Hindi ba kadalasan naman ng annulled at separation sa Pinas is due to third party since naglipana ang mga kabit at ang mga philandering husbands?

Anyway, may tanong ako, anong ginawa ninyo sa mga pictures ninyo, wedding pictures, family pics tapos may kids pa. Tinanggal ba ninyo sya sa mga pictures (photoshop or gunting haha) para mas maganda sila na naka file or iniwan ninyo nalang as is?

in my case i am separated in fact but in a year or too will seek to declare my marriage null and void

reasons:

1. in laws, sulsol ng pamilya nya. masyado silang close and when troubles arise he is always on their side not mine
2.

We were bf-gf for more than 5 years, but stayed married for only 4 months.  This thread is very timely kasi dapat tomorrow 10th year anniversary namin as a married couple.  We have both moved on, but we haven't forgiven each other yet.  In our case naman halo-halo ang reasons why we separated then eventually divorced.  May third party, issues sa money, etc etc pero for me ang pinaka major reason why I realized that our marriage was over is because nawalan na ako ng gana makipag-argue sa kanya, napagod na ako sa mga away namin.  I became numb then eventually wala na ako pakialam.  Kaya siguro naging madali din for me to move on, my only regret is until now galit siya sa akin.  Which is weird, kasi ako ang dapat magalit sa kanya for everything that he did, and yet siya pa ang galit.  Last I heard he's married already.  Ako naman I know that I am happy and in a good place.  But every once in a while, I still wonder if we will be able to forgive each other.  :)

Sa mga annulled, divorced at separated, tingin nyo you were not mature enough when you got married that's why you ended up separated?

Ako kasi looking back, I married at a marrying age already. Pero I am not aware of how to manage relationships, how to handle issues, men.  Hindi kasi ako exposed.  So feeling ko perhaps I could not have married then kasi late bloomer ako. Tapos when we married, hindi naman namin talaga naiintindihan what marriage is all about.  So malamang hindi nga kami handa.

Annulled here! Naghiwalay kami dahil sa maraming reason: hindi pa ready, tapos may problemang financial, tapos babae. Dun na physically separated pero nagtrigger si kabitch because of those factors (not ready, financially etc)

Feeling ko din noon na I am competing with his family. Hindi pa namin alam how to handle problems. Basta pag masaya okay na okay kami. Bata pa kasi kami nun eh. We started 21-22 years old and naghiwalay kami 24-25 years old kami.

Pakalat kalat. Pag pictures together, tinitignan ko if maganda ako HAHA! If panget, tapon. If okay, crop.

Do not throw/destroy the photos. More so if you have  children.

I am neither: divorced, annulled/separated. But in my family of 8, mas marami  siblings annulled/divorced/separated.
A brother of mine, after 15 years of annulment -- Eto, kasama his ex-wife all the time. No comment, deadma kami. They are living in with their kids now in their previous home.
I fix this brother's house every year (upgrade interior decoration - he pays for all I order, and gives me 2 cokes as PF,  lol) --  I always put their family photos on display. Kasi the children were left with my brother. Ayokong  they will feel their mom doesn't love them, coz she chose to live abroad for awhile.  When they see their photos with their mom -- they will remember how much their mom loves them.

IMO, same same with father (kahit sa rap sagasaan). The kids need to know their fathers love them too.

we lived together for 5 years. Married for 4 months. We separated recently lang. So sabi ko sa sarili ko this is it. Mas okay pang mag isa ke maging miserable.

Help - I can't start a new topic pa so sana may sumagot.

I found out that my husband committed bigamy. That makes our marriage null and void. My question, how will I get my old single status. Do I need to go through the normal process of annulment?

Just sharing this article sa mga nahiwalay sa asawa.  There is life after your first marriage. Nasa sa iyo how you want to live your life.

This article enumerates love lessons from first marriage.  Which can make you stronger and make you more discerning, more critical on what you really want  --- if ever you decide to have a BF/partner again.

Love lessons from her first marriage
By Amy Keyishian

People generally think of baggage as a bad thing, but what if the ghosts our past relationships actually helped us instead of haunting us? Your ex-husband doesn’t have to be a looming, negative force in your life — instead, you can use him (and the things you went through when you were married to each other) to make your second marriage go the distance.

“Your first marriage can be an education,” says Carol Gould, [textspeak!], a marriage and family therapist in San Francisco, CA. “You don’t just learn from your experiences — you’re transformed by them. If you work things out correctly, you’ll identify things that are now deal-breakers and you won’t accept them in your next partner.” So if you didn’t realize it before, you really are a different person when you enter into your second marriage, and believe it or not, you have your Master’s in Marriage from the University of Divorce to thank for that.

Below are just a few of the nuggets of wisdom these women learned from their experiences and brought with them into their second marriages:

Compatibility trumps a challenging partner
“I learned how to pick a partner based on who I want, not who I want to be. The second time, I decided to look for ultimate compatibility rather than what seemed excitingly just out of reach. I also chose someone who would be a true partner, not a ‘sometimes partner’ and otherwise [be my] adversary. I can challenge myself, thank you very much!”
– Alyson M., Mendham, NJ

Speak up when your needs aren’t being met
“After my first marriage failed to rescue me, I rescued myself… and then I was ready for my second marriage. Now I know how to ask for what I need rather than expecting marriage to help me figure it out — or my husband to do it for me.”
– Holly H., San Francisco, CA

Focus on your blessings instead of letting the little things get to you
“I’ve learned that both people should be thankful every day, even for the small things, and they should say it out loud. And don’t sweat the small stuff. I sweated all the small stuff in my first marriage and all I got was sweaty — and divorced.”
– Jeanne M., Quakertown, PA

Avoid resentment by working through your differences together
“One thing that’s different now is that I don’t hold onto anger. In my first marriage, I used to sulk and hold a grudge. Now, if we have a disagreement, we talk about it right away.”
– Nancy M., Berkeley, CA

Your partner is not solely responsible for your happiness
“I learned not to look to my partner to serve up all my happiness. I depended on my first husband too much socially, and it led to a pretty dull life. I have to constantly fight that urge and make myself step out into the world, and I’m doing a better job of that this time.”
– Nancy M., Berkeley, CA

Get married because it feels right, not to meet other people’s expectations
“When I looked back at my diaries from before I got married the first time, I saw something I didn’t understand then: I was getting married to make him happy, not to make myself happy. I felt like I’d let him down, so I made myself go through with it. So it was pretty simple the second time around: [I thought], Am I being nagged into this? No — I want to do it! Why was that so hard?”
– Marjorie K., Morristown, NJ

we lived together for 5 years but were married for 3 years. actually it was for if kasama yung time that our annulment was going on. sobrang magkaiba lang kami. unico hijo kasi and ako naman very independent. tapos i love to go out always siya naman fixed lang sa paglalaro ng pc. for me, he failed to address my emotional need as a wife. important kasi sa akin na may issues ako ngayon, kailangan iaddress. akala niya kasi i'm all good kasi nga independent ako dba? so ayun napagod ako at nalayo na y [textspeak!] loob ko sa kanya. i fell out of love. i think i didn't really love him to begin with kaya madali lang ako na fall out.
