A letter is to be given to my boyfriend when we part ways on 06/02/2015. We'll take advantage of the remaining days we still have for each other. There are only 2 weeks left. Situation has gotten very complicated that I have to walk away for him to figure out everything on his end. He's married, and I am the other woman. As cliche as this may sound, we are perfect for each other. But he can't leave his wife... not just yet. I decided to end it, but I asked for 2 weeks to experience again how it would be if it was me and him in real life. Until he figures what he wants to do and to find himself again, I'll be waiting.Baby So, this is probably going to be the last letter since this is going to be the official goodbye letter. I’m saying goodbye… but not forever. I know our paths will cross again. It better be . You’ve made me very happy just by sharing yourself and your life with me. Opening up and being sweet in your own little ways. You taught me how fully comprehend what real love is like without even saying the words I love you. Just by showing me in your own way, you made me see how two incompatible persons can actually become real friends and lovers. I guess the only thing that went wrong is me falling in love with you and the accompanying issues of where this relationship is really headed and the roles we will actually play in each other’s lives. I will always remember the very first time we met (you looked away from me when I asked a simple question – where’s the food at?). The very first time we hung out outside work (Bobalicious, which you’d always say our first date). The very first time my lips touched yours (TWC spot, pet cemetery). Our first hotel day. Our first friendly hug (at Target, “Can I say hi to you in person?”). Our first skype (Texas). Our first movie together. And more firsts we’ve shared. Your smile, your goofiness, your weirdness, your way of looking at me will always be fresh in my memories. Our little adventures. Food trips. Those little favors you don’t need to ask because I’m already on it or just whenever you ask me to do some things for you. Not only the firsts, but also the in-betweens, the journey we’ve shared in this relationship. We have both done everything we could and pursued every option available to keep this relationship together. I believe that parting now is the best thing for both of us. It will help you tremendously to look and find the answers you’re looking for. No one is to blame, really. Not you, nor me, nor whoever else is sharing you with me or sharing me with you. Seeing you and being with you when we spend time together gives me a certain kind of happiness only you can give. You will forever be a part of my life. Thank you for making me part of yours. This is one of those moments in life where the grief of a goodbye is more powerful than the happiness of an I love you.. Every time you miss me, just close your eyes, breathe deeply and put your hand on your chest – you will hear my heart beating inside. You will always be just a heartbeat away. I know this is not the end of everything. It is actually a new beginning, hopefully a better, more beautiful friendship or whatever we are meant to be for the future. I will always remember you with a smile.Love always,DK
