^^ With a bit of planning and organization, you can still be paleo. For cooking, I use virgin coconut oil. Any brand will do, and you can find them in supermarkets (even in Mercury). Easiest recipes? Omelettes, paleo "taco" - just substitute lettuce for the taco shell, hard boiled eggs, boiled saba bananas. :)

^ You're welcome! Some pinoy dishes are also already quite paleo themselves, like tinola and bulalo. Then you can also make your own beef burgers or chicken nuggets and eat them with cooked veggies like talong, cauliflower, or kangkong. Sa pinterest maraming paleo recipes to try when you're ready.
