Pwede bang personal na hulog on top of the auto-deducted contribution ng company?

Like P100 for the employer then P400 for the employee?

Kase since sila yung employer dapat control lang nila siguro.
IMHO.

^ I'm not really sure like you sis. But I'd like to believe otherwise - because it will defeat the purpose of the PAGIBIG fund: better life for Filipinos who are members of this fund.

Pag approve kasi ang housing loan, it follows that the contribution must also be higher to match that of the loan.

Or, it may just that the HR or accountant isn't well versed with the process of increasing contributions for those who wishes to have it. Or, worse, baka talagang nag-te-take advantage yung employer.

The maximum monthly compensation used in computing the employee contributions is currently set at P5,000. This means that the maximum member contribution and employer counterpart per month are both currently P100.

From Pag - ibig website.

Sa housing loan naman kase,  requirement ay must be a member under the Pag-IBIG I for at least 24 months, as evidenced by the remittance of at least 24 monthly contributions at the time of loan application.

Salary deduction nito for payment: You can pay it naman as early as you can. Or pdeng mas maaga dun sa due.

Hehe not so expert.

Your salary has nothing to do with the loan amount.

The best people who can answer this is the HR kung employed ka. Or PAGIBIG office if you are self-paying.
