^ beakfast was so-so. Buti na lang 2 breakfast stubs ko kaya nabusog na din naman. Hehe..yes, malinis naman. Spacious din ang shower. And I like that it's not in downtown area, so di ma-traffic masyado. And it's a short taxi ride going to SM Lanang. Pati Abreeza din. And di na din ganun kalayo from airport.

Davao people anyone who lives near Sitio Escuela Catalunan Grande Davao city? need help boarding houses/apartment nearby.

I stayed sa Tropika last year. Maluwag ang room and banyo. Walang free water sa room, pero me water dispenser sila per floor, just get your own. I think they provide the pitcher din sa room. And since solo lang ako and the rooms are usually for two, dalawa binigay na breakfast voucher sa akin so two set breakfasts kinain ko. Hehe.. pag full or almost-full capacity sila, they serve breakfast buffet-style daw according to my friend.

   Sis magkaano room rates nila? Hindi kasi sila nagreply sa email. Hindi din nakapost rayes sa website nila.

What place in Davao City yung 24hrs ma we can stay in for the night para di na mgcheck-in sa hotel kahit Mcdo lang or any affordable coffee shop open 24hrs within the city thanks!

Secdea is already fully booked for Holy Week sayang. Red Parrot is worth it ba? Parang walang pool but they do have island hopping options whole Talicud. Please give feedbacks kung may iba pang resort which offers island hopping options April 18-19 kmi.

^  Better for me, than going to Pearl Farm. Feeling ko mas sulit na yung pagkamahal ng Chema's

^cheaper ang Chema's sis. Kasi sa Pearl Farm mas mahal ang food and kahit room rate mas mahal, though marami naman nagsasabi talaga na maganda sa Pearl farm.

Overall experience with Chema's was great. We have our own "butler" as in sya taga take ng order, taga kuha ng towel,etc. Wala kami masabi sa customer service nila.

Food was okay not spectacular pero masarap din. Mahal lang kasi kahit water may bayad. Hehe.

Exactly my point. Huit just mentioned na mahal daw sa Chema's kasi. So parang, I made a little but not direct comparison....

I have been to Pearl Farm as well, and I feel it is becoming overrated. Mas nag enjoy ako sa Chema's talaga. Madami din kasi nag day tour sa Pearl Farm na lang, para hindi na magbayad ng overnight sa room. So dami ng tao

Kaya kung pareho kayong namamahalan, mas sulit na sa akin mag Chema's (mas mura pa sa Pearl Farm)

Ask ko lang kung anong resort sa Samal yung okay for daytour lang naman? Nakapag book kasi kami sa piso fare ng cebu pac, kaya makakapunta ulit for the second time. XD last time kasi di kami nakapag Samal. Kaya yun gagawin namin sa next punta.

Nasa list ko ang Pearl Farm, kasi sabi nila maganda daw dun talaga? Pero ano paba ibang choices aside sa Pearl Farm?

Will be in davao city with hubby and friends this april 30 to may 5. Booked at the royale house since feb pa. Unfortunately, di ko inagahan ang pag-book ng resort sa samal for our planned overnight stay there kaya have to settle with our 3rd choice, villa amparo. Pero okay na rin. Excited for our trip!

We stayed for 2 nights at Chema's...very relaxing. Highly recommended...good service, good food and good accommodation. Feel at home lang. Gusto namin yung ambiance kasi tahimik for rest and relaxation talaga.

mga how much po ang price ng pomelo, durian, and mangosteen sa Davao? may mabibilhan po kaya near airport? mas mahal po ba if malapit sa airport bibili? need pa po ba iseal ang pomelo and mangosteen just like durian para iaccept sa check-in?
