a week lang. yogurt is still the last option. hahaha.

i bought ricotta and a block of mozzarella. you're right, sis magnolia.. superb ang dish with cheese! i heard paneer (the Indian cheese) is also a kind of cottage cheese. mas mura yun kesa sa usual at naka-freeze na. still waiting for the consultant's reply.

anyway, sisses... sobrang sarap ng crispbreads. i look forward to them!

^hi sis. Call olive of cohen and ask if pwede magpa-blood chem in any lab. If yes, try to google hi-precision laboratory. I think they have branches somewhere in the south. Or look for new world laboratory. Goodluck!

Hi sis MGM13! I tried your recipes - - the cheese dish and I used portobello and shitake mushrooms and I also tried the cauli rice with squid or tuna.  The best!  Many thanks again!

Yesterday, I tried the baked sole fish fillet (salt, pepper and lemon, using oven toaster to bake).  Delisioso!   I really like the CD diet because aside from losing weight, I am now learning how to cook, maski papano. Wheeee ;D ;D ;D

hi! nung nagpa schedule ba kaya for Information Session, madami bang tao? madali bang magpaschedule ng ng Information Session with them? i need to loose 65 lbs, ito na pinaka mabigat ko, size 16 na ako sa clothes ko and i really look big when i look at my pictures.

plan kasi namin mag enroll dun. kaso medyo natatakot ako kasi di naman ako marunong mag luto, so paano ko kaya mapreprepare yung food ko. marunong lang ako mag reheat ng ulam, pero yung cooking talaga clueless ako dyan.  paano pala if you're going out to eat, what do you do?

thanks mga sis. hindi na ako nakasagot bilang holy week. pinagsama ko sinabi nyo, i went to hi-precision and then i gave them a list of what i need.  naloka lang ako sa hi-precision 4 mala-test tube containers na puno kinuha sa akin. akala ko 1 lang or something. sabihin ko sana, hindi po ako magdodonate haha. sabi nila para hindi na daw magsalinsalin.

waiting for my meal plan na. i have a question, gusto ko na kasi magstart bilihin yun supplements. i researched and bakit ganun sa cohen philippines hiwalayhiwalay yun supplements: iron, calcium, etc. (i'm basing this dun sa containers sa info session area) tapos yun mga nabasa ko online multivitamins daw w/ adequate iron, calcium, etc. meaning samasama na lahat tipong centrum or whatever diba?

These are the vitamins that the consultant told me during the info session:

Centrum or misvit - meaning any if the two, pili ka lang.
Biotin - for the hair, nails, etc
Flaxseed oil or fish oil
Chromium - to suppress cravings. Chromium canbe found in centrum already.

Goodluck sis! :)

hello sa lahat. kamusta na ang mga tao dito? about me ok naman enjoying cohens diet. =)

ask ko sana if meron mga tao dito na hindi na reach yung goal within 6 months program? if hindi po na-reach yung goal in 6 months time do you have to renew the program again? or pwede mag continue sa diet then mag report nalang sa doctor pag na-reach na para makuha yung re-feed? yung iba kasi sa newyou forum nakita ko parang 1 year yung program nila. eh hindi naman nakalagay kung nag renew.

thanks!
