And ilang months contributions ba puede magloan?
pano kung kulang? di talaga puede?

24 monthly contributions po sis. Kung kulang, papabayarin ka nila lumpsum at least. depende sa monthly mop yun kung how much need mo lumpsum 
yung pagcheck naman ng contributions, you go to your nearest branch and inquire.

multipurpose loan and housing loan lang alam ko sa Pag-ibig. Unfortunately though, with MPL, mukhang malabo yang 30k unless naka-hulog ka na ng 15 years sa kanila. Up to 80% lang ng naihulog ang pwedeng i-loan sa Pag-ibig.

Nakapag-loan ako ng 35k+ last month. This is my second loan. 1st loan ko was way back 2010 and nsa 7k+ na-loan ko that time since 100 lang month contribution ko. A friend advised me na pwede taasan ang hdmf contribution, so from 100 na default monthly ginawa kong 500 for almost 3 years then when I moved to my current company ginawa ko ng 1k. Tinaasan ko na kasi para malaki din makuha ko pag nag retire na ko. 😊😊

Yung 80% of total contribution na loanable amount is applicable lang yata for total of 10 years contribution, yung sa akin is 70% lang since less than 10 years pa lang contribution ko. This was mentioned naman sa application form.

If you need 30k, loan ka sa pagibig and SSS.

February pa ako nag pa consolidate and until now hind pa din tapos.

Sabi kasi nila 1 month lang mag pa consolidate. Buti nalang hindi ako nag punta sa Cubao branch, kung sakali nasayang ang effort ko.

Nag email ako saknila dahil ayaw ko pumunta ng Cubao branch but naman may sumagot sa email ko at hind pa nga tapos. Whew!

Been working for almost a decade and try ko sana mag loan. Nabanggit sakin a halos 14k ang maloloan ko....

Pero bakit ang tagal? After ma consolidate, pupuntadaw ako sa Cubao branch dahil doon nag rermot ang company namin then after non ano gagawin ko na? Matagal ba process nun sis?

Duly accomplished Multi-Purpose Loan Application Form (MPLAF)
• Photocopy of at least two (2) valid IDs
• Proof of income
• For Formally-employed
The “Certificate of Monthly Net Income” portion at the back of the application form must be accomplished by the employer or submit
photocopy of latest payslip duly authenticated by the company’s authorized representative.
• For Self-employed or Individual-payors
Photocopy of any of the following:
- Business Mayor’s Permit
- Commission Vouchers
- Other valid proof of income

I was able to get a multi-purpose loan with PAGIBIG. That was around P25k+ (I have more than 10 years of contribution).

Unfortunately I was out of work so I was unable to pay some of the monthly payment dues until its maturity. Upon maturity, PAGIBIG deducted the total due from my PAGIBIG contributions.

PAGIBIG told me that if I want to "replenish" the lost amount in my PAGIBIG contributions due to payment of loan, I am free to deposit an amount anytime.

Is it possible to "withdraw" your accummulated contributions kahti may existing na MPL ka?
Alam ko kasi parang may option to witdraw yung contributions...pero not sure kung papano or ano ang process.

Plan ko magpatayo ng apartment. Pwede po ba ko magloan sa PAGIBIG ng housing loan? Iniisip ko kasi baka yung housing loan nila is for your own house lang hindi yung pang business?

sis, I'm not sure kung namention naba dito sa thread na to regarding sa pin number ng cash card pag nagloan ka sa pag-ibig. I forgot the Pin number of my land bank cash card. Ano ba ang process? tsaka, i tried to search it in the internet, it will take 10 days daw to retrieve a new pin number, is it true?
