I started hoarding or buying make-ups and skin care when I started working. I was trying to build my stash kahit na di ko naman nagagamit lahat.

2 years ago, i started sorting my stash. I threw the expired ones or those na di ko magagamit. I kept my HG's and those that I think I could use pa.

For those make-ups and skin care na pwede pa naman pero feeling ko di ko na magagamit, I gave them away to my friends, relatives and even yung mga anak ng helper namin. :) Nag-set up ako ng isang make-over day with my friends where they can play with my make-ups and they can get whatever they want. Tapos gumimik na lang kami after para di sayang ang make-up hahaha. It was fun!

It was the start. Tapos ngayon, I just purchase those things that I need. Tipid pa. hahaha

Starting 2011, I started to declutter.  I gave some barely used cosmetics and beauty products to relatives.

Buti pa mag-invest sa good skin para less makeup kelangan. :)

Eto na lang natira:

Must have: sunblock spf80 fr derma

Daily ofc makeup-  powder foundation,  nude  e/s, peach blush, mascara, brow shadow, pink lipstick &  bb eye roll on (applied as needed).
Other makeup-  neutral small pallete, colorful e/s pallete , check/lip tint, lipsticks - red/peach  & 1 chapstick.
Tools: brush set, 2 travel brush set, eyelash curler, tweezer & razor.

Daily regimen:  shampoo/conditioner, liquid body soap, fem wash  & body oil
Face: facial wash, toner, moisturizer & derma products at night
As needed: deo/foot powder & body scrub

I don't use lotion anymore and instead of lipgloss, petroleum jelly na.  :)

I was going over my lipstcks nanaman kanina while choosing the shades I want for the new MAC collection. After I made my to-buy list, it struck me.
All my lipsticks palang, put together, costs as much as a trip to Korea na.

Since student palang ako, that's something big. I realized I spent that much lipsticks palang. Though I agreed with myself na "stay MAC" ako until summer, I was lemming for Chanel Palpitante and even decided na I should buy na, pero buti nalang time didn't allow. I'm convinced I should stay MAC sa lipsticks or yung ka-price range niya lang and only get higher end ones if I'm working na or I deserve a treat. Or maybe I'll set a monthly budget kahit for lipsticks lang since yun talaga weakness ko.

^How much is a trip to Korea?

Yun talaga ang tinanong eh no. :D Gusto ko kasi. :D

Depende padin siguro sis pero I'm being offered around 35-40k yata if I remember correctly with everything na except lang food. 5 days yata.

Just bought a bb cream today.

This will replace my moisturizer in the morning, concealer and primers. :)

1 bottle instead of 3 beauty products. :)

I was only using a brow pencil, undereye concealer, and mlbb lipstick for almost a year (and loose powder sometimes) until my boyfriend told me he wants to see me with make-up sometimes esp when we date. ayan nawala tuloy ang skin break ko. hoarded up on foundations, powders, lipsticks, blushes, and eyeshadows again. :-[ but i promised to stop na magbuy after 2 months of being hyper. mabilis kasi ako mag break-out. so again, I'm sticking to this:

For everyday, ito na lang ang must-have:
Moisturizer
Undereye concealer
Loose Powder
MLBB Lipstick
Brow Pencil

nice-to-have:
Eyeliner
Mascara
Blush

at most once a week lang:
foundation
eyeshadows
etc.

simple beauty tips and techniques

hi,
newbie lang po, i'm not sure kung may ganito na thread..kaya lang di ko din po kasi makita..gusto ko lang magshare ng beauty tips ko at techniques  ;)

face
- i use aloe vera plant gel (leaf ) iccut from the plant then hiwain sa gitna para makuha yun gel
ipahid sa mukha yun gel let it stay for atleast 15 mintues then wash, or let it stay over night then wash    the next day. wag magbibilad sa arawan na may aloe vera gel sa mukha (will cause brown spots)
 benefits:
-removes/lessen acne/pimples, chappy skin, sun burns, scars, redness, blemishes, smooth soft facial skin at kung anik-anik na sakit sa balat..super effective for me (i have acne prone, rosacea face)

chapped lips
-petreleum jelly

eyes
- eyemo to avoid redness at glowing eyes

hair
- i use henna shampoo and conditioner and every other day lang ako magshampoo kasi super dry ang hair ko at frizzy minsan,, ganda sa hair at lalabas natural color ng hair. before may swallow henna shampoo but now i'm not sure naphase out na ata so nag order na lang ako sa ebay.
- i use satin silk ( pure satin silk  na tela ) ibinabalot ko hair ko dito pag natutulog,,ganda sa hair at sa skin ng satin silk ( got from hollywood celebs )
elbows/knees (dark)
- lemon squeez lang don sa part let it stay for 10 minutes while taking shower then banlaw, kakaputi   ( although in born na maputi ako)

armpit (dark & body ordor)
- squeez lemon or calamnsi sa pinas ( ilagay sa automizer o bottle na pang spray ) then after shower spray sa kili-kili at let it dry (wag banlawan hayaan lang) di naman malagkit fresh ang feeling.

...share naman kayo sissies..

^ i do believe doon sa aloe vera gel. yan din gingawa ko sa mga pimple scars at madali ring nawawala kahit sa anong klaseng scar basta iyong bago lang. sa old scars maybe it would take some time bago mawala. ;)

I'm pretty satisfied with what I have. Haven't purchased anything for over a month now and no lemmings either. Na-divert attention ko sa puppy and campaign so I guess na-minimize talaga.
