sinusunod mo ba yung sched. niya sis? ginagawa ko ito, nag stop lang ako kasi tintry ko ngayon yung 30 days shred, pero pag natapos ko yun babalik ulit ako dito..

I enjoy her videos too..not time consuming ad I've got variety of choices..mga 3-4 videos ntatapos ko every other day..however, I'm not following her schedule  , I just do what I feel like doin.

hi sisses, recently found her routine workouts. eh gusto ko ma try siya consistently pero di naman ako palagi nag iinternet to look her sa youtube. May way po ba para mapanood ko sya sa cellphone? Lol youtube videos to cellphone? paano ba yon?
