Slimming coffees?

hello mga sis newbie ako sa GT nakita ko lang habang nagsesearch ako bout slimming coffee,ask ko lang mga sis kung [textspeak!] ba yong magandang slimming coffee gusto ko kc mag try ng slimming coffee baka magwork saken haha i've been trying to lose weight kc ggrrrr running out of patience sa pagdadiet [textspeak!] ba recommend nyo mga sissy help naman Thank you so much sa mga magrereply

I am also looking for a good and safe slimming coffee. 

I am currently taking one, ang problem ko lang, ang mahal!  300+pesos sya per sachet   Twice a day. I got this from London [textspeak!] Management (parang Marie France) dito sa Sg.  Ang gusto ko lang sa kanya is safe sya, hindi ako nag-d-diarrhea unlike others, tapos hindi din sya nagpapa suppress ng appetite.  All it does is increase my metabolism, para maburn agad ang kinakain ko.

Mga sis, any alternatives?

I was given by my friends Body Beauty Slimming Coffee. Apparently, these friends came from different sets so they don't know each other but that is the only one is being recommended. Proven effective on them talaga. Cravings weren't present. Discipline lang talaga. It's P200 with 18 sachets. Drink 1 sachet 15 mins before eating breakfast. Well, they don't like the Leisure 18. I just don't know why..

i used to take fashion nature slimming coffee.  effective siya, pero andami ring side effects like dry mouth/throat, always thirsty, short of breath, insomnia, crash effect when you stop,  lutang effect...    mas pagpapawisan ka at may extra bout of energy. kaya magandang isabay with sports or gym.

now im taking 7 days brazilian slimming coffee. mild lang siya im almost done sa isang box, good for maintenance siya.. pero ang good side nito eh walang insomnia. nakakatulog ako ng maayos sa gabi (unlike sa fashion) mild lang din ang side effects not bothering at all..


pero ang napansin ko sa mga slimming coffee eh nagkakaroon ng tolerance esp pag matagal at diredirecho mong gagamitin.

i tried fashion slimming coffee for 5 days last week, hoping that 5 days would be enough for my body to adjust with the side effects pero hindi ko talaga keri.  i had to stop kasi i cant tolerate the pain anymore. aside from the expected no appetite + dry mouth/throat, always thirsty, palpitation, shortness of breath, insomia, i also experienced dizziness and grabeng muscle fatigue.  as in, ang sakit-sakit ng katawan ko and for some reason usual movements would cause my joints to pop.  yung likod ko, sobrang sakit/ngalay and even with minimal streching, nagpo-pop yung mga buto-buto ko.  and worse, even my legs hurt.  yung sakit ng katawan/ngalay talaga ang nagpa-stop sa akin.  its not worth it.

My classmate and i tried those chinese slimming coffees (leisure 18, 7 days, etc) when we were in college. Naku pinagalitan kami ng mom niya (who is Chinese and a doctor) kasi she read the ingredients at the back and she said meron siyang ingredients na panggawa ng Methamphetamine HCl (Shabu!)

diba nafeature na nga ito sa jessica soho at napatunayan na may sibutramine content. (leisure 18)  yan ay closely related kay metamphetamine (shabu). 

altho natotolearate ko na ang fashion slimming coffee, almost nil ang side effects niya lately,  i have to stop na rin kasi sobrang hair loss ko naman..

I lost weight from the Leisure 18 and Maxx Slimming Coffee, I'm not sure which of them is effective but I surely lost weight around my third box. But I stopped dahil sa warning about these slimming coffees. Now I gained the weight back And since I'm desperate, I researched more and found this link on the FDA's webpage:

Super helpful! Thanks for sharing... Hindi banned yung Max Slimming Coffee. Hihi. Or hindi lang na test? Hmmm... It claims to be BFAD approved pero there seems to be no way of checking if that claim is true.

^ kaya nga sis. While i was taking leisure 18 pa naman dati I jokingly said kay hubby may shabu yata ito eh kasi di ako nagugutom,minsan di makatulog, laging uhaw... typical shabu effects. yun pala totoo natakot na ko after nalaman ko na banned sya mahirap na baka yung internal organs or reproductive system ko eh maapektuhan. Sana kasi BFAD has a website na pwede isearch kung ano talaga yung mga approved products

^ mag tuna skyflakes diet ka. sobrang nakaka sexy. pag sinabayan mo ng exercise, mas mabilis effect.
